1.Significance of serum levels of inhibin B in women with polycystic ovary syndrome during controlled ovarian stimulation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(23):3601-3603,3604
Objective To explore the dynamic variation of inhibin B(INHB)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in the course of controlled ovarian stimulation(COS).To analyze the correlation between the increment of serum INHB and the dosage of Gn and the number of oocytes in PCOS.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to assess the level of INHB in 90 patients with PCOS and 20 normal childbearing period women in the course of COS.We collected the blood samples of all the patients on the third day of the menstrual(day 3),the day start to administrate exogenous gonadotropin(Gn day),five days later of the Gn day(Gn5 day)and the day of HCG injection(HCG day),respectively. Results Compared with the control group, the serum level of INHB was higher in the PCOS group, regardless day3,Gn day,Gn5 day and HCG day,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).In the course of COS,the level of serum INHB in the tow groups was increased. In the PCOS group, the greater the ΔINHB(the growth of the serum level of INHB on Gn5 day),the less of the Gn dosage, and the more number of oocytes retrieved. Conclusion In the process of COS,the serum level of INHB has obvious change. The serum levels of INHB reduce after pituitary down -regulation,then increase after COS.

Objective To investigate the relationships among perceived stress, mindfulness level, and sleep problems, and to indicate the mediating role of mindfulness level in the relationship between perceived stress and sleep problems. Methods For 179 undergraduate students, the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ),Chinese Perceived Stress Scales (CPSS) and Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) were used to measure. Results The scores of the scales were (120.43 ± 1 1.23) for FFMQ,(40.17 ± 6.86) for CPSS and (5.28 ± 4.04)for AIS.Pearson correlation analysis showed that perceived stress was negatively correlated to mindfulness level (r =-0.602,P =0.000) and positively correlated to sleep problems (r =0.459,P =0.000) and that there was significant negative correlation between mindfulness level and sleep problems (r =-0.427,P =0.000).Hierarchical linear modeling showed significant partial mediation of mindfulness level on the association between perceived stress and sleep problems. Conclusion Mindfulness level partly mediated the positive link between perceived stress and sleep problems.
4.METHODS OF THE DIRECTED MOLECULAR EVOLUTION OF ENZYNE IN VITRO
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
The directed molecular evolution of enzyme in vitro can not only improve the efficiency of evolution, but also evolve enzyme according to the investigator's desire. This review summed up the feasible methods of this novel technique.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 1998;0(06):-
Objective Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) has been found to stimulate proliferation, mobility and morphological changes of epithelial cells and acts as one of the initiate factors in liver regeneration. Recently, it is found to play an important role in liver cirrhosis(LC) and liver tumorigenesis and development. We mainly discussed the significance of serum HGF in chronic liver diseases. Methods One hundred and Ninety-seven individuals including 80 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), 57 LC, 22 chronic hepatitis (CH) and 38 healthy people were tested. Serum HGF levels in HCC, LC and CH patients were each detected by ELISA. The HGF receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curves for LC and HCC patients were drawn to determine the perfect cut off point, respectively. The correlation between serum HGF level and other laboratory findings including ALT, AST, GGT, albumin, total bilirubin, prothrombin time, tumor size and tumor pathological grade was analyzed by Spearman analysis. Results The median serum HGF levels of patients of HCC, LC, CH and normal control were 6.767, 151.200, 7.017, and 3.476 pg/ml, respectively. Serum HGF levels of HCC (P

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(07):-
Objective:In order to build the method to apply Torpedo Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) labelled second antibody in ELBA. Methods:The labelling method is NaIO4-mediated glycoprotein oxidation method. Results:pH and temperature and the concentration of NaIO4 effect on labelling efficiency. The liter of AChE labelled IgG is higher than HPR labelled IgG. Conclusion:Torpedo Acetylcholinesterase-labelled second antibody prepared could be applied and replaced the HRP-labelled second antibody in ELISA.

Objective: In order to better understand the influencing factors of vertical rural health services integration and put forward policy suggestions for its sustainable development. Methods: 288 residents were investigated through questionnaire survey in three sample areas of Jiangsu province in August 2015.Results: In this study, 4 common factors have been found, namely organizational management, incentive mechanism, policy and supporting measures, as well as information sharing and business communication. The overall scores given by health managers, doctors and nurses, and public healthcare professionals were 0.03, 0.04 and-0.02 respectively. Conclusions: Therefore, in order to succeed, it is very necessary to introduce targeted supporting policies, establish a mutual communication mechanism, and make an effective incentive mechanism.

Objective To observe the effects of insulin pump therapy on type 1 diabetes mellitus children with diabetic keto or diabetic ketoa-cidosis(DK/DKA).Methods Forty-three children with DK/DKA were randomly divided into treatment group(n=26)and control group(n=17).The patients in treatment group were treated with insulin pump, control group were received small amount insulin injravenous injection. The changs of blood sugar, urine ketone bodies, incidence of hypoglycemia and length of stay were observed. Results 1.The effect of decreasing sugar was the same between two groups.2.There was no hypoglycemia events in treatment group. But 2 cases in control group had hypoglycemia.3.There was significant difference of length of stay between two groups(P
