OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Xuesaitong for injection on microembolic signal (MES) and blood lipid of patients with middle cerebral artery (MCA) atherosclerotic stenosis complicated with MES positive transient ischemic attack (TIA). METHODS: A total of 98 patients with MCA atherosclerotic stenosis complicated with MES positive TIA in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM during May 2015-May 2016 were divided into routine group and Xuesaitong group according to random numble table, with 49 cases in each group. Routine group received routine treatment. Xuesaitong group was additionally given Xuesaitong for injection (lyophilized) 400 mg intravenously, once a day, for consecutive 15 d, on the basis of routine treatment. The distribution of MES classification and the number of MES were observed in 2 groups before treatment, 15 d after treatment and 3rd and 6th month after treatment. The levels of TG, TC, LDL were observed before treatment and 15 d after treatment. The occurrence of ischemia event and ADR were recorded. RESULTS: Fifteen days after treatment, the distribution of MES classification in 2 groups was significantly better than before treatment; Xuesaitong group was significantly better than routine group, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). At 3rd and 6th month after treatment, the distribution of MES classification in Xuesaitong group was significantly better than routine group; 6th month after treatment was significantly better than 3rd month after treatment, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). Fifteen days and the 3rd, 6th month after treatment, the number of MES in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment and decreased as time; Xuesaitong group was significantly lower than routine group, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). Fifteen days after treatment, TG and TC levels of 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment; Xuesaitong group was significantly lower than routine group, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05); there was no statistical significance in the level of LDL before and after treatment (P＞0. 05). The incidence of ischemic events in routine group at 6th month after treatment was significantly higher than 3rd month after treatment, and the incidence of ischemic events in Xuesaitong group at 3rd and 6th month after treatment was significantly lower than routine group, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). At 6th month after treatment, the incidence of ADR in 2 groups was significantly lower than 3rd month, with statistical significance (P＜0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Based on routine treatment, Xuesaitong for injection can reduce the number of MES, reduce the incidence of ischemia events and further improve the level of blood lipid in patients with MCA atherosclerotic stenosis complicated with MES positive TIA without increasing the occurrence of ADR.

Objective To explore the overall relationship between social support and mental health among Chinese nurses and analyze potential moderators and provide a theoretical basis for improving nurses' mental health level. Methods The CNKI database, CQVIP, WAN-FANG DATA and China Outstanding Dissertations Database were searched for literature, in which the social support rating scale (SSRS, measured social support) and self-rating symptom scale (SCL-90, measured mental health) was used to investigate the correlation of social support and mental health in Chinese nurses. A total of 25 articles (including 25 independent samples, 4747 nurses) met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed by meta-analysis and meta-regression. Results The overall mean effect size calculation showed a significant negative correlation between social support and depression among Chinese nurses ( r=-0.17, 95% CI=-0. 24~-0.09, p<0.01). In the following analysis, the objective support, compared with subjective support and utilization degree, was more strongly correlated with SCL-90 (r =-0.20,-0.15,-0.13, Q =13.45, p < 0.01). In addition, the relationship could be influenced by factors such as age, publishing type, publishing age and region. Conclusions The social support is closely related to mental health in Chinese nurses, and the relationship could be influenced by the related factors. At the same time, the relationship between objective support and mental health is more closely related than subjective support and support utilization.

Objective To describe the flow of tuberculosis (TB) cases for medical care in China in 2014.Methods The analysis and visualization of reported flow of TB cases were conducted with software R to indicate the case distribution/flow and the levels of hospital where TB cases sought medical care in different provinces.Results In a province,the TB cases mainly flowed to the province capital,but the inter-provincial flow was mainly to neighbor provinces and from central or westem provinces to eastem provinces (municipality),such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong.The grade Ⅲ (A) hospitals were the choice of most TB cases seeking medical care in other provinces.Conclusion The epidemic situation of TB in China is still serious,and the flow of TB cases would facilitate the spread of the disease.It is necessary to strengthen the research on influence of TB case flow for seeking medical care on the spread of TB to provide evidence for better TB prevention and control.

Objective: To prepare oxymatrine phospholipid complex solid lipid nanoparticles(OMT-PC-SLN) lyophilized powder and evaluate its pharmaceutical properties. Method: Pseudo-ternary phase diagram was employed to optimize the formula of microemulsion;single factor experiments were adopted to optimize the formulation process of OMT-PC-SLN lyophilized powder with encapsulation efficiency as index;the morphology of this preparation was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM).The particle size was measured by particle size analyzer and the in vitro release performance of OMT-PC-SLN lyophilized powder was examined. Result: Optimal formulation process was as following:taking soybean phospholipid and polyethylene glycol 15-hydroxystearate(Kolliphor HS 15) as the emulsifier,ethanol as co-emulsifier,ratio of emulsifier to co-emulsifier(K_m)=3:2,oil phase:(emulsifier+co-emulsifier)=1:9,oxymatrine phospholipid complex-stearic acid-soybean phospholipid-Kolliphor HS 15-ethanol(30:100:180:360:360);taking 50 mL of 4%mannitol solution as the external aqueous phase,ice bath stirring at 1 000 r·min^-1 and solidifying for 1 h,precooled at -20℃ for 24 h,took out and dried for 24 h.OMT-PC-SLN lyophilized powder was spherical in appearance with encapsulation efficiency of (38.09±1.24)%,average particle size of 785.5 nm,polydispersity coefficient(PDI) of 0.456 and the Zeta potential of -24.82 mV.The cumulative release rates of OMT-PC-SLN lyophilized powder were 72.63%at 2 h and 98.42%at 12 h;the cumulative release rate of oxymatrine(crude drug) was 98.60%at 2 h. Conclusion: This optimized formulation process of OMT-PC-SLN lyophilized powder is stable with good repeatability;compared with oxymatrine,OMT-PC-SLN lyophilized powder has a certain sustained-release effect.
