1.The analysis on bronchial asthma children allergen test results in different districts

Objective To test the allergen‐specific‐IgE in different districts for bronchial asthma children ,and analyze the re‐sults .Methods The blood samples of bronchial asthma children which selected from Heyuan City and Shenzhen City were detected by using German Ormond Western Blot Method reagents .Results The total positive rate of bronchial asthma children′s allergen‐specific‐IgE from Heyuan was 61 .7% .The positive rate of inhalation allergen was 43 .4% .The top three of inhalation allergens were house dust(41 .7% ) ,combination of mole(33 .3% ) ,the dog epithelium(20 .0% ) .The positive rate of food‐borne allergen was 36 .7% .The top three of food‐borne allergens were milk(33 .3% ) ,peanut(23 .3% ) ,beef(11 .7% ) .The total positive rate of bron‐chial asthma children′s allergen‐specific‐IgE from Shenzhen was 86 .7% .The positive rate of inhalation allergen was 73 .3% .The top three of inhalation allergens were combination of mole (63 .3% ) ,house dust (61 .7% ) ,The Liu/Yang/Elm combination (33 .3% ) .The positive rate of food‐borne allergen was 58 .3% .The top three of food‐borne allergens were shrimp(31 .7% ) ,crab (28 .3% ) ,the cod/lobster/scallop combination(21 .7% ) .Conclusion There were different parterns of the positive rate of bronchial asthma children′s allergen‐specific‐IgE in different districts .
2.Effect of 72h weightlessness simulation on processing speed of mental rotation of males

Objective To explore the effect of weightlessness simulation on processing speed of mental rotation of males in 72 h head-down tilt,in order to further reveal human performance changes caused by weightlessness.Methods During 72 h weightlessness simulation (9 am day 1 to 9 pm day 4,head-down tilt started from 9 pm day 1),16 male subjects were processed speed of rotation data byhand picture mental rotation (test 8 times),using self cross-references design,and the variation of processing speed of mental rotation by duration was analyzed.Results The linear regression analysis showed,the reaction time of each time point for each subject as the independent variable,the angle of rotation as the dependent variable,with the extension of simulated weightlessness time.The intercept(constant term of the regression equation),indicating the processing speed of non-rotation,were gradually increased with HDT time,but didn(t) reached significantly difference (F(3,14) =0.551,P =0.650) ;the slope(Regression coefficient of the regression equation),indicating the processing speed of rotation.were gradually increased with HDT time,and reached the significantly difference (F(3,14) =4.338,P =0.009).The value of intercept and slope was like upside-down U in three days,and reached the highest value at day 2.Conclusion Weightlessness simulation have affection on the speed of mental rotation,especially on the rotation speed.
3.Clinical Observation of Acupoint Application plus Pricking Sifeng (EX-UE10) for Infantile Chronic Cough

Objective To observe the treatment difference of using acupiont application alone, pricking Sifeng (EX-UE10) alone, and combination of the two therapies in treating infantile chronic cough. Method Ninety patients were randomized into 3 groups (acupoint application group, pricking Sifeng group, and a combining group), 30 in each group. Same points were selected for the three groups:Feishu (BL13), Pishu (BL20), Shenshu (BL23), and Sifeng (EX-UE 10). By follow-up research of the symptom scale, the therapeutic efficacies were compared. Result The total effective rate was 83.3%in the acupoint application group, 80.0%in the pricking Sifeng (EX-UE 10) group, and 93.3%in the combining group;meanwhile, the symptom scores were significantly changed after intervention in all three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Separate use and combining use of acupoint application and pricking Sifeng (EX-UE 10) all can improve the condition of infantile chronic cough, while the combining use can produce a significantly higher therapeutic efficacy, thus it’s a safe, effective, and easy-to-operate external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
4.Determination of the Enantiomer in Safinamide Mesilate by HPLC

Objective: To establish a determination method for the enantiomer in safinamide mesilate. Methods: A Chiralpak ASH (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase of n-hexane-ethanol-diethylamine (75 ∶ 25 ∶ 0. 1). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The wavelength was set at 225 nm. The column temperature was 35℃. Results: The resolution of safinamide mesilate and the enantiomer was above 2. 0. The linear range of them was 1. 007-2 517. 500 μg·ml-1 and 0. 909-2273. 200 μg·ml-1 ,respectively(r = 0. 999 0). The average recovery of the enantionmer was 104. 9% with RSD of 2. 3% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate and rapid, and suitable for the determination of the enantiomer in safinamide mesilate.
5.Interference Effect of Acupuncture on Language Function of Children with Autism

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment for infantile autism. Methods: After being treated with the needling technique for enhancing wisdom and opening the orifice, 32 cases of sick children were assessed by Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) depending upon their clinical symptoms. Results: After acupuncture treatments, language communication, interpersonal relationships, movements and behavior, and personal ability had all improved. Among them, the remarkable rate of language communication showed a statistical significance in comparison with the other three items (P<0.05). In the comparison of the ATEC scores before and after the treatments, the language items (P<0.01), social relationships, perception and behavior items, showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of sick children with autism, and the interference effect on language function is especially remarkable.

Objective To study the expression of B7-H1 in gastric mucosa of patients with gastric carcinoma,and to identify its relationship with neoplasm metastasis and prognosis.Methods Expression of B7-H1 in gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901 and in freshly-resected gastric mucosa including gastric carcinoma,adjacent tumor tissue and distal normal gastric mucosa were examined by flow cytometric analysis,immunochemical staining,immunofluorescence staining and Western blot.The correlated data was analyzed statistically.And so the correlation among expression level of B7-H1 and the patients,clinicopathological parameters was established.Results B7-H1 expression was detected in SGC-7901 cell line.B7-H1 was found in cell membrane and little cytoplasm.The positive rate of B7-H1 expression in gastric carcinoma was(13/21)62%,and it was(7/21)33% in adjacent tumor tissue,Whereas B7-H1 was absent in distal normal gastric mucosa.Statistical analysis demonstrated a positive correlations of B7-H1 expression in gastric carcinoma with the depth of carcinoma infiltration,lymph node metastasis and pTNM stage(P
7.A Meta-analysis of carbon ion radiotherapy for stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of the carbon ion radiotherapy for stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods We searched multiple electronic bibliographic databases,including the Cochrane library,PubMed,EMBASE,China Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Database,and the Wanfang Database to assemble the available studies of carbon ion radiotherapy for stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer.MetaAnalyst Beta 3.13 and STATA 12.0 software were used to combine the extracted data.Results Ten studies (seven trials) were included.The overall survival rates of 1,3 and 5 years were 95.1%,68.5% and 45.9%,respectively.The local control rates of 1,3 and 5 years were 90.2%,76.7% and 81.2%,respectively.The cause specific survival rate of 1,3 and 5 years were 82.9%,58.5% and 57.3%,respectively.The rate of primary recurrence and total recurrence were 45.8% and 11%,respectively.The rates of total death and death from lung cancer were 52.4% and 28.3%,respectively.There were differences observed between T1 stage and T2 stage in regards to five year overall survival rate,total recurrence,lung cancer death,and grade 1 and grade 2 skin toxicities.Conclusions Available data demonstrate that carbon ion radiotherapy,in general,is a safe and feasible treatment modality for stage Ⅰ NSCLC.Although current results are promising,more evidence is required before carbon ion radiotherapy can become the international standard treatment for lung cancer patients.
8.Rural population with high risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in cold area health promoting relationship between life style and health behavior self-efficacy

Objective To investigate the health behavior and the exposure rate of risk factors of rural population with high risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A total of 176 cold region rural COPD high-risk persons were recruited and investigated with Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ (HPLP Ⅱ),Health Behaviour Self-efficacv Scale,general information questionnaire.Results The total score of HPLP was (92.70±11.22) points in the rural area of COPD,and the scores of the nutrition and interpersonal relationship were the highest,which were (20.06±2.75) points,(19.30±3.16) points,health responsibility and sports dimension were lower,which were respectively (13.74±2.60) points,(9.85±2.80) points.Health behavior self-efficacy scored (71.75±7.68) points,which showed significant correlation with HPLP Ⅱ score (P < 0.01).Conclusions COPD high-risk population of the cold area health promoting lifestyle and health behavior self-efficacy level are not high.Improving mral population at higher risk of COPD health behavior and self-efficacy level can form good healthy lifestyle and behavior.
9.Rural health behavior at high risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease self-efficacy and its influencing factors

Objective To understand the self-efficacy for health behaviors and its influencing factors among investigation of rural chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) high-risk groups.Methods November 2014 using the general questionnaire,Health Behavior Self-efficacy Scale for 176 over 40 yearsold of high-risk populations in rural COPD self-efficacy and health behavior factors research.Results In rural areas at high risk of health behavior self-efficacy scored (71.75±7.68) points,including nutrition and psychological comfortable highest scores which were (14.86±2.03) points and (19.75±3.03) points.Exercise and health responsibilities lower scored 18.90±2.87 and 18.42±2.52.Multiple regression analysis showed that marital status,education level and income were the main factors affecting rural health behavior at high risk of COPD self-efficacy (β=0.384,0.297,0.236,P <0.05).Conclusions COPD risk populations in rural areas at the middle level of health behavior self-efficacy,nurses should be given a lower level of education and income were more concerned to help them improve the health behavior self-efficacy.
10.Optimum dose of dexmedetomidine when combined with propofol for induction of anesthesia

Objective To investigate the optimum dose of dexmedetomidine when combined with propofol for induction of anesthesia.Methods One hundred and twenty ASA physical status Ⅰ or 1Ⅱ patients of beth sexes,aged 18-60 yr,with body mass index of 18.5-30.0 kg/m2,scheduled for elective ophthalmologic operation under general anesthesia,were randomly divided into 6 groups (n =20 each) using a random number table:normal saline group (NS group) and different doses of dexmedetomidine groups (D1-D5 groups).Different loading doses of dexmedetomidine 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 and 1.0 μg/kg (in normal saline 50 ml) were infused intravenously in D1-D5 groups,respectively.The equal volume of normal saline was infused over 15 min in group NS.After 10 min observation,target-controlled infusion (TCI) of propofol was started.The initial target plasma concentration was set at 3.2 μg/ml.Loss of consciousness was considered to be positive response.The median effective concentration (EC50) and 95% confidence interval of propofol TCI required for loss of consciousness were calculated.After administration of dexmedetomidine,the development of adverse effects was recorded before propofol TCI.Results Compared with NS group,the EC50 of propofol TCI required for loss of consciousness was significantly decreased in D2-D5 groups,and no significant change was found in the EC50 of propofol TCI required for loss of consciousness in D1 group.The EC50 of propofol TCI was decreased gradually with the increasing doses of dexmedetomidine between D1 and D2 groups,between D2 and D3 groups,and between D4 and D5 groups,while there was no significant difference in the EC50 of propofol TCI required for loss of consciousness between D3 and D4 groups.The incidence of hypotension was 5% (D3 group),11% (D4 group) and 31% (D5 group),and the incidence of bradycardia was 0 (D3 group),11% (D4 group),and 19 % (D5 group).No hypotension and bradycardia developed in D1 and D2 groups.The incidence of hypotension and bradycardia was significant increased in D4 and D5 groups as compared with NS,D1,D2 and D3 groups.Conclusion The optimum dose of dexmedetomidine is 0.4μg/kg when combined with propofol for induction of anesthesia.
