Portal vein tumor thrombus is a common complication of primary liver cancer,in the event, and often indicates that his condition has office in the late irreversible, the prognosis is extremely poor. This article describes the treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus of existing methods,to promote muhidisciplinary treatment, improve survival in patients with advanced liver cancer.
3.A comparative study of intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis and late intracoronary stenting in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction using 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT imaging
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(8):1241-1242
Objective To evaluate and compare the therapeutic effects among intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis, thrombolysis plus delayed intracoronary stenting for acute myocardial infaction(AMI)using 99Tcm-MIBI myocar dial SPECT imaging. Methods 60 cases of AMI were divided into two groups Which were the thrombolysis group(n=30),thrombolysis plus delayed stenting group(n=30).99Tcm-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging was performed 3 weeks after thrombolysis therapy. Results The scores of the two groups were(29.5±7.8),(18.4±6.2)(t=7.2,P<0.01)respectively.Conclusion Thrombolysis plus delayed stenting seems to be more effective than thrombolysis.
4.Periopertive nursing of children with formaral angulation deformity treated with sreminobicular crib external fixator
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(2):25-28
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience in nursing children with formaral angulation deformity treated with sreminobicular crib external fixator. Method The clinical data of 15 children with formaral angulation deformity treated with sreminobicular crib external fixator were reviewed. Results All 15 children got recovered, with the femora extended by 4~9 cm. After operation, all of them were affected by knee flexion dysfunction and foot drop to varied extents, which were improved satisfactorily after systematic training. Conclusions The systematic and progressive training can prevent knee flexion dysfunction and foot drop. Careful observation and effective nursing play an important role in the treatment of formaral angulation deformity.
5.The influence of different dosages of atorvastatin in acute coronary syndrome female patients on vascular endothelial growth factor and brain natriuretic peptide
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(2):244-246
Objective To study the influence of different dosages of atorvastatin in acute coronary syndrome female patients on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).Methods 60 female cases of ACS patients were divided into A and B group.30 patients in the A group were given atorvastatin 20mg per night, while the other 30 patients in the B group were taken 40mg per night. The patients were followed four weeks by evaluating serum VEGF and BNP concentration. Results After treatment for four weeks, the patients in the two groups showed significant reduction in VEGF and BNP,however, the therapeutic group showed significant difference between the two groups.Additionally, the B group further showed significant reduction in VEGF and BNP.Conclusion Using high-dose atorvastatin lowers VEGF and BNP significantly, which could reduce female cardiovascμlar events.
6.Research advances of gut microbiota in diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(11):771-775
The association between colorectal cancer and gut microbiota imbalance has became a hot research topic along with the increase of its irevalance. In this article, we search for the potential specific carcinogenic strainand their metabolite markers in the development of colorectal cancer, with an attempt to provide an important basisfor early diagnosis and primary prevention of colorectal cancer, elucidate the potential roles and mechanisms of in-testinal microbioecological preparation and improve the management of colorectal cancer.
7.OBSERVATION OF SEXUAL DIMORPHISM OF SOMATOSTATIN IMMUNOREACTIVE NEURONS IN THE RAT HYPOTHALAMUS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
The distribution and numbers of SRIF-immunoreactive cell bodies and fibers in normal and castrated rats hypothalamus were studied by PAP immunocytochemistry. The results showed that the positive cell bodies and fibers in periventricular nucleus (PV), suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) and paraventricular nucleus (PVN) were more numerous in male than in female. Another marked sexual dimorphism was found in medial preoptic area (MPO) which was filled with dense plexus of varicose immunoreactive fibers in male, while there were low density of stained fibers in female. Orchiectomized rats had fewer number of positive neurons in PV, PVN, SCN and arcuate nucleus (ARN), and lower density of fiber in SCN, ARN, MPO and median eminence than the normal rats. On the contrary, in the ovariectomized rats could find more numerous cell bodies and fibers in these areas. When gonadal steroid was given after gonadectomy, the SRIF neurons became similar to the normal.
8.Right hemihepatectomy through the right retrohepatic tunnel
International Journal of Surgery 2013;(4):249-251,封3
Objective To study the clinical value of anatomizing and ligating the short hepatic veins (SHVs) and right hepatic veins through the right Retrohepatic Tunnel (RT) in right hemibepatectomy of giant hepatic carcinoma. Methods We performed the right hemibepatectomy on 23 patients with huge tumors which diameters were lager than 8 cm.There were four main procedures during the operation.Firstly, sperated the interspace between right hepatic veins and middle hepatic veins through secundum porta hepatis.Secondly, seperated and ligated the right hepatic portal vein and hepatic artery in the Glisson's system.Thirdly, anatomized and ligated SHVs and right hepatic veins through the right RT conversly. Finally, set a blocking-belt at the left of the central liver and then cut the right hemi-hepar.Results The anatomy of right hepatic artery,Portal Vein, retrohepatic inferior vena cava (RHIVC),right hepatic veins was well done. The intraoperative blood loss of 7 patients was less than 400 mL,and 11 was 500-700 mL,2 was 800-1 000 mL,3 was 1 100-1 400 mL,and average was 640 mL.The hepatic function was changed in the third day afteroperation. The numerus of TBIL of 16 patients was 20-40 μmol/L,and 6 was 45-50 μmol/L,and 1 was 60 μmol/L.The numerus of ALT of 14 patients was 150-200 U/L,and 9 was 250-400 U/L.The numerus of AST of of 13 patients was 160-200 U/L,and 9 was 230-400 U/L,and 1 was 430 U/L.The numerus of GGT of 14 patients was 160-200 U/L,and 8 was 220-310 U/L,and 1 was 420 U/L.The hepaticfailure happened to 1 patient because of deep venous infection. Conclusions The right hemibepatectomy through the right retrohepatic tunnel is feasible in the tumor without invasion the RHIVC and diaphragm,or the volume was not too huge. The operation could reduce the blood loss and make for the recovery of hepatic funtions.
9.The occurrence and evolution of portal vein tumor thrombus in primary liver cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(11):724-725,729
Primary liver cancer is a high incidence and common malignant tumor in China. Portal vein tumor thrombus is one of the biologic marks of advanced liver cancer and difficult to be cured, and the prognosis is extremely poor. This paper systematically describes the formation mechanism, diagnosis, classification and prognosis of portal vein tumor thrombus. It would provide a theoretical basis for this clinical problem in order to reasonably understand and actively treat it.
