After the necessity of research on bio-entities was pointed out, the advances and status quo in research on the relation between bio-entities were analyzed with concrete ideas and project put forward for the research on bio-entities using scientometric methods according to thecitationrelation in bio-entities similar to that in litera-ture.This kind of research will promote and perfect the research on scientometric theory and practice, and open a new visual angle for the research on knowledge management .

AIM:To analyze the 34 cases of patients with diagnosis of lacrimal duct disease, to explore the cause and clinical characteristics of lacrimal duct inflammation, and to study the common misdiagnosis to improve the diagnosis rate, to provide clinical experience for medical workers.
METHODS: A total of 34 eyes of 34 patients were selected from 2011-06 to 2015-06 to our hospital for lacrimal duct incision. Clinical data of patients including age and gender distribution, eye and lesion location, duration, canaliculitis clinical symptoms and previous misdiagnosis were collected. The operation of lacrimal duct was carried out, and the secretion of lacrimal secretion was checked.
RESULTS:Patients over the age of 40 accounted for 77%of the population, men accounted for 23. 5%, women accounted for 76. 5%. Left eye in 15 cases, right eye in 19 cases, and were monocular onset, 26 cases ( 76%) of patients with lower lacrimal duct inflammation. Clinical symptoms: increased secretion, canthal conjunctival congestion, swelling, lesion location around the lacrimal puncta swelling and tenderness, slightly raised, epiphora, foreign body sensation. The culture results Showed 34 cases of discharge inspection. A total of 20 cases were fungal growth, 6 cases of bacterial growth rate were 59%, 18%, and 8 cases were not detected, 10 cases of lacrimal duct stone were found by pathological examination. There were 3 cases of Aspergillus, 5 cases of Candida, 2 cases of actinomycetes, 4 cases found in Gram staining microscope. Misdiagnosis of canaliculitis for other eye diseases, including 12 cases of chronic dacryocystitis, 8 cases of chronic conjunctivitis, 6 cases of acute conjunctivitis, stye in 4 cases, the misdiagnosis rate reached 88%.
CONCLUSION:In the middle and old aged people, the lacrimal duct is more than that of the male. The main pathogenic bacteria causing lacrimal duct infection may be fungi, which can be treated with anti-fungal drugs. For the removal of the lacrimal duct stone, we should distinguish the types of pathogenic bacteria for the treatment of the disease. In the case of misdiagnosis, the clinical manifestations of different clinical manifestations from the lacrimal duct infection and other diseases of the eye should be carefully examined and carefully treated.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the status quo of the application of Chinese traditional medicines andthe problemslie in the development of the application of Chinese traditional medicine.METHODS:The Chinese traditional medicines used in outpatients from Apr.2006to Apr.2007in our patient were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum,con-sumption quantity and drug category.RESULTS:Leading the list in terms of consumption quantity in the outpatient depart-ment were heat-clearing drugs,detoxicating drugs,dampness-drying drugs and haemostatics.The utilization of Chinese traditional medicines in outpatients was standard on the whole,but there were still some irrational phenomena.CONCLU-SION:To enhance the curative efficacy of Chinese traditional medicines and standardize their use,the co-effort of both hospital staff and the society is much needed.

Objective The adsorption effects of four sorts of dietary fibres from seaweeds on exogenous NO~-_(2) were studied in vitro and in vivo.Methods By simulating the environment of stomach and small intestine in vitro,and feeding rat in vivo.At the same time,the adsorption effect of wheat bran was studied comparatively.Results The results showed that:(1) the adsorption effect of dietary fibres on NO~-_(2) were related with the pH and the species of dietary fibres.Under the simulated stomach environment,the adsorption capacity of Laminaria japonica was the strongest with 1.19 mg?g~(-1),the next was Eucheuma with 0.94 mg?g~(-1),and Sargassum was the weakest with 0.60 mg?g~(-1).The adsorption ratio of Laminaria japonica and Eucheuma was significantly higher than that of wheat bran(P

Objective To observe the clinical effects of budesonide inhalation combined with psychotherapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 90 cases diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group.The control group received budesonide inhalation, and observation group received psychotherapy on the basis of control group.The serum airway remodeling indexes, sputum inflammatory indicators and blood gas indexes were compared between two groups .Results After two weeks’ treatment, the serum basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF), nerve growth factor (NGF) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), the sputum interleukin-8 (IL-8), IL-18 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), PaO2in observation group was higher and PaCO2was lower than those in control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value between two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Budesonide inhalation combined with psychotherapy has a good effect on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which is better than that of budesonide alone.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Cangfu daotan decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate capsule on sex hormone level and endometrial receptivity in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) combined infertility. METH-ODS:A total of 116 PCOS patients with infertility in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of TCM from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 58 cases in each group. Both groups received hormone regulation therapy since the fifth day of menstruation. Control group was given Clomiphene citrate capsule 50 mg,qd;observation group was additionally given one dose of Cangfu daotan decoction,400 mL after decocted with wa-ter,bid,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 3 cycles of menstruation. The levels of serum sex hormone (E2,LH),endometrial thickness(Em),endometrial spiral arterial pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between 2 groups after 1-year follow-up. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in E2,LH,Em,PI or RI between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of E2 and LH as well as Em in 2 groups were increased significantly,while PI and RI were de-creased significantly;the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.06). After 1-year follow-up,there was no statistical significance in ovulation rate between 2 groups (P>0.05). The pregnancy rate of observation group was 41.38％,which was significantly higher than that of control group (22.41％),with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Cangfu daotan decoction combined with Clomiphene citrate capsule can effectively regulate serum sex hormone levels of PCOS patients with infertility,and improve endometrial receptivity so as to increase pregnancy rate.

Objective To evaluate the clinical role of F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-positron emission tomography (PET) for the diagnosis and staging of prostate cancer.Methods 18F-FDG PET/CT and 99Tcm-MDP ECT whole body bone scan were both performed in 40 patients with prostate cancer proved by biopsy or surgery.We then evaluated the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT for prostate cancer.Results Of 40 cases,17 cases were detected by 18 F-FDG PET/CT with a sensitivity of 42.5％.Of the 17 cases with lymphoma metastasis,8 cases were detected by CT while 15 cases were detected by 18F-FDG PET/CT.The sensitivity of 18F-FDG PET/CT is 88.2％.Though 18F-FDG PET/CT and 99Tcm-MDP bone scan have a similar sensitivity in detecting bone metastases,18 F-FDG PET/CT has better specificity and accuracy in detecting bone metastases than that of an 99Tcm-MDP bone scan.Conclusions Though the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in detecting primary focus of prostate is limited,it still has an important role in detecting lymph node metastases and bone metastases.18F-FDG PET/CT has its superiority in prostate cancer staging.It can also help clinicians to select the regimen of treatment.

Objective To investigate the curative effect and care measures using subhypothermia treatment in patients with severe brain injury.Methods 70 cases of severe brain injury were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group (n=35),the treatment with subhypothermia and correlation care,control group treated with conventional treatment care.Compared rate of cure,mortality and complications in two groups.Results In treatment group cured 30 cases ( 85.7% ),5 patients died (14.3% ),the control group cured 23 cases (65.7%),death 12 cases(34.3%).Two groups had significant difference (x2 = 4.15,x2 = 3.99,P ＜ 0.05 ).The GOS score (3.23 ±2.15) points in treatment group were lower than the control group(5.03 ±0.96) points after treatment(t =3.52,P ＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was 17.0% (6/35) lower than the control group,37.1% (13/35 ) (x2= 3.95,P＜0.05).Conclusion Subhypothermia care may reduce complications in patients with severe brain injury.
