Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(11):1921-1923
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the drug-eluting stents in the treatment of coronary artery diseases in patients with diabetes. Methods This study included a retrospective database of 600 consecutive patients with coronary artery disease who underwent drug-eluting stems implantation in Zhong Shan Hospital, including 147 pa-tients with diabetes. The MACE in this study included death of any cause, nonfatal myocardial infarction, target lesion revascularization and target vessel revascularization. All the MACE were recorded. The efficacy of the drug-eluting stents was evaluated by the incidence of MACE and the rate of in-stent restenosis. Results No significant differences were found concerning the incidence of MACE (7. 9% vs 4. 9% ,P = 0. 344) as well as the rate of ISR(6. 0% vs 4.9% ,P =0. 540) between patients with diabetes and patients without diabetes. No significant differences were found concerning the incidence of MACE(7.9% vs 4. 9% ,P = 0. 344) as well as the rate of ISR( 1.4% vs 1.9% ,P = 1. 000) between Cypher stents and TAXUS stents. Conclusion Drug-eluting stents are effective in the treatment of coronary artery disease of patients with diabetes. There was no significant difference in the rate of MACE and in-stent restenosis between the two leading drug-eluting stents of sirolimus eluting Cypher stent and the paclitaxle eluting TAX-US stent.
5.Research progress of FHIT gene and its protein expression in the pathogenesis of lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(2):140-143
Fragile histidine triad (FHIT) gene is an important tumor suppressor gene,in non-small-cell lung cancer and precancerous lesions its protein deficiency is common, reflecting the FHIT gene is changing in lung cancer occurred in the early molecular events.Ferredoxin in the participation of Fhit protein promotes the electron transport function, and promotes the apoptosis of tumour cells in oxidative stress environment.Fhit protein expression combined platinum enhanced the apoptosis of tumor cell response. With early occuring,high-frequency and facilitate detection, the abnormal changes of FHIT/FRA3B,which take great significance to explain the factors, such as race, genetic polymorphism, geography, environment, respiratory diseases in the pathogenesis of lung cancer.
6.Application of perfusion imaging in moyamoya disease
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;(2):117-121
Moyamoya disease is an uncommon chronic progressive occlusive cerebrovascular disease. It is mainly involved in the terminal internal carotid artery and the proximal portions of the anterior cerebral and middle cerebral arteries.Normally, there are differences between the conventional angiographic findings and the clinical manifestations and outcomes in moyamoya disease, while the perfusion imaging can provide important hemodynamic information.Currently,CT perfusion imaging and magnetic resonance perfusion imaging have been widely used in clinical practice. This article reviews the application of the two imaging techniques in moyamoya disease.
7.Effects of Tetrandrine on Aggregation and Morphological Changes of Platelets in Rabbits
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
The effects of tetrandrine on the aggregation and morphological changes of platelets were studied by using the rabbit platelet-rich plasma prepared with centri-fugation.It was found that tetrandrine could markedly inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by ADP,collagen, and arachidonic acid with an IC50(50% inhibitory concentration) of 38.9,30.3 and 44.3?g/ml respectively. The platelets pretreated with tetrandrine could not be stimulated to initiate morphological changes and granule release, and their normal structures were well preserved. In addition,di-pyridamole could enhance but excessive amount of extracellular calcium could weaken the inhibition of tetrandrine on platelet aggregation.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
ASCT2 is a Na+-dependent neutral amino acid transporter in brush-border membrane of intestinal epithelial cells. The activity accounts for the majority of intestinal luminal neutral amino acid absorption, such as alanine, serine, cysteine, threonine, glutamine, asparagine and so on.The study about molecular and functional characteristics of ASCT2 will help to the understanding of bowel function, and offer the potential for developing new treatments for short bowel syndrome and other bowel dysfunction conditions.
9.Experimental study of Gold Theragran on rennin angiotensin system in diabetic nephropathy
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of Gold Theragran in the protection of renal function, and the inhibition of renal local rennin angiotensin(RA)system in the early diabetic nephropathy(DN),and to provide the theoretical and experimental data for clinical application to prevent the DN.Methods:The experimental rats consisted of 64 healthy SD rats, average 180-220g,female and male both a half, rat model of DN was established by improved method of YANG Junwei,s method of intraperitoneal injection of STZ after nephrectomy.8 Rats was taken as normal group, the rest of them were randomly divided into 5 groups:high, middle and low dose groups of Gold Theragran,Valsartan group, model group. In each group, blood glucose, blood lipids, urine microalbumin per 24 hours,KW/BW,renal angiotensin converting enzyme, plasma and renal angiotensin Ⅱ,and its type 1 receptor were observsd and measured.Results:①Rat's general status in each treatment group was improved compared with the DN model group.②The levels of serum glucose decreased in all treatment groups, especially the high-dose group and mid-dose group were significant(P0.05).③The levels of abnormally high lever of TG,TC decreased in treatment groups, especially the high-dose group and mid-dose group were significant(P0.05).The high-dose group had further function to regulate the lipids in the 28th day than in the 7th day(P0.05).Conclusion:Firstly,Gold Theragran had a therapeutic effect of protecting the renal function on the experimental DN rats;Secondly,Gold Theragran can inhibit the abnormal state of activated rennin angiotensin system in diabetic nephropathy, delay the development of diabetic nephropathy;Thirdly, with the treatment course prolonged, the effective of Gold Theragran might be more obvious, and different dose groups show dose-effect-dependent relationship.
10.Molecular mechanism of protective effects of estrogen on cerebral ischemia
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(02):-
Estrogen has the protective effect on cerebral ischemia in v ar ious ways. It not only can improve the regional cerebral blood flow during ische mia and rescue the remaining neurons alive, but also can reduce the injury of is chemia-reperfusion. In this article, we enumerate at the molecular level that e strogen has the properties of inhibiting the expression of VCAM and cytokines li ke TNF-? in the ischemia region, educing the overload of calcium and cytotoxic ity of EAA by modulating the calcium channels, and regulating related genes expr ession and anti-apoptosis. It is crucial for estrogen replacement therapy as a neutoprotectant clinically.
