Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(2):166-172
T1 glottic carcinoma is part of early laryngeal carcinoma which involves the vocal cords, including anterior commissure or posterior commissure. We analyzed the treatment options of T1 glottic carcinoma by reviewing the related literatures about T1 glottic carcinoma treated by conservative surgery (open surgery and laser microsurgery), radiotherapy, robot surgery, photodynamic treatment.

Chinese meteria medica (CMM) chain is a long-span chain covering agriculture which mainly depends on the forces of nature as well as high-tech CMM industry, CMM expertise industry and fast developing CMM circulation industry. Imbalance among the development of these industries produces bottlenecks and hinders the operation of the entire production chain. After analyzing the structure of Chinese meteria medica industrial chain from the perspective of national economy industry, three industry classifications and differentiation of factor intensity, we conclude that the complex structure of CMM industry chain is attributable to these three aspects. And the complexity is mainly shown at complex industry, varied product types, different coordination of various industrial sections and different technical growth speed of varied industry. We propose that structural complexity is the natural property of the chain, which is the main reason of industry sector development imbalance and bottleneck. Results of this research could provide theoretical analysis for future research on the coordination of industrial chain and the efficiency of resource allocation.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Objective To establish a suitable formulation for the dispersible tablets of breviscapinum. Methods The preparative process was scanned out by single factor test and orthogonal design. A comprehensive scoring analysis was performed with disintegrating time and rigidity as the indexes. Results The demonstration for the dispersible tablets from the optimized formulation, being totally disintegrated within three minutes and sifted through the sieve in size of the 2nd,show better dissolubility in-vitro in comparison with the common tablets and their quality meets with the requirement for the dispersible in Phamarcopoeia of the People's Republic of China. Conclusion The formulation screened out for the dispersible tablets of breviscapinum is suitable for the production on a large scale.

OBJECTIVETo perform a transcriptomics study in differential genes after Xianglian External Lotion (XEL) induced the recovery of drug-resistant Candida albicans strains sensitive to Fluconazole.
METHODSBroth microdilution antifungal susceptibility test was used to detect minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of drug-resistant Candida albicans strains induced by XEL. Transcriptome sequencing (RNA-Seq) was used to determine and compare the transcription of primary drug-resistant Candida aIbicans strains and sensitive strains induced by XEL. High expressed genes and signaling pathways strains were analyzed by gene ontology (GO) method.
RESULTSXEL could induce drug-resistant strains of the 6th generations to recover sensitivity. Transcriptome sequencing showed that, as compared with primary drug-resistant strains, there were 165 genes with up-regulated RPKM index and 144 genes with down-regulated RPKM index after XEL induction. GO analyses found that all genes were mainly classified as GO:0015903 (fluconazole transport).
CONCLUSIONSXEL could induce the recovery of drug-resistant Candida albicans strains sensitive to Fluconazole. By analyzing transcriptomes, authors speculated that XEL could recover strain sensitivity to fluconazole by opening fluconazole transport pathway.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a newly designed modular flexible ureteroscope with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calculi based. Methods 40 patients were treated with modular flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy (German Polydiagnost) with holmium laser. 40 patients were treated by traditional flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results For modular flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy group, 37 patients underwent successful operation, with lithotripsy with operation time of (86.0 ± 34.4) min and postoperative hospital stay of (5.3 ± 1.6) days. No severe complication including ureteral perforation, high fever or severe bleeding occurred. One month after the operation, KUB and B-ultrasonography showed complete stone free in 35 patients. Residual calculi (0. 4 cm in diameter) in the calyces were found in 2 patients. Medication and postural drainage therapy were applied. Two weeks later , KUB and B-ultrasonography showed that the residual stones have been removed completely. There was no significant differences in stone size , operation time, rate of calculus clearance, the incidence of postoperative complications, operating time and duration of postoperative hospitalization between the traditional flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy group and modular ureteroscopic lithotripsy group. Conclusions The modular flexible ureteroscope is effective and safe in treating reanl calculi. It has similar surgical efficacy as traditional flexible ureteroscope , but is more costly effective in terms of maintenance costs.

Objective To revise the trait self-control scale for Chinese college students. Methods According to the theory,12 items were selected, then data were collected from a sample of 549 and 133 college students of Harbin.Explorer Factor Analysis,Confirmatory Factor Analysis, reliability test and validity test were used. Results ①Trait self-control scale for college students included eight items, two dimensions were restrained and impulsivity, two dimensions can explain 42.90% of the total variance.②Confirmatory Factor Analysis showed that the two-dimensional structure was reasonable (x2/df =1.24,CFI =0.97,GFI =0.96,AGFI =0.92,IFI =0.97,TLI =0.96,RMSEA =0.04).③The restrained factor scores were positively correlated with satisfaction of life scores and adaption scores(r=0.23,0.48,P<0.01),while negatively correlated with negative affect (r=-0.19,P <0.01).The impulsivity factor scores were negatively correlated with satisfaction of life scores and adaption scores (r=-0.18,-0.34,P<0.01),while positively correlated with negative affect(r=0.22,P<0.01).④The composite reliability coefficients of the scales were good:the coefficient of the subscale restraint was 0.69,and the coefficient of subscale of impulsivity was 0.64,the coefficient of the whole scale was 0.80.The two months test-retest reliability coefficient of 133 subjects was 0.66.Conclusion The revised scale of trait self-control scale has good psychometric quality and can be used in Chinese college students.

Exercise is one of the important techniques of cardiovascular rehabilitation. Exercise can reduce inflammatory response to improve endothelial function, and improve mitochondrial function to increase myocardial cell activity. For cardiovascular risk factors, exer-cise can promote the activity of lipoprotein, increase the level of high-density lipoprotein;improve the function of insulin receptor to reduce insulin resistance, reduce platelet aggregation and improve endothelial function to reduce blood pressure. For the respiratory system, aerobic exercise can improve the function of respiratory muscle, thus relieve the dyspnea. Exercise can promote the activation of immune factor and increase metabolism, to increase immune function and anti-aging. Resistance exercise can improve mitochondrial function and promote fi-ber type conversion, to improve the function of skeletal muscle system.

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive rehabilitation on aphasia for the patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
Methods 40 patients with traumatic brain injury following aphasia were randomly divided into simple language group (n=20) and language-
cognition group (n=20). Both groups received conventional therapy and language therapy, and the language-cognition group received
cognitive rehabilitation additionally, 30 minutes 1 day for 1 month. Results The index of Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia
Examination (CRRCAE) improved significantly after treatment in both groups (P<0.01). There were significant differences in all the indexes
of CRRCAE (P<0.05) between 2 groups after treatment except dictation (P>0.05). Auditory comprehension correlated with orientation,
visual perception, spatial perception, motor praxis, visuomotor organization and thinking operations. Conclusion Cognitive rehabilitation
can improve the language function of traumatic brain injury patients with aphasia.
