Rapid on site evaluation (ROSE) technology of interventional pulmonology includes“cytological ROSE”(C-ROSE) and“microbiological ROSE”(M-ROSE). Recently, this“ROSE”has gradually become one of core technologies in modern interventional pulmonology. In this commentary, perspectives on origin and development, classification and clini-cal value, operational approach, clinical application, and how to carry out effective work related to ROSE were summarized and remarked.
2.Protective effect of the new type of Tongxinluo on blood-brain barrier impairment after cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury in rats
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of the new type of Tongxinluo (TXL) on blood-brain barrier impairment after cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury in rats. Methods 78 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group (n=6), operated group (n=36) and TXL-treated group (n=36), the latter two groups were divided into 0.5 h, 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h groups (n=6, each) according to the time after cerebral ischemic/reperfusion for 2 h. The rats were pretreated with normal saline or TXL for 7 d. The middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion (MCAO/R) rat model was established by the Longa occlusion method; The serum S100? protein concentrations of different point time were determined by ELISA method and infarct volumes were determined by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium Chloride (TTC) staining method. Results (1) The serum S100? protein level in TXL-treated groups were significantly decreased compared with operated groups at 0.5 h, 2 h, 6 h,12 h and 24 h after MCAO/R (P

In the educational reform of radiology, the importance of practical skills training has increasingly become the focus of teaching. As a symbol of medical imaging informationization,PACS provides solid material foundation for teaching reform, making it possible to establish a large capacity and stability of a picture library.By making full use of all intemet teaching resources and improveing teaching methods, teachers have more communication with students through PBL and CBL teaching. Therefore, students get deeper understanding and better ability to put the theory of knowledge into practice and the teaching effect is pretty good.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2009;18(5):405-407
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) in classification of fetal arrhythmias, and conclude characters of each type of arrhythmias by analyzing wave forms of TDI. Methods Fifty-five fetuses suffered arrhythmia were included in study group. By comparing the results with control standard(M and PW), the sensitivity, specificity and reliability of TDI in diagnosis of fetal arrhythmias was calculated. At last, the character of waves by TDI of each type of arrhythmia was concluded. Fetal kinetocardiogram was made to identify the origin of arrhythmias. All cases were asked to perform electrocardiography and echocardiography examination after birth. Results The sensitivity, specificity and reliability of TDI was 98%, 100% and 100%, respectively. The character of atrioventricular waves and kinetocardiogram of 8 types fetal arrhythmias were conclude. Conclusions TDI has great value in classification of fetal arrhythmias.

Objective To study the impact of personality and coping style on postpartum depression. Methods 273 cases of postpartum women were estimated by Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale ( EPDS),NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ). With the SPSS11.5,t-test,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out for the collected data. Results 23. 1% of postpartum women suffered from depression. There were significant differences in personality traits and coping styles between postpartum depression group and normal group(P< 0. 01 ). There was a significant correlation in depression of postpartum and neuroticism, extraversion ( r = - 0. 409 ~ 0. 824 ), agreeableness of personality traits, coping styles. The personality traits was related to coping styles ( r = 0.260, - 0.445, - 0. 234,0. 375 , - 0.431 ). The extraversion, agreeableness of personality traits, negative coping style and positive coping style entered the regression equation of depression and can explain the 32.9% percent variance. Conclusion The extraversion, agreeableness of personality traits, negative coping style and positive coping style are important factors for postpartum depression.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(11):-
To intensify the medical students'clinical skills training is the main objective of medical imaging education. In the process of clinical teaching ,we have adopted many means including renewed multimedia courseware, teaching web page, film storage, and integration of various teaching methods. The film-reading skill of medical students has greatly increased.

Objective To explore a method to improve the nutritional state and immune function of patients after radical gastrectomy, and to decrease postoperative complication rate and accelerate recovery from operation. Methods In line with the concept of fast tract surgery (FTS),a new perioperative nutritional schedule was made for patients prior to radical gastrectomy, ehich included preoperative nutritional risk screen and prophylactic enteral nutrition, early postoperative light enteral nutrition, early ambulation and perioperative nursing care.Patients with gastric cancer were randomly assigned into fast track group or a simple control group.New perioperative schedule was executed in the patients of fast track group and traditional nutrition support in control group. After operation, serum albumen was measured to evaluate the patient's nutritional state and serum IgA to evaluate gastrointestinal immune function. In addition, the time to passage of flatus, postoperative recovery time and complication rate after operation were compared. Results Patiens in FTS group (n=35) showed higher serum albumin and serum IgA on d1 and d3 after operation than those in the control group (n=25) (P
