1.The influence of the duration of type 2 diabetes mellitus on retinal vessel diameter

Objective To observe the signs of retinal vessel diameter among different clinical characteristic groups such as sex,age,BMI,the duration of DM. Methods200 diabetic patients were selected.Using face to face questionnaire survey forms filled in the questionnaire in order to collect the general situation of all subjects selected.The diameters of vessels were measured using a computer-assisted imaging program. ResultsIn type 2 diabetes mellitus,there was no significant difference in the retinal arteriolar and veular diameters between the groups with different sex.In type 2 diabetes mellitus,as age increased,both the retinal arteriolar diameters and the retinal veular diameters declined.In type 2 diabetes mellitus,there was no significant difference in the retinal arteriolar and veular diameters between the groups with different BMI.In type 2 diabetes mellitus,as the duration of DM increased,the retinal veular diameters dilated and the retinal arteriolar diameters declined.After storied in accordance with age,we can draw the sameConclusion . ConclusionIn type 2 diabetes mellitus,as the duration of DM increased,the retinal veular diameters dilated and the retinal arteriolar diameters declined.
2.The influencing factors of retinal vessel caliber in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the influencing factors of retinal vessel caliber in type 2 diabetes mellitus and supply the elementary data for clinic. Methods Two hundred diabetic patients were involved in this study, and the vessel caliber was measured by fundus oculi color photo and computer-assisted imaging program. Biochemical indicator and blood pressure was examined and other document was achieved by questionaire. Results In type 2 diabetes mellitus, the retinal vein caliber had negative correlation with age and positive correlation with fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and the duration of diabetes mellitus(P < 0.01 ). The retinal arteriole caliber had negative correlation with age, blood pressure and the duration of diabetes mellitus (P < 0.01 or < 0.05 ). Conclusion The influencing factors of retinal vessel caliber in type 2 diabetes mellitus are age,FBG,HbA1c,blood pressure and the duration of diabetes mellitus.
3.Research about the effects of different preoperative fasting water time on body temperature in preoperative children

Objective To investigate the effects of different preoperative fasting water time on body temperature in preoperative children. Methods Divided 350 children into A, B and C group randomly and apply 4 hours preoperative fasting water, 4 hours fasting water added 250~500 ml fluid infusion and 2 hours fasting water respectively. Observe the condition of body temperature, thirst, fidget, crying and vomiting in these 3 groups. Results The incidence rate of preoperative fever in group A was significant higher than that of in the other two groups. The incidence rate of thirst, fidget and crying were significant higher in group A and B than those of in group C, while there was no significant difference among three groups in the incidence rate of vomiting during the course of operation. Conclusion It is a safe method of 8 hours preoperative fasting food and 2 hours fasting water for children, which can effective reduce the incidence rate of preoperative fever and then guarantee the operation.
4.Clinical effect of percutaneous intraluminal radiofrequency ablation combined with biliary stenting and biliary stenting alone in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice

Objective To compare the effect of percutaneous intraluminal radiofrequency ablation ( RFA ) combined with biliary stenting and that of percutaneous transhepatic puncture combined with biliary stenting .Methods A total of 56 patients with unresectable malignant obstructive jaundice were reviewed retrospectively .Among them, 25 patients had received percutaneous intraluminal RFA combined with biliary stenting ( RFA group) while another 31 patients had been simultaneously selected for the simple biliary stent implantation ( stent group ) .The changes of the serum total bilirubin ( TB) and direct bilirubin ( DB) before and after 7-14 days of treatment , surgical complications , stent median patency and the median survival were observed.Follow-up information was obtained through telephone reviews or check-up records. Results The technical success rate was 100%.No procedure-related peritonitis or perforation occurred .There were respectively 3 cases with cholangeitis in RFA group and 3 in stent group.All the cases was controlled by effective clinical treatment.There was obvious statistically significant difference after treatment in TB and DB in the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.01).TB and DB fell by (149.05 ±110.71) and (96.93 ±69.12)μmol/L after 7-14 days in RFA group vs (151.40 ±94.47) and (94.21 ±67.36)μmol/L in stent group.The changes of the two groups were of no statistical significances .The stent patenmedian time was 122 ( 9 -550 ) and 157 ( 16 -510 ) d, while the median survival was 125(9-550) and 163 ( 16 -520 ) d.The difference was of no statistical significance .Conclusion Percutaneous intraluminal RFA combined with biliary stenting and percutaneous transhepatic puncture combined with biliary stenting are both safe and feasible therapeutic options for unresectable malignant obstructive jaundice .There is no statistically significant diffference between the two groups in the recent and long-term curative effects .
5.The Effect of Practicing Chinese Gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing on the Infrared Radiant Track along Meridian Course (IRRTM)of Ren Meridian Stimulated by Moxibustion on CV-8 among Dysmenorrhea Patients

Objective To explore the effect of practicing Chinese gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing on the infrared radiant track along meridian course (IRRTM)of Ren Meridian stimulated by moxibustion on CV-8 among dysmenorrhea patients.Methods Twenty dysmenorrhea undergraduate patients were recruied and practiced Chinese gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing for 3 months.The numbers of patients of mild,moderate and severe symptoms were collected before and after the intervention.The effects of IRRTM stimulated by moxibustion on CV-8 were compared before and after practicing Chinese Gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing.Results After practicing Chinese Gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing,symptoms of 15 patients (including 11 with moderate dysmenorrhea and 4 with severe dysmenorrheal)were relieved to different extent.After the practice,all IRRTM of Ren Meridian turn to be more continuous,clear and regular either the Ren Meridian was stimulated with moxibustion or not.The average surface temperature along Ren Meridian rose significantly after the practicing.The conduction time to achieve the best states of IRRTM along Ren Meridian significantly shortened compared to before the intervention.Conclusion Chinese Gymnastic Qigong-Yijinjing can effectively enhance the transmission of IRRTM along Ren Meridian on dysmenorrhea patients,and may have a positive effect on dysmenorrhea treatment.
6.Research on Relationship Between Middle School Students' Psychological Factors and Their Physical Exercise Based on Structural Equation Modal

Objectives To explore the relationships between the current physical exercise behaviors and psychological factors of middle school students,so as to provide scientific evidence for improving health education and carrying out targeted health intervention measures.Methods The Multi-stage stratified sampling and cluster sampling method was adopted to choose 3600 students from 12 junior and senior middle schools in Hangzhou,Wuhan and Xi'an.The date was collected using the adolescent physical exercise behavior-psychological measurement scale(Chinese version).The structural equation model was built to explore the relationships between psychological factors(including the change of strategy,decision balance positive effect,decision balance negative effect and self-efficiency)and physical exercise.Results The change of strategy has biggest effect on physical exercise behaviors,with the standardized direct effect value of 0.344.The standardized direct effect value of decision balance negative effect,decision balance positive effect and self-efficiency were 0.071,0.093 and 0.169 respectively.The negative correlation among the four dimensions was significant statistically.Conclusion Psychological factors have direct effects on the change of the behaviors,and the change of the strategy has the largest impact on physical exercise behaviors of middle school students.The four psychological factors are closely correlated with one another,which is important in formulating middle school sports programs to promote the physical quality of middle school students.
7.Formulation Screening and Determination of Troxerutin Microemulsion

Objective To optimize a W/O microemulsion formulation of troxerutin and evaluate its physical properties such as morphology, droplet size, stability and content of troxerutin. Methods The W/O microemulsion was optimized using a pseudoternary phase diagram and the area of the microemulsion region was used to screen and determine microemulsion components.HPLC assay was used for determination of the loading content. Results The optimal formulation contained lecithin, ethanol, isopropyl myristate and water (23.30:11.67:52.45:12.59).The microemulsion was physicochemically stable with round shape and uniform size, and the mean droplet size was about 50. 20 nm. Conclusion Microemulsion was developed successfully.It will expect to be the new preparation for troxerutin.
8.Effects of health education on fat intake behaviors and its psychology in students with different BMI

Objective To compare the effects of health education on fat intake behavior and its psychology in students with different BMI,provide evidence for improving individual healthy education.Methods A experimental epidemiology was used,Twenty-nine secondary school classes were randomly selected by multi-stage cluster sampling from two cities in Zhejiang province.Overweight or obesity group included all students who were judged overweight or obesity,normal group included students who were judged normal and basic matched by age,grade,sex and stage of baseline.Intervention based on transtheoretical mode was conducted on two groups and intervention results were measured by the adolescent fat intake behavior of psychological measurement scales (Chinese version).Chi-square tests,T-tests,non-parameters tests and binary logistic regression were performed for data analyses.Results Stage of students with overweight or obesity and with normal BMI all moved forward after intervention,while the proportion of stage advance for students with overweight or obesity was further than students with normal BMI.Change strategy(2.60±0.79),pros(3.58±0.90) and self-efficacy(3.01±0.72) of students with overweight or obesity better than students with normal BMI in baseline((2.34±0.86),(3.08±0.91),(2.79±0.81)) while difference was not significant after intervention.Logistic regression analysis discovered that the promotion of change strategy moved stage forward for students with normal BMI(OR=2.168,95% CI:1.560-3.014)and promotion of self-efficiency moved stage forward for students with overweight or obesity (OR=1.801,95% CI:1.026-3.159).Conclusion The intensity and duration of psychological intervention is essential to be reinforced for students with normal BMI,while for students with overweight and obesity,psychological intervention should be promoted in combination with social support.
9.Effects of low-glycemic index meal replacement on management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

A total of 127 type 2 diabetic patients were divided into low glycemic index meal replacements (intervention) group and standard food-based diet (reference) group in an experiment for 12 weeks.The results showed that fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2 h plasma glucose,fasting insulin,and homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) in the intervention group decreased significantly after 12 weeks trial ( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ).However,there were no significant changes in lipid profile and HbA1C in intervention group.In addition,percentage of body fatty,visceral fatty area,and waist-hip ratio also decreased in intervention group( all P<0.01 ).Superoxide dismutase and glutathione levels increased significantly in intervention group by the end of trial (both P<0.01 ),while malondialdehyde was decreased (P<0.01 ).There were no significant changes in the aforementioned indices in the reference group.Weight,body mass index,and waist circumferences were decreased in both groups,but without significant difference between the two groups.

Medical record information is the core data source for diagnosis related groups(DRG)payment, and high-quality of medical record information is the foundation for DRG payment. The development of medical record management towards medical record information management, pushes up the demand for high-quality medical record information management professionals in hospitals. The conventional practice of professional training had resulted in such setbacks as professionals mismatch, long pre-employment training period, and large demand for continuing education. Based on the triple helix model theory, the study established a production-education integration training mode of university-government-hospital for medical record information management professionals. Capacity development was set as the goal and job demand as the guidance, for effectively integrating the educational resources, and promoting the model of " posts linked to training, employment following graduation" production-education integration training. The aim is to expand the quantity of talent team and improve the quality of talent training, thus effectively easing the shortage of medical record information management professionals.
