1.Best evidence about lifestyle guidance for women at high risk of gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To systematically review,evaluate and summarise the best evidences about lifestyle guidance for women at high risk of GDM in domestic and international databases,therefore to provide evidences for nurses to guide the women at high risk of GDM to prevent GDM.Methods Systematic search BMJ Best Practice,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Science Direct,Medlive,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,International Diabetes Federation,International Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups,Australian clinical practice guidelines(ACPG),ACPG,CNKI,Wanfang,CBM datebase from June 2015 and June 2022,which provide the lifestyle guidance for women at high risk of GDM.Two of the researchers examined and evaluated the quality of the included articles respectively.Results A total of 22 articles were included,including 6 of clinical guidelines,2 of expert consensuses,10 of systematic reviews or Meta analysis and 4 of randomized controlled trials(RCTs).A total of 17 pieces of evidence were extracted and summarised into 4 themes,including early screening,diet guidance,exercise guidance and weight guidance.Conclusion The best evidence summary in this study provide an evidence-based clinical nursing for health care workers to guide the lifestyle and formulate lifestyle intervention programs for high-risk groups of GDM.
2.Role of nurse practitioners in cardiovascular nursing practice

The prevalence of cardiovascular disease in China is increasing year by year, and the current healthcare model has been unable to meet the various health needs of patients with cardiovascular disease. Training cardiovascular nurse practitioners is one of the important ways to provide high-level nursing for patients with cardiovascular disease. This paper summarizes the role and function of nurse practitioners in cardiovascular practice nursing, and the research progress on the core competencies and training models of cardiovascular nurse practitioners by sorting out and analyzing relevant literature on the practice of nurse practitioners in the cardiovascular field, which provides a reference for the construction of the training system of cardiovascular nurse practitioners in China.
3.A qualitative study on the role of cardiovascular nurse practitioners in nursing practice

Objective:To explore the role of cardiovascular nurse practitioners in nursing practice.Methods:This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. From November to December 2021, semi-structured interviews were conducted with nursing managers in the cardiovascular field in ClassⅢ hospitals and community health service centers in Beijing and Harbin using the purposeful sampling method. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis method.Results:A total of two themes were extracted, namely the benefits of cardiovascular nurse practitioner training (including three sub-themes of promoting the development of nursing, meeting the needs of patients and reducing medical costs) and the role of cardiovascular nurse practitioners in nursing practice (including seven sub-themes of managing polypharmacy, participating in multidisciplinary consultation, monitoring the condition of critically ill patients, providing continuous care, expanding the scope of cardiovascular nursing outpatient services, leading cardiac rehabilitation and participating in telehealth management) .Conclusions:Cardiovascular nurse practitioners can play an important role in the nursing practice of cardiovascular diseases, and it is worthzohile and meaningful to train cardiovascular nurse practitioners.
