1.Determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang Oral Liquid by HPLC
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang Oral Liquid (Flos lonicerae, Radix Scutellariae). Methods: LUNA C18(2) column was used. The acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL?min -1 . The detection wavelength was set as 318nm. Results: For chlorogenic acid, the linear range was 0.2568 ~ 2.0544 ?g, and the average recovery rate was 97.7% with RSD =0.8%. For baicalin, the linear range was 0.9896 ~7.9168?g, and the average recovery rate was 98.0% with RSD =0.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
2.Thoughts on the clinical management of retinoblastoma
Ophthalmology in China 2006;0(06):-
Customized management based on chemotherapy initiated a new era in the treatment of retinoblastoma(RB).Many domestic ophthalmic centers are making beneficial attempts in this domain. However, the understanding of the trend needs to be improved throughout the country. In this article,a brief comment in five aspects is done in order to break the obsolete opinion and generalize the international classification of RB;correct some misunderstandings;promote an awareness campaign for early diagnosis;enhance the multi-center cooperation to improve the quality of clinical studies and start clinical and experimental research on RB.
4.Teaching Reform in Undergraduate Course of Audiology of Clinical Medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
The course of audiology is both important and difficult to the undergraduate education of otolaryngology.Through a series of reforms in teaching contents and methods of audiology, the students'effect of study were greatlyimproved, and thus these reforms were generally appreciated by both teachers and students. In conclusion, the act of theteaching reform not only advanced the students' learning enthusiasm and gumption, but also helps the development andexercise in their clinical thinking ability.
5.Identification of pulmonary fungal colonization and invasive fungal infection
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(9):585-588,594
The incidence of invasive fungal infection in critically ill patients is increasing year by year. Its clinical manifestation lacks specificity which is difficult for early diagnosis. It′s hard to identify inva-sive fungal infection with fungal colonization in clinical practice. We need to find out the way to distinguish them.
6.Assessment of resectability of pancreatic cancer with multiphasic contrast-enhanced 3.0T MRI before surgery
Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(1):66-68,78
Objective To study the value of multiphasic contrast-enhanced 3.0T MRI in the preoperative assessment of resectability in pancreatic cancer. Methods 38 patients with pancreatic cancer proved by operation and pathology were performed with multiphasic contrast-enhanced imaging at 3.0T MRI.The resectability of lesions was judged according to the status of vascular and adjacent organ involvement, lymphadenopathy and distant metastases on MRI images, which were compared with the results of operation. Results Of 38 pancreatic cancer,32 lesions located in the head,4 tumors in the body and 2 lesions in the tail of pancreas.MRI predicted that 1 9 tumors were resectable in which 1 7 lesions were successful resection, the accuracy of the positive predictive value for resectability was 89.5%.19 lesions were predicted to be unresectable by MRI,which were verified by surgery, the positive predictive value for un-resectability was 100%.The primary causes of unresectability contained peripancreatic main vessels involvement, liver metastasis, lymphadenopathy and peritoneal metastasis. Conclusion MRI multiphasic contrast-enhanced imaging has important value in preoper-ative resectability assessment of pancreatic cancer, which provides an useful reference for clinic to select appropriate treatment options.
7.Changes of brain angiography in patients with virus encephalitis
Journal of Clinical Neurology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the changes of brain angiography in patients with virus encephalitis. Methods Examining 5 patients with herpes simplex virus encephalitis and 2 patients with Epstein-Barr(EB)virus encephalitis by digital subtractiona angiography(DSA)system and compares the results with control group(including 10 headache patients). Results The results of DSA of virus encephalitis patients were all abnormal, the outcome was accelerating blood circle like irritation. The average of the whole time of brain artery and vein circle was 6.71 seconds, while the results of DSA examination of the control group were all normal, the whole time of brain circle was 10.25 seconds. There was significant difference between the two groups(P
8.Progress in drug therapy for retinoblastoma
Ophthalmology in China 2006;0(06):-
Retinoblastoma is the most common intraoeular malignant tumor in children. In its treatment, drug therapy is one of the most effective and irreplaceable methods. To reduce the toxicity of drugs, enhance the therapeutic effect and lessen drug resistance, some new drug deliver systems and new medicines for retinoblastoma are coming into being.Ophthalmic arterial infusion, fibrin sealant and iontophoresis are newly-found drug deliver systems. And the latest drugs under research include nutlins, phenoxazine derivative Phx-1,combretastatin A4 phosphate,2-deoxy-d-glucose and histone deacetylase inhibitors, etc. The following text is focused on the two aspects of the drug therapy for retinoblastoma.
9.Bacteriological Investigation of Drainage Tube after Modified Radical Mastectomy and Counter measures
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the present condition of bacteriological infection caused by drainage tube after modified radical mastectomy(MRM) and the prevention measure.METHODS Atotal of152 patients with drainage tube after MRM during 2005-2007 were analyzed, bacteria culture of drainage fluid from breast wound or axillary wound were taken in 24 hours after operation. The bacteria or fungi were identified with ATB bacterial analysis apparatus.RESULTS Seventy specimens from 52 patients were positive(positive rate 34.2%).Of 70 strains,40 were Gram-positive cocci,24 were Gram-negative bacilli and the other 6 were fungi. The reasons of infection included subsided immunity defense system, drainage tube application, incorrect aseptic processing or disinfection procedure, and obstruction of drainage tube.CONCLUSIONS The important prevention measures of bacteria infection through drainage tube after MRM include maintenance of aseptic environment in operating room, strict aseptic processing, fluent drainage, and proper indwelling time of drainage tube.
