Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The paper discusses whether to maintain nonhealthy foetus, the bearing control of patients with hereditary diseases, the aim to apply the technique to distinguish foetus' sex and personal morals and social ethical problems for health staff to do that, points out that the technique can be applied only to check hereditary diseases as to be benefit to bearing good child and arising people's quality ,and the techique should be controlled properly as not to serve for feudal ethic.
4.Expression of retinoid receptors in ovarian cancer
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Ovarian cancer is highly lethal despite multiple therapies, and new therapies are therefore needed.Retinoids are potential anticancer drugs that can promote apoptosis, inhibit growth and induce differentiation in cancer cells, and all these functions are regulated by the expression of retinoid receptors.Herein the recent researches on the expression of retinoid receptors in ovarian cancer are reviewed.
5.Advances in the study of enzymes and transporters-mediated pharmacokinetic mechanism for herb-drug interaction.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(4):406-12
With the wide application of Chinese herbal medicine, herb-drug interaction (HDI) has become increasingly prominent. Metabolic enzymes and transporters are the main targets of HDI, because the changes in expression and function of enzymes and transporters can influence the disposition of drugs. Metabolic enzymes are responsible for the metabolic clearance of drugs, including cytochrome P450 (CYP), UDP-glucuronyl transferase (UGT) and sulfotransferases (SULT); transporters widely expressed in the intestine, kidney, liver and brain are involved in the oral absorption, distribution and excretion of drugs. Pueraria, ginkgo, ginseng, St. John's wort and other Chinese herbal medicine often induce a HDI because those herbal medicines combined with chemical medicine are widely used in clinic. The components of herb medicines mentioned above are prone to interact with enzymes and transporters, which often induce a HDI. This paper reviews the advances in the study of enzymes and transporters-mediated pharmacokinetic mechanism of HDI.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of hospital-acquired fungal infection of 75 cases with advaced lung cancer patients.METHODS The clinical information of deep fungal infection in 75 advanced lung cancer patients was investigated. The risk factors, the site and species were analyzed.RESULTS The lower respiratory tract and oral imfections accounted for 65.3% and 114.6% in 75 cases with deep fungal infections.Eighty-two stranins were isolated from various clinical specimens,in which Candida ailbicans and C.palasilosis accounted for 53.7% and 14.6%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS The rate of the deep fungal infection in advanced lung cancer patients is increasing. It is related to primary tumor, the amounts of white cells, invasive operation, age and use of antibiotics.
7.A modified Hassab procedure in the treatment of acute esophageal variceal bleeding
International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(7):454-457
Objective Acute esophageal variceal bleeding is one of the most dreadful complications of cirrhotic portal hypertension. This study evaluated a modified gastro-esophageal decongestion (MGED) procedure in the management of acute variceal bleeding that could not be controlled by drugs and/or endoscopic therapy. Methods A MGED procedure was performed in 136 patients with uncontrollable acute variceal bleeding by drugs and/or endoscopic therapy. The perioperative and long-term outcome of these patients were retrospectively studied.Resluts Immediate control of variceal bleeding was achived in 97.8% (133/136) patients.Perioperative mortality occurred in 5.1% (7/136) patients. The 3-year and 5-year rebleed rate was 7.0% (9/129) and 13.2%,respectively.The 3-year and 5-year overall survival rate was 91.5% (118/129) and 79.8% (103/129),respectively.Conclusions In this study, the MGED procedure was an effective life-saving procedure in controlling acute esophageal variceal bleeding for its safe, simple and less time-consuming advantages.
8.Study on barriers of policy and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine accessing international markets and its countermeasures
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2012;34(1):28-32
We analyzed and sorted the policies and regulations of traditional medical management in international markets which also affecting traditional Chinese medicine and summaried current situation of barriers of policy and regulation of Ttraditional Chinese medicine. After thoroughly analyzing the reasons of barriers of policy and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine,we found that the reasons lied in culture difference between China and western countries, quality of traditional Chinese medicine, low level of R&D and manufacturing, incomplete domestic laws and regulations of traditional Chinese medicine, lack of anti-technical barriers to trade service system. In the end of this paper,we came up with some countermeasures of barriers of policy and regulation when traditional Chinese medicine accessing international markets.
9.miR-203 and cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):419-421
MicroRNA(miR)-203 is a stemness-inhibiting miRNA that adjusts the epithelioid cell differentiation by restricting the expression of stemness-related transcription factor. Its abnormal expression has been detected in several types of human cancers, including bladder cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer and pancreatic cancer.miR-203 plays a critical role in the tumor genesis and development by regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.
10.In vitro liquid preservation of allogeneic cartilage graft
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(44):7785-7790
BACKGROUND:Because of deficiency of nerves and blood vessels of articular cartilage, its nutrition is mainly derived from the synovial fluid or synovial vascular osmosis. Limited in their ability to repair itself, so how to repair articular cartilage damage better become medical problems to be solved. OBJECTIVE:To review to the literatures on the repair of cartilage damage method and al ogeneic cartilage in vitro preservation method in recent years, and to find the optimal preservation conditions and the culture medium composition that suitable for in vitro preservation of al ogeneic cartilage tissues, thus enhancing the effect of al ogenic cartilage in vitro preservation. METHODS:A computer-based online search was performed in the PubMed database and the CNKI database to search papers on the in vitro liquid preservation of al ogeneic cartilage graft published from January 1990 to February 2013. The key words were“osteochondral al ograft, tissue culture, chondrocyte survival rate, in vitro”in English and“articular cartilage;al ogeneic transplantation;liquid preservation”in Chinese. The articles published earlier and repetitive researches were excluded. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At present, there are two methods for the preservation of al ogenic osteochondral grafts. After cryopreservation, the survival rate of chondrocytes is decreased significantly which can affect the transplantation effect, therefore there is less clinical application. Liquid preservation method can enhance the survival rate of cells, maintain the organization activity, but the preservation time is short that cannot be widely used. Scholars have further improved the environment of liquid preservation and composition of liquid culture medium, extended the in vitro preservation time of cartilage tissue, and improved the effectiveness of cartilage tissue preservation.
