The total score of willingness to use Internet home care services for 256 parturient women was (12.32±2.20) .The results of multiple linear regression showed that family average monthly income, common nursing service sources, trust, perceived benefits and perceived risks were the influencing factors of maternal willingness to use Internet home care services ( P<0.05) , which could explain 49.6% of the total variation. The analysis of the mediation effect showed that perceived benefits and perceived risks had partial mediation effects between trust and willingness to use, accounting for 47.8% and 5.1% of the total effects, respectively. Conclusions:The government and service providers should pay attention to the effect of trust on the willingness to use internet home care services of parturient women and increase their willingness to use it by improving their perceived benefits and reducing their risk and worries.
