1.Neoadjuvant therapy of liver metastases form colorectal cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(11):773-776
With the development of peaple's life and the change of diet, the incidence rate of colorectal cancer is increasing. There are Twenty-five percent of patients were found liver metastases in the first diago-sis. Surgical resection of liver metastases from colorectal cancer is known to be associated with long term sur-vival. So it is the key to increase the resection rate for colorectal cancer patients with liver metastases. The in-curruence of neoadjuvant therapy may be useful in therapy of colorectal cancer patients with liver mtastases.
2.Purification of rough cordyceps polysaccharides solution by inorganic ceramic micro-filtration membrane
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(10):-
Objective To apply the membrane technology for purifying rough cordyceps polysaccharides solution, the optimal operation condition and effective cleaning method were researched.MethodsTo mainly analyze the flux of membrane and its recovery. Results The optimal experiment operation condition obtained is 60℃,pH value 7-8,and pressure 0.3-0.4 MPa,by which the polysaccharides recovery was about 30%,more than by traditional ethanol extraction, and the most impurities as infusibility substance and protein colloid etc.were taken out. Moreover, the flux of membrane recovery can be above 90% after 80℃ water and 1% NaOH solution was alternately used to wash the fouling membrane under intermittent little back-pulsing. Conclusion The process of membrane technology purifying rough cordyceps polysaccharides is simpl and feasible.
3.A Comparison of Clinicians'Roles in Different Medical Models
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
The Roles of the clinicians in different medical models are quite different, which not only led to the change of the relationship between the clinicians and the patients, but also had a significant clinical effect. The authors compared the clinicians'role in different medical models and showed the humanism underlying this change.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(02):-
We analysed the therapeutic effect and laboratory findings in the patients of a-cute cerebral infarction treated with PGMS and PSS. The results show that the efficient rate of PGMS group was obtained to 95. 6% and 70. l%,and was better than that of PSS group, but there was no statistic significance. The laboratory findings show the i both of them had the effect of anticogau ant and decreasing blood viscosity and serum co tents of lipids. But PGMS had a slight anticoagulant effect and could obviously decrease olood viscosity and serum contents of lipids. here was no side effects in the PGMS group. So PGMS is considered to be a prospective drug for treating acute cerebral infarction.
6.Comparsion of cell-suspension and explant culture of mouse corneal epithelial cells in mice
International Eye Science 2011;11(6):939-942
AIM: To compare cell-suspension and explant culture of mouse corneal epithelial cells (MCEC).METHODS: MCEC were cultured by cell-suspension culture and explant culture, respectively. Colony forming efficiency (CFE) and cell proliferation were determined. The expression of corneal epithelial progenitor cell marker p63 and K19, as well as differentiation marker K12 was investigated by Western blotting.RESULTS: Twenty of 25 (80%) cornea explant were successfully subcultured to passage1 (P1), while only 12% cell-suspension culture were successfully subcultured to P1. There were statistical significance between explant culture and cell-suspension culture (P<0.01). Up to 55% of P1 cells in explant culture were passaged over P10 and were stably subcultured though at least 25 passages. However, cells cultured in suspension culture never achieved confluence in P2. CEF of P1 in explant culture was higher than P1 in cell-suspension culture (P=0.02) and CEF of P20 in explant culture was higher than P1 in explant (P=0.001). Immunostaining images showed expression of p63 and K19 in cell-suspension culture P1 and explant culture P1 and P20. K12 was expressed in P1 of both cell-suspension culture and explant culture, however, there was not K12 expressed in P20 of explant culture.CONCLUSION: In MECE culture, compared with cell-suspension culture, the explant culture is a preferable option.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(6):701-705
Objective To explore the factors related with prolonged anesthesia recovery (PAR) in patients with cerebral palsy after gener-al anesthesia. Methods 293 patients with cerebral palsy who received lower limbs orthopedics (LLO) under general anesthesia during July, 2009 to August, 2014 were retrospected and the factors related to PAR were analyzed. Results 37 patients (12.6%) suffered from PAR. There was significant difference in factors including body-weight, grade of physical status for anesthesia according to American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA), the style to set a venous channel, blood loss, general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia (GAEA), in-tra-operative inhalation anesthetics, and serious adverse events (SAE) between patients with or without PAR, according to single factor anal-ysis with chi-square test. It was significant that the factors of ASA grade (B=1.490), SAE (B=2.159) and GAEA (B=-1.487) according to non-conditional logistic analysis. Conclusion PAR is related to several factors and GAEA combined with general anesthesia contributes to the recovery of patients with cerebral palsy.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;36(21):15-18
Objective To evaluate the postoperative complications and visual quality after manual small incision cataract surgery (MSICS) versus phacoemulsification (PHACO).Methods A systematic review of MSICS and PHACO was conducted by a computer search on Medline,Pubmed,CBM and CNKI and a supplementary manual search was also done. The effect was measured as an odds ratio (OR) and weighted mean difference (WMD).RevMan 5.0 software was used to perform the Meta-analysis.Results A total of 9 articles were included in the Meta-analysis.Naked visual acuity at 1 week after surgery (OR =0.93,95% CI 0.68-1.27),posterior capsular ruptured after surgery (OR =1.07,95% CI 0.73-1.58),corneal edema after surgery (OR =0.90,95 % CI 0.70-1.16),surgically induced astigmatism at 1 month after surgery (WMD =0.08,95% CI-0.02-0.17) in MSICS and PHACO was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion MSICS is safe and reliable surgery as same as PHACO for the patients with cataract,MSICS is more consistent with China' s national conditions.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extracting process of the total flavonoids from Herba Epimedii.METHODS: The extract technology of the total flavonoids from Herba Epimedii was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the yield of total flavonoids from Herba Epimedii as index and with the extraction temperature, extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid and the concentration of ethanol as factors.RESULTS:The optimum extracting conditions for the total flavonoids from Herba Epimedii were as follows:the reflux extraction was conducted twice(1 hour/time) at 80 ℃ with 60% ethanol as solvent, and the ratio of solid to solution was 1∶10.CONCLUSION:The optimum extracting technology is simple and reasonable, and it serves as a good reference for the extracting process of the total flavonoids from Herba Epimedii.
