Objective To carry out a taxonomic identification of a strain of claviform bacteria iso-lated from prostatic fluid of a patient who suffered from chronic prostatitis, and to approach its phylogenic and biologic position. Methods We undertaked an initial identification by phenotypic characters such as morphologecal, physiological and biochemical characteristics to ascertain its phylogeny by chemical composi-tion analysis of cell wall and 16S rRNA gene sequencing and alignment. Results A club-shaped gram posi-tive rod bacillus was isolated in pure culture state. Its biochemical reactions were not active. The diamino-acid of cell wall was meso-diaminopimelic acid (meso-DAP) and it had wall chemotype Ⅳ ( contained arabi-nose, galactose and maltose ). Sequence searches of the GenBank database revealed that this strain had a highest level of 16S rDNA sequence similarity (99.4%) to C. tuberculostearicurn strain ATCC35692 with only 8 nucleotides difference. Conclusion On the basis of phenotypic and phylngenetie analysis, it is rea-sonable to assign this strain to the species C. tuberculostearicum, and this is the first isolation of C. tubercu-lostearicum from prostatic fluid home and abroad.

Objective To investigate the effect of Zidan decoction containing serum on endometrial receptivity in uterine immunity environment,and then to discuss if it's effect on endometrial receptivity through its controlling the expression of cell factors which related to endometrial receptivity.Methods Mice's endometrium tissue samples and uterine Natural Killer (UNK) cells were obtained from pregnant mice on gd 4.5 days and gd 12.5 days.After endometrial glandular epithelial cells,endometrial stromal cells and UNK cells were separated through primary culture,epithelial cells and endometrial stromal cells at rate of 1 ∶ 1 a certain concentration UNK were mixed together and highly purified-cultured.Different concentrations of Zidan decoction was acted on the culture solution.FBS,black and aspirin control group were setup for contrast.The expression of LIF and VEGF which influenced by Zidan decoction in the immunity environment was assayed by Realtime-PCR.Results The expression of LIF and VEGF was significantly increased in the immunity environment of uterine (in 10％ Zidan decoction group,10％ aspirin group and 10％ blank control group:LIF was 2.10±0.20,1.98±0.14,0.90±0.05 separately,and VEGF was 3.17±0.31,2.52±0.09,0.92±0.06respectively,P＜0.05).Conclusion Zidan decoction could improve endometrial receptivity by increasing the expression of cell factor which related to endometrial receptivity with the help ofUNK paracrine.

OBJECTIVE:To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of S-1 capsules combined with recombinant human end-ostatin in the treatment of middle and advanced primary liver carcinoma. METHODS:Totally 94 patients with middle and advanced primary liver carcinoma in the First College of Clinical Medical Science of China Three Gorges university during Feb. 2012-Dec. 2014 were divided into combination group(48 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to random number table. Both groups were given S-1 capsules 40-60 mg orally within 30 min after breakfast and supper. Combination group additionally received Recom-binant human endostatin injection 150 mg added into 0.9%Sodium chloride injection 210 mL with portable micro pump for continu-ous pump of 120 h. A course involved 14 d treatment and 7 d interval. Short-term objective therapeutic efficacy,clinical benefit re-sponse (CBR) and ADR were evaluated after 2 courses. Disease progression time and average survival period were compared be-tween 2 groups. RESULTS:Objective response rate,disease control rate,disease progression time and average survival period of combination group were 14.6%,66.7%,(5.5 ± 1.3) months,(10.7 ± 3.8) months;those of control group were 8.7%,45.6%, (4.8±1.2)months,(8.9±3.3)months,with statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.05). CBR rate of combination group (79.2%)was significantly higher than control group(52.2%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical sig-nificance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:S-1 combined with recombinant human end-ostatin show good therapeutic efficacy and tolerance for patients with middle and advanced primary liver carcinoma,and do not in-crease the incidence of ADR.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for clinical rational use and purchase of TCM decoction pieces for rheumatism. METHODS:Using Excel software,the application of TCM decoction pieces for rheumatism in our hospital during 2010-2014 was analyzed statistically in respects of drug type,consumption quantity and consumption sum,etc. RESULTS:The consumption quan-tity of TCM decoction pieces for rheumatism increased from 46 026 kg to 79 139 kg in our hospital during 2010-2014,and annual growth rate was 14.68%;consumption sum increased from 3 851 300 yuan to 6 403 800 yuan,with annual growth rate was 15.46%;consumption quantity ratio was 2.48%-2.85%. Among antirheumatic drug subtype,the quantity of drugs for antirheumatic and dissipating cold was the largest (accounting for 51.43%-58.42%),followed by drugs for antirheumatic and strengthening the bones and muscles(accounting for 23.05%-28.42%)and drugs for antirheumatic and clearing heat(accounting for 18.53%-21.08%). Top 3 TCM decoction pieces for rheumatism in the list of annual quantity were Viscum coloratum,Cynanchum paniculatum and Clematis chinensis/Chaenomeles sinensis during 2011-2014. Top 3 TCM decoction pieces for rheumatism in the list of consumption sum were Zoacys dhumnades,C. paniculatum and V. coloratum during 2011-2014. CONCLUSIONS:Both consumption quantity and consumption sum of TCM decoction pieces for rheumatism have increased year by year in our hospital,but the ratio of total quantity to total amount and medication structure keep stable,and TCM for expelling wind-damp and dispelling cold is the greatest in consumption quantity which is in line with clinical drug use characteristics. Purchasing staff can purchase drugs predictably ac-cording to the results.

Objective To analyze the utilization and the development trend of TCM decoction pieces for relieving exterior syndrome in Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of TCM;To provide references for clinical rational medicine use and purchase. Methods Excel software was used to analyze the consumption quantity and consumption sum of TCM decoction pieces for relieving exterior syndrome in our hospital during 2009-2013. Results The consumption quantity of TCM decoction pieces for relieving exterior syndrome in our hospital increased year by year with average growth rate of 11.52%, among which the consumption quantity of medicine for diverging wind-cold was more than medicine for diverging wind-heat. Conclusion Both the consumption quantity and the consumption sum of TCM decoction pieces for relieving exterior syndrome in our hospital have been increasing significantly. The proportion of which in the total TCM decoction pieces for relieving exterior syndrome and the medicine utilization structure were stable, and the use of TCM decoction pieces for relieving exterior syndrome was rational on the whole.

Objective To investigate the influence of age on liver histopathological feature of patients infected with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Liver biopsies were performed on 114 patients with chronic hepatitis B. The biochemical tests were measured by routine automated techniques. Serum hepatitis markers including HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe, and anti-HBc were assayed by using a microparticle enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. HBV-DNA was measured with quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay. The grades of liver necrosis/inflammation and fibrosis were compared between four groups with different age: younger than 20years, 20 ～ 30, 31 ～40, and older than 40 years. Results All 114 patients had liver histological changes with different degree. 75.4 percent (89/114) of cases had 2/over 2 grades of liver necrosis/inflammation, and 47.4 percent (54/114) of cases had 2/over 2 stages of liver fibrosis.There was no significant relation between the level of ALT and age or between the level of ALT and the grades of liver necrosis/inflammation and fibrosis( P ＞0. 05 ). The significant difference in degrees of liver inflammation and fibrosis was found among three age groups ( x2 = 30. 86, P ＜ 0. 01; x2 = 21.17; P ＜0.05 ). The grades of 1 iver inflammation and fibrosis increased with the increased age of the patients. Conclusion These results suggested that age was an independent factor for the disease progression. It was very important to undertake liver biopsy for patients with CHB more than 30 years to reveal the liver histopathological characteristics and guide the treatment.

· AlM:To investigate the effect of compound anisodine on fundus blood circulation after vitrectomy with face-down position.
· METHODS: Sixty patients ( 60 eyes ) with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment received vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade operation, who were randomized divided into treatment group ( 30 eyes ) and control group ( 30 eyes ) .The patients in the treatment group received the subcutaneously injection of compound anisodine hydrobromide by the superficial temporal artery once daily for 14d since postoperative first day.Retinal microcirculation blood flow parameters were recorded with Heidelberg retinal flowmeter postoperative 1d, 1 and 2wk, and were compared between two groups.
·RESULTS: The blood flow parameters ( Vol, Flw, Vel) of control group postoperative 1 and 2wk were significantly less than those postoperative 1d.Otherwise the parameters of treatment postoperative 1 and 2wk were significantly more than those postoperative 1d. The parameters between two groups were significant different ( P<0.01) .
· CONCLUSlON: Facing down after vitrectomy with
silicone oil tamponade may reduce retinal blood supply, consequently lead to retinal ischemia; compound anisodine can effectively improve the retinal and choroidal microcirculation after vitrectomy with face-down posture, reduce retinal ischemia, and enhance the visual function.

Objective To explore the acute toxic reactions of memantine in neonatal rats. Methods Based on Completely Lethal dose(LD_(100)) and median lethal dose (LD_(50))of memantine in SD neonatal rats acquired in a preliminary test of death dose, 60 neonatal rats were randomly divided into normal group which were given water injection intraperitoneally and 5 study groups which were given different doses of memantine intraperitoneally.LD_(50) was calculated with Bliss method and the toxic reactions of memantine were observed in all neonatal rats of 6 groups after administration of memantine. Results LD_(50) of memantine in SD neonatal rats was((74.386?2.811)) mg/kg with 95% confidence at the range of 59.334-93.257 mg/kg.Side effects occurred at 1-4 minutes after administration. Excitatory jitteriness,ataxia,decreased respiratory rate and passivity were usually observed in groups with a lower dosage (52.0 mg/kg,61.2 mg/kg,72.0 mg/kg);some of them also manifested side lying, cyanosis and respiratory failure.While neonatal rats with a higher dosage (85 mg/kg,100 mg/kg)mainly manifested visible symptoms of inhibition, respiratory failure,side (lying) and cyanosis.However,no jitteriness and ataxia were observed in them.The neonatal rats usually died around 1 hour after memantine administration;survival rats usually returned to normal 4-5 hours after administration.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between toxic reactions and the mortality with memantine dosage in neonatal rats.

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) in repairing cisplatin-induced acute renal injury.Methods The rats were injected 6 mg/kg of cisplatin intraperitoneally,and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs group) or PBS (PBS group) were injected respectively via tail vein after 24 hours.The rats without injecting cisplatin were selected as a normal control group.The repair effect of BM-MSCs on renal injury was observed by HE staining and immunohistochemistry.In addition,NRK-52E cells were cultured in vitro and treated with cisplatin for 6 hours.Then,NRK-52E cells were continued to culture for 48 hours or co-cultured with BM-MSCs for 48 hours,and NRK-52E cells untreated with cisplatin were used as a control.The expression levels of miR-92b and its target gene PTEN were detected by qRT-PCR,and the expression level of p-Akt by western blot.Results HE staining showed that the tubular protein casts in BM-MSCs group were significantly less than that in PBS group,and that the renal tubular structure was significantly improved in BM-MSCs group.Immunohistochemical staining indicated that the number of cells expressing proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in BM-MSCs group (131.0 ± 14.4) was significantly higher than that in PBS group (42.2 ±6.1,t =11.28,P ＜0.01).qRT-PCR results showed that in the vivo experiment,compared with the expression level of miR-92b and PTEN in the normal control group (1.11 ± 0.78,1.01 ± 0.21),PBS group were (4.64 ± 1.06) and (0.61 ± 0.2),respectively (all P ＜ 0.05);BM-MSCs group were (2.27 ± 0.81) and (1.1 ± 0.1),respectively (all P ＜ 0.05).In vitro experiment,compared with the expression level of miR-92b and PTEN in the negative control group (1.12 ± 0.77,1.02 ± 0.13),cisplatin group were (7.64 ± 0.72) and (0.58 ± 0.2),respectively (all P ＜ 0.05),cell group were (4.38 ± 0.50) and (1.15 ± 0.23),respectively (all P ＜ 0.05).Western blot results showed that compared with the expression level of p-Akt in cisplatin group (0.96 ± 0.18),p-Akt expression in cell group was (2.11 ± 0.11,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion BM-MSCs may repair the cisplatin-induced acute renal injury via down-regulating the expression level of miR-92b.

Methods Excel software was used to analyze the utilization of TCM decoction pieces for clearing damp and promoting diuresis in our hospital during 2009-2013 from the aspects of consumption quantity, consumption sum, and annual average growth. Results The consumption quantity of TCM decoction pieces for clearing damp and promoting diuresis in our hospital increased year by year with average growth rate of 10.58%;the consumption sum increased year by year with average growth rate of 20.21%. The consumption quantity of TCM decoction pieces for inducing diuresis to alleviate edema took the lead among all kinds of medicine, followed by medicine for inducing dampness for treating jaundice, and medicine for inducing diuresis for treating stranguria. Conclusion Both the consumption quantity and the consumption sum of TCM decoction pieces for clearing damp and promoting diuresis in our hospital have been increasing year by year. The proportion of which in total quantity and the consumption sum of TCM decoction pieces and the medicine utilization structure have kept stable, and its usages is rational on the whole.
