2.Meridian Theory Development and Application Analyses the Root End and Appearance Substance
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(8):1012-1015,1016
Objective]Explore the Neijing·Lingshu and channels and col aterals theory of traditional Chinese medicine on root end, the meaning of the appearance substance, the development and application.[Methods]Through consulting relevant literature, the paper expounds root end, appearance substance in channels and col aterals theory, the definition and connection, and the root knot, appearance substance and qi and blood, specific hole, gas street, universal and systematic review of clinical application, etc. [Results]Root end is similar but not identical and appearance substance theory, root end heavy concrete location, up and down on both ends of the appearance substance weight area. Qi by no out, a way to root, slip, note, and five acupoints, the head of the parts to the auction, offering acupuncture point, back-shu point, the acupuncture point, etc., in accordance with the gas tract, universal distribution position. Come a long way to Selecting distant points and root-pass-knot match point, provide theoretical basis for clinical application. [Conclusions]Root end, appearance substance theory is a supplement to the theory of meridians and improvement of the clinical syndrome differentiation, finding out the formula and specific point one of the clinical application provides the theoretical methods, the application method is an extension of the concept on also to expand scope provided theoretical guidance for the treatment of disease. The disease diagnosis and treatment have important significance.
3.Effect of tumor cell component on the inducing macrophage cytotoxic factor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
In this study,we presented data that K562,YAC-1 and LAC-1 cells or tumor-membrane-associated protein could stimulate BCG-treated macrophages from BALB/c mice to produce cy-totoxic factor (M?-CF). CF-inducing activity of K562 membrane or tumor cells remainde afterheat-treated at 100℃ for 20 min, but decreased by trypsin digestion or NaIO_4 oxidixa-tion. Thisactivity was also hibited by ConA or D-Man, but not by Gal. and Giu. The results suggested thatgiycoprotein containing D-Man on tumor cell surface was responsible for traggering M?s toproduce CF.
4.Anatomy study of blood vessel and nerve bunch of temporal muscle to repair the deformed of later facial paralysis
Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 1998;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical anatomy for repair the deformed of later facial paralysis in power by grouped human specimen of the blood vessel and nerve bunch of temporal muscle Methods Materials consisted of 20 fresh human temporalis muscle specimens Divided to four groups in random Vascular infusion was by either solution of lead oxide, methylmethacrylate or Zhonghua ink,and stained the microdissection of nerve All the images were made photograph, and overlaped by computer To form the bunches of vascular and nerve Results Temporal muscle have three bunches to utilize independently, and the blood vessel and nerve formed a dense interlacing network Conclusion To power correct deformed in eye, nose and mouth of later facial paralysis,we can accomplish once a time with the corresponding temporal muscle bunches of vascular and nerve
5.Litterature review TCM treatment for insomnia
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(6):573-576

6.Effect of hypertonic saline on permeability of blood-brain barrier in a rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2015;35(8):1014-1016
Objective To investigate the effect of hypertonic saline (HS) on the permeability of blood-brain barrier in a rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats, aged 8 weeks, weighing 260-300 g, were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=15 each) using a random number table: sham operation group (group S), sham operation+HS group (group HS) ,ICH group, and ICH+HS group.ICH was commonly induced in anesthetized rats by intraparenchymal injection of autologous blood 50 μ1.The equal volume of normal saline was given instead in group S.The neurologic deficits were scored on a five-point scale, and a score of 1-3 indicated successful establishment of the model. At 48 h after establishment of the model, the rats were sacrificed, and brains were removed for determination of brain water content, expression of occludin in brain tissues (by Western blot) , and Evans blue content. Results Compared with group S, the brain water content and Evans blue content were significantly increased, and the expression of occludin was down-regulated in ICH and ICH+HS groups, and no significant change was found in the indices mentioned above in group S+HS.Compared with group ICH,the brain water content and Evans blue content were significantly decreased, and the expression of occludin was up-regulated in group ICH +HS.Conclusion HS can inhibit increase in the permeability of bloodbrain barrier, and reduce the cerebral edema in a rat model of ICH.
8.THREE CASES OF ANOMALOUS ORIGIN OF THE RIGHT SUBCLAVIAN ARTERIES IN CHINESE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
1. Three anomalous origin of the right subclavian arteries in 223 Chinese cadaverswere examined. Among these one is the extremely rare case (the arteries appear in thefollowing order: right carotid, left carotid, left subclavian, left vertebral and right sub-clavian). According to the literature reviewed, only Williams (1935) reported a similarcase. The other two anomalies (the arteries appear in the following order: right caro-tid, left carotid, left subclavian and right subclavian) have been comparatively often seenin literature. 2. As a consequence of the abnormal origin and course of the right subclavian ar-tery, there occurs the lack of right recurrent nerve. The clinical symptoms and the pro-cess of ontogenesis etc. of such abnormality have been discussed. 3. The frequency of the left vertebral artery originates directly from the aortic archand the frequency of the thyroidea ima originates from the brachiocephalic artery, theright common carotid artery or the right internal mammary artery have been also dis-cussed.
9.Partial excision of penile combined with penile lengthening surgery for the treatment of early penile carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;(2):122-124
Objective To improve the quality of life in patients with early penile carcinoma (T1N0M0) after partial excision of penile. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with early penile carcinoma who were treated with partial excision of penile combined with penile lengthening surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 8 months to 5 years. None of patients had recurrence, and there were no external urethral stenosis and postoperative infection. The length of penile at extension state before surgery was 7.6-11.7 (8.3 ± 1.8) cm, and after surgery was 6.3-10.5 (7.4 ± 1.4) cm. All the patients were able to urinate in a standing position, 11 cases had normal sexual function, and 6 cases could complete after drug and psychological guidance. Conclusions Partial excision of penile combined with penile lengthening surgery is an effective treatment in patients with early penile carcinoma. It can significantly improve the patients' quality of life, and is an effective and feasible treatment method.
