Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2017;33(5):357-360
Objective To explore the differences of presonal backgrounds of patients on their perceived value and service strategy for such patients. Methods Based on a literature review, the survey data of patient perceived value of ten hospitals from 2011 to 2013 were selected for an analysis of typical influences on their perceived value incurred by their background characteristics. Results The patient perceived values of the highest attention were functional value(3.91 in average)and emotional value(3.92 in average);regular changes toward these two values were found among patients of different backgrounds.Comparatively patients tend to demand higher emotional value featuring outpatient visit, minor symptoms, females, youths, higher education background and high income. Conclusions Medical institutions are expected to clarify their value positioning, and provide based on such differentiated services to their patients in view of the characteristic backgrounds and medical visits, thus improving the perceived value of their patient population in general.

Objective To study the different expression of microRNA(miRNA) including mir-29c,mir-200a,mir-145 in the mid-secretary endometrium and its relationship with infertility of endometriosis. Methods From August 2011 to February 2013,36 infertile cases with endometriosis confirmed by laparoscopy and pathology and excluded the other infertile factors in Department of Reproductive Medicine in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital were enrolled in this study, which were divided into 17 cases with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,19 cases with stage Ⅲ]-Ⅳ according to the revised classification American Fertility Society.Forty-four healthy women with male factor infertility were chosen as control group. The relative expression levels of mir-29c,mir-200a,mir-145 in the endometrium of women in two groups were detected by using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Those women were followed up for pregnancy outcome of endometriosis group after assisted reproductive techniques (pregnancy and nonpregnancy group respectively). Results (1) The expression of miRNA between endometriosis and control groups:the average expression level of mir-29c,mir-200a,mir-145 in the endometrium of endometriosis group was 2.46 ± 1.98,3.20 ± 2.45,6.378 ± 3.275,which were significantly higher than 1.36 ± 1.05,2.04 ±1.16,4.548 ± 1.885 in control group (P =0.026,0.027,0.041,respectively).(2) The expression of miRNA between Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage and Ⅲ-Ⅳ:the average expression level of mir-29c,mir-200a,mir-145 in the endometrium was 0.53 ± 0.51,0.33 ± 0.26,0.048 ± 0.021 in patients with of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,while 0.26 ±0.18,0.28 ±0.12,0.045 ±0.016 in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ respectively, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P =0.191,0.661,0.753,respectively).(3) The expression of miRNA between pregnancy and non-pregnancy groups:the average expression level of mir-29c,mir-200a,mir-145 in the endometrium were 0.60 ± 0.30,1.23 ± 0.48,0.886 ± 0.238 in pregnancy group, while 2.64 ± 1.73,4.39 ± 2.58,7.199 ± 3.945 in non pregnancy group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P =0.030,0.039,0.028,respectively).Conclusion Up-regulation of mir-29c,mir-200a,mir-145 in the endometrial tissue might play a role in endometriosis associated infertility.

Purpose To investigate the research trends and focus in low-dose CT study at home and abroad in recent ten years according to literature distribution and growth law. Materials and Methods The papers on low-dose CT research published at home and abroad from 2003 to 2012 which were abstracted in Web of Science database were taken as study objects. Data filtering was performed by using the Thomson Data Analyzer (TDA) Version 2.1 analysis software for the trend of cooperation, institutional cooperation trends, national distribution of the papers trend, high-citations, subject distribution, hot topics and other aspects to do bibliometric analysis. Results A total number of 6725 papers on low-dose CT from 2003-2012 were abstracted by Web of Science. The average number of authors in single papers was 6.05 (cooperation rate, 95.7%), and the average number of institutions in single papers was 2.56 (cooperation rate, 73.9%), which both showed an increasing trend year by year. 318 Chinese papers were published, and the published literatures in 2012 were ranked third in the world. Papers on low-dose CT, which were published in Medical Physics, European Journal of Radiology and the American Journal of Roentgenology, had rapid growth. The research focus of low-dose CT study involved in lung cancer screening, coronary angiography, pulmonary embolism examination, CT radiation dose and so on. Conclusion CT low-dose studies involve in collaboration between multi-author, multi-institutional and multi-disciplinary. The trends and focus of low-dose CT study in China keep pace with the world, and the quality and quantity of paper need to be further improved.

AIM: To study the clinical significance of determining serum anti-endothelial cell antibodies (AECA) and thrombopoietin (TPO) in the differential diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). METHODS: Serum AECA and TPO in 76 patients with ITP, 41 patients with SLE and 50 normal individuals were detected by ELISA method. RESULTS: Serum AECA level in SLE and ITP was much higher than that in normal group (P0.05), but serum TPO level in SLE was much higher than that in ITP and normal groups (P

Objective To investigate the effects of Tanshinone Ⅱ A (extracted from Chinese herb medicine Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.) on ventricular arrhythmias of rabbit hearts induced by ischemia in order to illuminate its mechanism of anti-arrhythmia.Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly (random number)divided into normal group, ischemic group and Tanshinone Ⅱ A group.Model of wedge shaped mass of rabbit left ventricular myocardium with coronary perfusion was prepared, and then by using floating glassy microelectrode, the trans-mural ECG,QT interval, the trans-mural dispersion of re-polarization (TDR) and trans-membrane action potentials from both endocardium and epicardium were simultaneously and wholly recorded. The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in myocardium was observed after ischemia for thirty min. Results Under the condition of acute ischemia, compared with normal group, the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia and TDR were significantly increased in ischemia group (P < 0.01),while incidence of ventricular arrhythmia and TDR were significantly reduced in tanshinone ⅡA group compared with ischemia group (P < 0.05).The incidences of ventricular arrhythmia in normal, ischemia and Tanshinone Ⅱ A groups were 0/10,9/10 and 2/10 respectively. Conclusions Tanshinone Ⅱ A prevents ventricular arrhythmia and reduces TDR significantly in ischemic rabbit hearts.
