180 min and arterial blood pressure instability are independent determinats for cerebral complication. Conclusion No single risk factor explained the onset of cerebral complication. Rather, a combination of factors, especially longer CPB time, postoperative arterial blood pressure instability produced the highest odds of deficit.
2.The relative risk factors analysis of death for hepatic dysfunction following aortic dissection repair

Objective There is a paucity of data regarding hepatic dysfunction (HD) following type A and B aortic dissection repair with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA). We determine the incidence and outcomes for postoperative HD, and analyze the risk factors of death for HD. Methods Between January 2006 and June 2008, 208 patients have undergone open repairs of aortic dissection with DHCA. Indications for surgical intervention were type A aortic dissection in 181 patients and type B in 27 patients. 18 patients had postoperative hepatic dysfunction with abnormal hepatic enzyme and bilirubin.The mean patient age was 43 years and one third were women. Perioperative data including age, sex, type, surgery intervention, CPB time, aortic-clamp time and ICU retention time were collected. Complications were classified as bleeding, low cardiac output, acute renal failure, hypoxemia, infection, temporary neurologic dysfunction, multiple organ dysfunction and death.Serum GPT, LDH and TBIL were assayed and recorded before and after operation, as well as 12 h, 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d. Risk factors for death of hepatic dysfunction were ascertained by univariate and multivariable analysis. Results The incidence of hepatic dysfunction within one week following surgery is 8.7%. The mortality associated with HD was 39% compared with 1.6% (P<0.0001) in patients without HD. ICU retention time were significantly different (P<0.001) between HD grorp (11.9days) and non-HD group (4.2days). In this group, intraoperative and postoperative 24 hours blood transfusion volume (PRBC) >20 U occurred in 6 patients, reopen for bleeding in 3 patients, low cardiac output in 6 patients, sepsis in 1 patients, acute renal failure in 7 patients, hypoxemia in 5 patients, severe infection in 2 patients, temporary neurologic dysfunction in 5 patients, multiple organ dysfunction in 10 patients. Bleeding( P = 0. 024 ), low cardiac output (P = 0. 024 ), acute renal failure ( P = 0. 024), MOD ( P = 0.002) are the risk factors of death for hepatic dysfunction. And independent determinants were bleeding (P= 0.019) and MOD ( P = 0.001 ). Conclusion Multiple risk factors impact the onset of postoperative hepatic dysfunction. Bleeding and MOD after aortic dissection surgical repairs were associated with an increased mortality.

Objective To explore risk factors of unintentional injuries among internal-migrant children. Methods A 1 ∶〗1 matched case-control study was conducted between 332 internal-migrant children with unintentional injuries, based on the principle that same class, same gender and age was no more than two years old. The survey was based on the unified questionnaire. Epi Data 3.1 was used to establish database and SPSS 23.0 was used for univariate analysis and multi-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results Multi-conditional Logistic regression analysis model indicated that caregiver put pressure on children before exam and the adjusted odd ratio (OR) was 2.086 and 95% confidence interval (CI) was 1.263-3.444, caregiver’s character was extravert type (OR=2.074, 95% CI:1.275-3.372) or middle type (OR=1.796, 95% CI: 1.158-2.784), caregiver’s educational background was illiteracy (OR=1.867, 95% CI: 1.280-2.722) or primary school (OR=2.458, 95% CI: 1.169-5.168), the neurotic behaviors of children (OR=1.466, 95% CI: 1.012-2.124) were risk factors of unintentional injuries among internal-migrant children. Conclusions The characteristics related to internal-migrant children’s caregiver and children’s neurotic behaviors are associated with the occurrence of unintentional injuries. Immediate and effective measures should be taken to ease the high injury prevalence and prevent the unintentional injuries among internal-migrant children.
4.Great influence of peritoneal transport characteristics on ultrafiltration of icodextrin

Objective To observe the long dwell ultrafiltration volume after using 7.5% icodextrin in different peritoneal transport characteristics of peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods Subgroup analysis of a perspective multicenter randomized double blind and parallel control study was performed. Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients were divided into high transport (H) group, high-average transport (HA) group, low-average transport (LA) group and low transport (L) group according to D/Pcr and Twardoski standard. Ultrafiltration volume of night long dwell dialysate was calculated before and after clinic trial for 2 weeks and 4 weeks to evaluate the different effect of transporters on ultrafiltration volume. Results A total of 201 CAPD patients were enrolled in the study, including 98 patients in icodextrin group (ICO group) and 103 patients in glucose group (GLU group). Male and female cases were 96 and 105 respectively. Age was (56.1±13.7) years old (range from 18 to 81). One hundred and ninety-eight patients finished peritoneal equilibrium test (PET), including 24 (12.1%) of H, 72(36.2%)of HA, 81(40.7%)of LA,and 21 (11.0%)of L. After follow-up for four weeks, the ultrafiltration volume was much higher than baseline in H, HA and LA groups. Also ultrafiltration volume in icodextrin group was much higher than that in glucose-based dialysate. Howerve, the increased volume was not significantly difference in L group. Ultrafiltration volume of icodextrin was positively correlated to D/Pcr (R2=0.1681,P<0.01), while ultratration volume of dextrose was negatively correlated to D/Pcr (R2=0.0949,P<0.01). Conclusion Compare to glucose-based dialysate (Dineal), 7.5% icodextrin dialysate (Extraneal) improves the ultrafiltration and peritoneal creatinine clearance of long dwell notabily in H, HA and LA group.
5.Creative Thinking of Deaf Children and its Related Factors

Objective:To explore the difference in creative thinking and the related factors between deaf children and normal children.Methods:Observation group(n=122)with the hearing disability students were selected from 4 special education schools.Control group(n=122)was come from 2 ordinary primary schools and 2 ordinary middle schools.The two groups were given both the New Creativity Test and the Combined Raven's Test.Results:(1)Deaf children got lower scores than normal children in verbal fluency[(7.76±0.75)vs.(12.98±0.59),P<0.001],verbal flexibility[(4.28±0.33)vs.(7.87±0.28),P<0.001],verbal originality [(7.16±0.89)vs.(11.35±0.72),P<0.001],figural flexibility[(9.69±0.35)vs.(11.10±0.31),P=0.003]and IQ[(101.05±1.196)vs.(105.01±1.102),P=0.030].Deaf children got higher scores than normal children in figural elaboration[(3.24±0.40)vs.(1.96±0.22),P=0.006].There was no significant difference in fluency and originality of figural task between the two groups.(2)Deaf children's scores of verbal fluency and verbal originality were positively correlated with their age(β=0.310,0.301;Ps<0.01).Deaf children's scores of verbal flexibility were positively correlated with length of bilingual education(β=0.308,P<0.001).Deaf children's scores of figural fluency,figural flexibility,figural originalityand figural elaboration were correlated positively with their age of sign language(β=0.321,0.308,0.228,0.456;Ps<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Deaf children are lower than normal children in verbal fluency,verbal flexibility,verbal originality,figural flexibility,and are higher in figural elaboration.There is no difference in figural fluency and originality between them.(2)Sign language is a major related factor to deaf children's figural creative thinking.
6.Expression of FcγRⅡb on peripheral B cells and its clinical significance in patients with primary Sj(o)gren's syndrome

Objective To investigate the expression of FcγRⅡb on peripheral B cells and its clinical significance in primary Sj(o)gren's syndrome (pSS).Methods FcγRⅡb expression on peripheral B cells from 19 pSS patients and 15 healthy controls was examined by flow cytometry.The levels of serum anti-SSA and SSB antibodies were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Data were analyzed with t test,one-way ANOVA,SNK-q test and Pearson's correlation test.Results The percentage of memory CD19+CD27+ B cell subpopulation was significantly lower in pSS patients [ (20.8±2.7)%] when compared to normal controls [(37.8±2.2)% ](t=-4.002,P<0.01).The level of expression of FcγRⅡb in active pSS memory CD19+CD27+ B cells [ MFI(74±8)] was significantly reduced when compared to inactive [ MFI( 132±11)] and normal controls [ MFI (139±12)] (F=10.699,P<0.01).The level of expression of FcγRⅡb on memory CD19+CD27+ B cells from pSS patients was inversely correlated with Sj(o)gren's syndrome disease activity index (SSDAI) (r=-0.744,P=0.0003 ).pSS patients with the serum anti-SSA/SSB antibodies positive group [ MFI(75+3),(48±7)] displayed a lower expression of FcγRⅡb on memory CD19+CD27+ B cell than in patients with the serum anti-SSA/SSB antibodies negative group [MFI( 122±11),(108±9)] (t=-4.336 and -3.776 respectively,the P value of both tests were less than 0.01).The level of expression of FcγRⅡb in the memory CD19+CD27+ B cells of patients with active pSS was inversely correlated with anti-SSA antibody titers (r=-0.685,P=0.014).Conclusion The expression of FcγRⅡb on peripheral memory B cells from active pSS patients is inversely correlated with SSDAI and is also inversely associated with anti-SSA antibody levels.Decreased expression of FcγRⅡb might play an important role in the pathogenesis of pSS.
7.Drug resistance analysis of Enterobacter cloacae isolated from blood samples in Hebei, 2016-2021

Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Enterobacter cloacae isolated from blood samples in 75 member units of the Bacterial Drug Resistance Monitoring Network in Hebei, 2016- 2021, so as to provide a basis for rational drug use in clinic. Methods WHONET 5.6 software was used to retrospectively analyze drug susceptibility of Enterobacter cloacae isolated from 32 secondary hospitals and 43 tertiary hospitals. SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results After removing the duplicate strains, 1 225 strains of E. cloacae were isolated from blood samples of 75 hospitals during 6 years, including 157 strains from secondary hospitals and 1 068 strains from tertiary hospitals. In this study, the resistance of Enterobacter cloacae to 16 kinds of antibiotics was analyzed. The drug resistance rates to cefuroxime (52.4%-67.8%), piperacillin (27.4%-31.2%), ceftazidime (27.8%-35.5%), ceftriaxone (29.5%-45.0%), aztreonam (22.2%-32.3%), cotrimoxazole (21.6%-28.7%) were higher; the resistance rates to amikacin and tobramycin were lower than 15.0%. The resistance rates to imipenem and meropenem were 3.6%-12.3% and 5.1%-11.4%, respectively. The resistance rate to ciprofloxacin in tertiary hospitals was 22.4%, and the resistance rate to cotrimoxazole was 23.9%. Except for these two antimicrobials, the resistance rates to other antimicrobial drugs in tertiary hospitals were higher than that in secondary hospitals. A total of 121 carbapenem-resistant Enterobacter cloacae strains were detected in the past 6 years, with an increasing detection rate (χ2trend=6.305, P=0.012). Conclusions Enterobacter cloacae has great differences in antimicrobial resistance to different antibiotics, and is sensitive to carbapenems. The drug resistance in tertiary hospitals is generally higher than that in secondary hospitals. Drug resistance monitoring and drug resistance mechanism research should be strengthened to better guide clinical drug use and curb the rise of drug resistance.
8.Study on effect of electrical stimulus on repairing of astrocytes and neurons in rehabilitation after middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats.

OBJECTIVETo explore the mechanism of rehabilitation after middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO).
METHODSMCAO model was reproduced with two-kidney, two clip renovascular hypertensive rats stroke-prone (RHRSP), which were divided into two groups, the treated group (treated with electric stimulus) and the control group (untreated model) randomly. The rehabilitation of rats was evaluated by balance beam walking test. The ultrastructural changes of neurons and astrocytes, expressions of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)-positive cells, neurofilament (NF) protein, and cerebral capillary dilatation M-associated protein-2 (MAP2), as well as the neurons apoptosis and the number of dilatation of cerebral capillary in the margin of infarcted area were observed by the end of 1st, 3rd, 6th and 9th week after modeling.
RESULTSThe motor function of paralysed limbs recovered better in the treated group than that in the control group by the end of 3-9th week after MCAO, the expression of GFAP-positive cells in astrocytes and NF, MAP2 in neurons as well as the number of cerebral capillary dilatation at the margin of infarcted area were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONElectric stimulation treatment could improve the recovery of motor function of paralyzed limbs. It might be due to the effect of electric stimulus in increasing astrocytes proliferation, reinforcing activity of neurons and evoking the dilatation of cerebral capillary.

9.Role of LncRNA TCONS_00003757 in papillary thyroid carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of LncRNA TCONS_00003757 in papillary thyroid carcinoma ( PTC) , and to explore the effect of LncRNA TCONS_00003757 on the proliferation, migration, and invasion in TPC-1 cells. Methods Sixty cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma specimens and paired normal tissues were collected after surgery from October 2017 to March 2018 in the Tangshan Workers Hospital. Real-time PCR analysis was used to examine the expression level of LncRNA TCONS_00003757 in PTC tissues, and the association of LncRNA TCONS_00003757 expression levels with the clinicopathological data of patients was analyzed. The effects of LncRNA TCONS_00003757 and ST3GAL5 silencing on the proliferation, migration, and invasion in TPC-1 cells were assessed by MTT, scratch test, and transwell assay. Protein expression of ST3GAL5 was detected by Western blot after LncRNA TCONS_00003757 silencing. Results LncRNA TCONS_00003757 expression was increased in PTC tissues compared with that in normal tissues ( P<0. 05 ) , which was correlated with capsule invasion and lymph node metastasis( P<0.05) . LncRNA TCONS_00003757 expression in TPC-1 cells was higher than that in normal thyroid follicular epithelial Nthy-ori 3-1 cells(P<0.05). LncRNA TCONS_00003757 and ST3GAL5 silencing inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasion of thyroid cancer TPC-1 cells, and ST3GAL5 expression was decreased after LncRNA TCONS_00003757 silencing (P<0.05). Conclusion LncRNA TCONS_00003757 expression in PTC is significantly increased and correlated with its occurrence and development. Silencing LncRNA TCONS_00003757 may inhibit the proliferation, migration, and invasion of thyroid papillary cancer cells via decreasing ST3GAL5 expression.
10.Susceptibility gene of systemic lupus erythematosus in 16q12 in Chinese cohort.

OBJECTIVETo localize susceptibility loci in Chinese systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) cohort by linkage disequilibrium mapping the genomic interval in human chromosome 16 so as to understand whether the pathogenesis of human SLE is related to chromosome 16.
METHODSFive microsatellite markers in chromosome 16 spanning from 57.79 cM to 65.1 cM were used for fluorescence based genotyping in 157 SLE families. Evidence for linkage disequilibrium was assessed using the extended transmission disequilibrium test (ETDT) program and Genehunter software. Susceptibility gene was searched in the positive locus, and real-time PCR method was used to detect gene expression.
RESULTSWith the ETDT, evidence for linkage disequilibrium of the marker D16S409 (P=0.0278) and D16S517 (P<0.0001) with SLE were found. It was observed that 271 bp allele of D16S517 was much in evidence for preferential transmission, while 277 bp allele was found to be transmitted less often than expected. Genehunter analysis is concordant with ETDT. By real-time PCR, OAZ(OLF1/ EBF-associated zinc finger protein) gene which is located in the positive locus showed higher expression in SLE patients than in normal controls.
CONCLUSIONResults reveal that 16q12 (58.46 cM) is associated with Chinese SLE. OAZ is a likely susceptibility gene in this locus for SLE.
