International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(11):1028-1030
Objective To discusse the acupuncture treatment of blood-stasis syndrome of liver meridian based on the ancient medical records. Methods Medical records on treatment of blood stasis syndrome of liver meridian were searched in Chinese Medical Classics. Frequency analysis and comprehending analysis were used to study the treatment strategies and methods. Results Among 231 medical records, single acupoint treatment accounts for 47.28%, followed by multi-acupoints treatment accounting for 32.16%. The most used single points are Taichong (15.96%) and Ganshu (11.70%). Yanglingquan point and Zusanli point are used mostly in two-combined acupoints treatment, while Sanyinjiao is mainly used in multi-acupoints treatment. And the liver channel of foot-Jueyin is mainly used in the meridians, accounting for 24%, followed by the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyin. Conclusions The acupuncture treatment is very effective, while the single acupoint and two-combined acupoints are easily used. It can improve the clinical effects.
2.Analysis of chromosome variation of lymphocytes and comparative genomic hybridization of lung carcinoma in patients with long survival after operation
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Background and Purpose:To analyse the chromosome of peripheral lymphocytes and tissue samples of lung cancer for the long term survival patients after surgery, which could provide the rationale for the screening of relative genes of carcinogenesis and clinical treatment of lung cancer. Methods:Twenty patients with over 5 year survival after operation were defined as long term survival group. There were 9 patients with squamous cell carcinoma,6 with adenocarcinoma and 5 with small cell carcinoma in the long term survival group. The control group was defined as the samples from the patients with lung cancer who had surgery within one year and had to be randomly chosen,8 patients were histologically proven as squamous cell carcinoma,7 as adenocarcinoma and 5 as small cell carcinoma in the control group. The samples from healthy donors were defined as the normal group. The chromosome variations of peripheral lymphocytes in all these 3 groups were analyzed by routine methods. The comparative genomic hybridization of the embed-paraffin tissue sample of lung carcinoma was done by the DeVries methods. Results:In the long term survival group, the chromosome variations rate of lymphocytes was 3.15%,which was lower than that of the control group(3.15% vs 10.85%,P
3.30 Cliaical Cases of Serious Hyponatremia From Applying Pituitrin.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(S1):-
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of serious hyponatremia resulted from applying pitnitrin to massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal tract patients. Methods we used pitritrion on 2460 such patients and examined some symptoms of the digestive tract and nerve system, monitoring the dynamic state of blood sodium. Results The re- suits reveal that patients in 30 cases turned out to suffer from serious hyponatremia, whese sodium in the serum appeared less than 110 mmol/L,which was 1.22% of the rest subjects'.The relevant symptoms included nausea, vomit, spoor, coma and twitch etc.Following remedies included liquid supply with a high-concentrated sodium, ceasing using pituitrin,in- take of salute foods, and dynamic monitoring on the state of sodium in the serum. All patients recovered in 1 to 3 days without a single failure. Conclusion Thus we reach this conclusion:When applying pituitrin to massive hemorrhage of gastrointestinal tract patients, the above mentioned symptoms should be closely examined, and blood sodium should be timely monitored so that proper treatment should arrive in time.
4.Regulating effect of 17?-estradiol on osteoprotegerin and osteoclast differentiation factor expressions in osteoblasts from newborn rats
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
Osteoblasts (OB) isolated from newborn SD rats were cultured in vitro. After treatment with different concentrations of 17?-estradiol (10~(-11)-10~(-6)mol/L),the mRNA expressions of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and osteoclast differentiation factor (ODF) in OB were measured by RT-PCR.17?-estradiol increased the expression of OPG in OB with the maximal effect at the concentration of 10~(-8) mol/L.No significant difference was observed in the expression of ODF in OB with different concentrations of 17?-estradiol.The therapeutic effect of estrogen on osteoporosis appears to be related to the enhanced OPG expression in OB at physiological concentration of estrogen.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(07):-
Objective To determine how endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) compared with magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in the diagnosis of pancreaticobiliary diseases. Methods A total of 40 patients with suspected pancreaticobiliary diseases underwent both MRCP and ERCP. Images obtained from ERCP and MRCP were compared. Results Pictures of both the examinations in the 40 patients had come out satisfactorily revealing the pancreatic duct and the biliary tree. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 87% (34/39), 100% (1/1) and 88% (35/40) in MRCP and 100% (39/39), 100% (1/1) and 100% (40/40) in ERCP, respectively, without significant differences between the two examinations. Conclusions Although MRCP offers a diagnostic means equivalent to ERCP, it cannot take the place of the latter as regards identification of biliary obstruction.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of plasma tissue factor pathway (TFP) levels during the onset of acute ischemic cardiac and cerebral vessel disease. Methods The study population consisted of 69 patients with AMI and 71 with AICS as well as 50 age-matched healthy volunteers. Blood samples were obtained during the onset period of AMI and AICS. Tissue factor (TF) and tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) activity in plasma were assayed with the chromogenic assay, Plasma TF and TFPI antigen were measured with ELISA, Plasma FⅦ coagulation activity (FⅦ:C) was developed in the one- stage system. Plasma FⅦa was determined by soluble TF assay, plasma prothrombin (FII) and fibrinogen (Fbg) were measured by one-stage amidolytic assay and thrombin time (TT) respectively. Results In the AMI group, compared with the control group, plasma TF activities and antigens, TFPI activities and antigens as well as FⅦa were significantly higher(all P0.05), plasma FII and Fbg were also remarkably increased (both P0.05). Conclusion The initiation of TF pathway would be associated with the onset of AMI and AIS, but the changes of TF, TFPI, FⅦ:C and Fbg in AMI are different from those in AICS, endothelial dysfunction and the blood is in hypercoagulable state.
