3.Progress of imaging diagnosis in lacunar infarction
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(12):1337-1340
Recent studies suggest that lacunar infarction is a high risk ischemic cerebrovascular disease highly correlated with the time, which optimistic prognosis is not as good as previously thought. In addition, the role of macrovascular diseases has not been paid attention, it is not conducive to secondary prevention and early intervention for the etiology of lacunar infarction. This review focu-ses on application of imaging diagnosis of lacunar infarction, the etiology of non-lacunar infarct, and differential diagnosis of lacunar in-farction.
4.Study on the Breeding of L-Arginine-producing Strain
Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
A L-arginine-producing mutant UN100-12(SG~(r),AE~(r)) was derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC138761 by combination treatment with ultraviolet(UV) and N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(NTG). It could accumulate 16.6g/L L-arginine in the medium containing glucose as carbon source and ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source, when it was culrured at 30℃ for 4 days. And also this mutant has good stability of descendiblity of L-arginine.
5.The application of strain rate imaging in the evaluation of left atrial function in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(24):18-20
Objective To probe into the chnical value of strain rate imaging on the assessment of left atrial function in patients with hypertensive disorder comphcating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods Thirty two patients with HDCP and 20 control subjects were involved.Patients with HDCP were divided into 2 groups:17 with normal left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and 15 with left ventricular hypertrophy. These patients and controls underwent transthoracic echocardiography, strain and strain rate imaging examination.Atrial strain and strain rate imaging values of patients with HDCP were compared with those of controls.Multiple parameters were compared by one-way anova analysis. Results When compared with the controls, peak early diastolic strain rate (ESR) was significantly decreased in HDCP patients with normal LVMI and left ventricular hypertophy [(-1.13 ± 0.15),(-1.04 ± 0.29) s-1 vs.(-1.26 ± 0.23) s-1,P < 0.05].Compared with the normal LVMI,peak late diastolic strain rate (ASR) was significantly decreased in controls and patients with left ventricular hypertrophy [(-1.23 ± 0.25) s-1 vs.(-1.36 ± 0.33),(-1.34 ± 0.32) s-1].There was no significant difference in the others (P > 0.05).Conclusion Left atrial function is decreased in HDCP patients, which with left ventricular hypertrophy, the tendency is more obvious.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2012;47(1):29-32
Objective To investigate the different expression of various subtypes of human leukocyte antigen-G(HLA-G)in placenta of patients complicated with severe pre-eclampsia.Methods Ten placental samples from early-onset severe pre-eclamptic pregnancies and ten from late-onset severe preeclamptic pregnancies were collected as study group; ten placental samples from preterm pregnancies and ten from normal pregnancies were collected as control group. The levels of HLA-G protein in the four groups were measured by western blot and immunohistochemistry.Results(1)HLA-G1 protein decreased significantly in both the early-onset(2.4 ± 0.6 versus 2.9 ± 1.1,P < 0.05)and the late-onset pre-eclampsia groups (3.5 ± 2.1 versus 4.2 ± 2.4,P < 0.05).(2)HLA-G5 protein increased in the late-onset pre-eclampsia groups(1.8 ± 1.1 versus 1.1 ± 0.9,P < 0.05); the increase in the early-onset pre-eclampsia group is not obvious(1.6 ± 0.9 versus 1.4 ± 0.7,P > 0.05).(3)The level of HLA-G1 protein in placenta from patients complicated with premature labor is lower(2.9 ± 1.1 versus 4.2 ± 2.4,P < 0.05); HLA-G5 protein does not change significantly(1.4 ± 0.7 versus 1.1 ± 0.9,P > 0.05).(4)HLA-G1 and G5 proteins mainly express in the placenta extravillous cytotrophoblast cells. There is also a high level of expression around the blood vessels and in the extraembryonic mesoderm.Conclusions(1)HLA-G1 decreased significantly in both the early-onset and late-onset pre-eclamptic patients.(2)HLA-G5 increased in both the early-onset and late-onset pre-eclamptic patients, and the increase in the late-onset pre-eclamptic patients is obvious.(3)In late pregnancy, the level of HLA-G1 is lower in patients complicated with premature labor, this may be the result of its earlier pregnancy week; HLA-G5 does not change significantly.(4)HLA-G1 and G5 mainly express in the placenta extravillous cytotrophoblast cells.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bloodletting cupping plus Chinese medication in treating acne vulgaris due to wind-heat invading Lung Meridian.Method Sixty-six patients with acne vulgaris due to wind-heat invading Lung Meridian were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 33 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by bloodletting cupping at Dazhui (GV 14) and Feishu (BL 13) plus Chinese medication; the control group was intervened by Chinese medication alone. The treatment was given 4 weeks sessions as a treatment course, for a total of 3 courses. The clinical efficacy and relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 74.2% in the treatment group versus 96.9% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Three months after the intervention, the relapse rate was 3.1% in the treatment group versus 16.1% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05); 6 months after the intervention, the relapse rate was 18.8% in the treatment group versus 45.2% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bloodletting cupping plus Chinese medication can produce a more significant efficacy than Chinese medication alone in treating acne vulgaris, with a low long-term relapse rate and fewer adverse effects.
