Objective To study influence of psychological intervention on life quality of patients with non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) complicated with depression. Methods Patients with NERD and depression(95 cases) were divided randomly into the observation group(48 cases) and the control group(47 cases). The control group received oral administration of rabeprazole,10 mg,bid. The observation group was given psychological intervention based upon routine medication.Tbe reflux diagnostic questionnaire (RDQ), self-rating depression scale(SDS) and quality of life-index(QL-INDEX) scale were adopted for evaluation before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results The score of SDS was (41.58±6.85) in the observation group, which was lower than that of the control group,(50.42±9.26), after 8 weeks of treatment (P<0.01). The score of QL-INDEX was (8.56±1.38) in the observation group, which was higher than that of the con-trol group,(7.98±1.42), after 8 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). Conclusions Psychological intervention for patients with non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) complicated with depression can ameliorate their de-pression state and improve their life quality.

Objective To study histone acetylation patterns in peripheral boiood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from type 2 diabetic patients PBMC form 12type 2 diabetic patients and 12 healthy contrcl subiects were collecyed The global histone H3/H4 acetylation was determined by assay kit The differetial expression of the histone acetyltransferases and histone deacetylases were measured by real time PCR.Results increased H3/H4 acetylation was observed in PBMC of type 2 diabetic patients compared with control subjects (H3:0.134±0.035vs0.181±0.032,p<0.05;H4:0.266±0.070VS0.324±0.062,P<0.01).the mRNA levels of p300,CREBBP,HDAC2,HDAC7,and STRTL in patients PBMC compared with healthy control subieects were 3.11±0.38,2.78±0.45,3.55±0.30,0.77±0.37 and 0.40±0.25 folds respectively conclusion histone acetylation appears abnormal in PBMC of type 2 diabetic patients.

Objective To explore the effects of continuing nursing based on mobility management system on knowledge-attitude-practice in elderly hypertension patients. Methods From March 2014 to September 2016, 92 elderly hypertension patients treated in First People's Hospital of Shangqiu were selectd by convenience sampling as subjects. All of the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. Leaving hospital within half a year, patients of control group accepted traditionally continuing nursing. On this basis, patients of observation group were treated with continuing nursing based on mobility management system. The health knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and behavior compliance of hypertension therapy were compared before and after intervention and the risk of angiocardiopathy disease was assessed after intervention of patients in two groups. Results There was no significant difference in health knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and behavior compliance of hypertension therapy between two groups before intervention (P>0.05). Six months after intervention, the scores of health knowledge, attitudes and beliefs of drug therapy, attitudes and beliefs of therapeutic lifestyles of observation group were higher than those of control group with significant differences (P< 0.01); the scores of attitudes, responsibility, smoking, intention, medication, lifestyles of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.01). Six months after intervention, the risk of cardiovascular disease of patients in observation group was lower than that in control group with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Continuing nursing based on mobility management system can improve the disease-related knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and behavior compliance of hypertension therapy in elderly hypertension patients and can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. It has a good clinical application value.

Objective:
To evaluate the residual radioactivity after 131I treatment in postoperative inpatients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) using service robot in nuclear medicine ward, and assess the time for patients to be released from isolation.
Methods:
From September 2017 to June 2018, 297 patients (94 males, 203 females, age: 19-80 years) with DTC who underwent 131I treatment after surgery were included. According to the purpose of treatment and the prescription dosage of 131I, patients were divided into 8 groups: 4 groups accepted 131I remnant ablation therapy (RAT) with different dosages, which were 3 700 MBq (RAT1,
