Mesenehymal stem cells CMSCS are nonhematopoietie stromal cells that are capable of differentiating into, and contribute to the regeneration of, mesenchymal tissues such as bone, cartilage, muscle, ligament, tendon and adipose. MSCs have been isolated from human first- and second-trimester fetal blood, liver, spleen, bone marrow, adipose tissue, amniotie fluid, periosteum and embryo. Not only can they express many phynotypes involving adhesion molecules and chemokine receptors, but also have character of immune tolerance, so they have potential of migration and transportation to target issue and feature of immune suppressing. There are wide application prospects for a number of areas in the cardiovascular, neurological, blood, surgical injury and other diseases. The current review describes the phynotypes, the immune tolerance and the potential for homing of MSCs.

Generally speaking, the hepatocyte stem cell is not a specific cell type.but an overall name of all kinds of cells that possess stem cell characters about embryonic development and regeneration of liver.HSC is a pluripotential stem cells which have self-renewal capacity and could differentiate into mature hepatocytes and bile duct cells.According to the different origin of hepatocyte stem cell,it can be usually divided into two kinds:non liver-derived hepatocyte stem cell and liver-derived hepatocyte stem cell.

Objective To isolate and indentify fetal hepatic progenitor/stem cells, and study the feasibility and effectiveness of their transplantation on acute liver injury in nude mice. Methods The primitive cells isolated from 13.5dpc pregnant mouse fetal hver by way of enzyme digesting were cultured in vitro and liver specific markers as AFP, CK19, Albumin, c-Met, were identified by immunofluorescence and RT-PCR on colonies. 4 × 105 cells were transplanted into nude mice with carbon tetrachloride induced acute liver injury. Hapatic functions were measured pre- and -post transplantation on days 1,2,4, 7. Meanwhile, hepatic pathology was studied. Results Compared to control group the hepatic functions gradually recovered in transplant group, on days 1,2,4 after fetal hepatic stem cell transplantation. The hepatic pathology significantly improved in stem cells transplantation group. Conclution Fetal hepatic progenitor/stem cell were successfully yielded by enzyme digest. Stem cells transplantation improved the hepatic function and pathology in acute hapatic injury model of nude mice.

Objective To estimate the impact of the image quality of conebeam CT on the accelerator for the Bowtie filter. Methods This study used the system of conebeam CT on the accelerator, and scaned the phantom of Catphan 500 in the multiplicate scanning conditions with and without the Bowtie filter. The scanning conditions were : voltage :120 kV, 100 kV, 80 kV, electricity:25 mA, 40 mA, 64 mA,time of exposure :40 MHz, collimator: M20, L20, scanning angle :358°. We transmitted the scanning data in the treatment planning systems of Philips Pinnacle 8. 0, and estimated the influence of the image quality. Results With and without the Bowtie filter, all of the images had high geometric precision, and the maximum difference of the nominal and actual distance at the horizontal, vertical and arrowy directions in the transection were 0. 50% and 0. 56% ( t = 0. 44, P > 0. 05 ), 0. 44% and 0. 48% ( t = 1.01, P > 0. 05 ),0. 50% and 0. 56% (t = 1.06,P >0. 05 ), respectively. The spatial resolution was 0. 167 cm, immutably. The ununiformity with the Bowtie filter was decreased of 28.0% -76.0% (t=2.53,P<0. 05)、2.8%-50.0% (t= 3.02,P<0.01 ) than those without the Bowtie filter, and the contrast-to-noise ratio was increased of 4.0% -41.6% (t=2.70,P<0.05)、4.0% -50.0% (t=2.14,P<0.05), using the collimators of M20 and L20, respectively. The Bowtie filter could display clearly the edge of scanning phantom, and improve the CT number of the image edge of phantom. And the linearity of CT number was also improved. Couclusions With the Bowtie filter, the image uniformity, the precision and linearity of CT number and the contrast-to-noise ratio were improved obviously, the edge artifacts were decreased, and the geometric precision and the spacial resolution did not change.

Regional party building has been an important exploration in innovating grassroots party building in recent years.Under the comprehensive implementation of the requirements for party building in the new era, public hospitals have a-chieved the sharing and extension of medical resources through system and mechanism reforms and innovations.Based on the re-gional party building,it has become an inevitable requirement to explore the new era of party building in public hospitals. This study analyzes the current challenges faced by hospitals participating in regional party building work and combines the practical experience of regional party building work in Shuguang Hospital, affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine.It promotes paths such as party building leading joint construction, expanding the scope of medical volunteer services, and promoting the deep integration of party building and business work. This will further improve the quality of people's lives,ulti-mately achieving"mutual benefit"through"resource sharing."
