Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(10):633-636
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is the cause of a variety of gastrointestinal disease. Currently, there are many therapeutic regimens for Hp eradication, however, because of the increase of Hp resistance and adverse effects in the treatment, the eradication rate of Hp is not very satisfactory. Studies showed that probiotics as an adjuvant may improve the eradication rate and reduce the incidence of adverse effects in eradication therapy for Hp. This article reviewed the advances in study on application of probiotics in eradication of Hp.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2021;44(6):543-546
Objective:To explore the effect of different pregnancy termination timings on the delivery safety of maternal women with pernicious placenta previa after 34 weeks. Methods:A total of 84 patients with pernicious placenta previa in Laoshan Campus of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected. The time of admission for delivery was more than 34 weeks. Forty women who pregnant from 34 weeks to 36 weeks of pregnancy was in the study group, 44 women who pregnant over 36 weeks was in the control group, and the pregnancy outcomes of the maternal fetuses of the two groups were compared. Results:The postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of interventional surgery in the study group were less than those in the control group: (754.58 ± 20.35) ml vs. (1 449.26 ± 512.32) ml, 17.5%(7/40) vs. 52.27%(23/44), the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The changes in hematocrit after delivery and before delivery, the amount of hemoglobin after delivery and before delivery, the rate of uterine gauze packing, the rate of Xinmupei, the rate of hysterectomy, the incidence of blood transfusion, the rate of postoperative ICU transfer between two groups hand no significant differences ( P>0.05). The incidence of neonatal birth weight less than 2 500 g and the proportion of transfer to neonatology in the study group were higher than those in the control group: 75.0%(30/40) vs. 11.36%(5/44), 80.0%(32/40) vs. 11.36%(5/44), the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). There was no significant differences in Apgar scores and mortality rate of newborns after birth between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:When the pernicious placenta previa is delivered after 34 weeks, the termination of pregnancy before 36 weeks of gestation is more secure for maternal and fetal health. If the fetal development rate is slow, it is necessary to appropriately extend the delivery time, but don′t exceed 36 weeks.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To find new methods to control the pollution of dye,the law of adsorption and adsorption kinetics of vat blue RSN by amidoxime fiber were studied. Methods The amidoxime-Fe(Ⅲ) adsorption fiber was made from PAN fiber containing amidoxime groups reaction with Fe3+. The adsorption of vat blue in the aqueous solution on the amidoxime-Fe(Ⅲ) adsorption fiber was studied. The reaction order was determined by infinitesimal calculus, based on the relationship between the adsorption time and the concentration of vat blue. The activation energy was obtained by the rate constant of different temperature and the Arrhenius equation. Results The results of adsorption showed the optimal condition:pH was 10.5,the temperature was 45 ℃ and adsorption time was 80 min. The absorption was accorded with the Freundlich isotherm and the character of the first-order reaction. Conclusion The process of vat blue RSN adsorption by amidoxime fiber is simple and the raw materials of amidoxime fiber is very cheap,so it may be expected to apply to the industrial wastewater treatment

Objective To investigate the safe zone and the soft tissue damage of two-incision minimally in-vasive total hip replacement, and to retrospectively analyze the clinical result.Method 20 adult cadavers(40 hips) were used for anatomic research. The Course of the later femoral cutaneous nerve was recorded. The angle between the intermission of the piriformis muscle and gluteus medius muscle with horizontal plane was also recorded.Analogue operation was taken on 3 fresh cadavers to assess the injury extent of soft tissues around incisions.27 cases under-went two-incision minimally invasive total hip replacement. Results LFCN was found potentially at risk as far as 6~71 mm medial to anterior superior iliac spine(ASIS)along the inguinal ligament,as much as 21~112 mm distal on the lateral border sartorius muscle from the ASIS.With the operative leg fully adducted, flexed over the nonopera~tire leg and the patella placed horizontal, the angle between the intermission of the piriformis muscle and gluteus medius muscle with horizontal plane is(60±5)°(range 55°-68°).Imitating modified two-incision THA on 3 freshhips revealed muscle contused on gluteus medius-piriformis muscle and gluteus minimus muscle. The average length of the anterior incision was 5.0 cm(4.6~6.5 cm)and of the posterior incision 3.7 em(3.0~4.2 cm).All of the patients were ambulant the day after surgery.Blood transfusion was carried out in 4 cases including one case of femo-ral neck fracture. The patients were followed up for 18 months(13~25 months). No other complications occurred. The mean Harris score was 94.5(92~96).Conclusion Front incision from the point inferior ASIS 3 cm and 1cmlater from ASIS vertically 6 cm should be chosen and the real incision should be 60°with horizontal plane.GIuteus medius, piriformis muscle and ghteus minimus muscle will be contused in two-incision minimally invasive surgeryto-tal hip replacement.Two-incision total hip replacement has the advantage of being muscle sparing and minimally in-vasive with less blood loss and rapid recovery. However, this technique is time consuming, technically demanding, and requires fluoroscopy.

Background and purpose:Radiotherapy (RT) is one of the most important therapeutic tools for esophageal cancer. Because tumors are heterogeneous, including for18F-FDG uptake and, most likely, for radioresistance, selective boosting of high FDG uptake zones within the tumor has been suggested. Therefore, it is critical to know whether the location of these high FDG uptake patterns within the tumor remains stable during RT.Methods:Twenty-two patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated with concurrent chemo-radiation underwent repeated18F-FDG PET-CT scans before RT and after 20 fractions of RT. On all scans, the high and low FDG uptake regions were auto-delineated using several standard uptake value (SUV) thresholds, varying from 40% to 70% of SUVmax on the pretreatment scan [gross tumor volume (GTV)40%pre, GTV50%pre, GTV60%pre, GTV70%pre] and from 70% to 90% of SUVmax on the dur-treatment scan (GTV70%dur, GTV80%dur, GTV90%dur) and ifxed thresholds of 2.5 and 5 (GTV2.5pre, GTV5pre). The volumes and overlap fractions (OF) of these delineations were calculated to demonstrate the stability of the high FDG uptake regions during RT.Results:The high uptake regions within the tumor during RT largely corresponded (OF>70%) with the 50% SUVmax high FDG uptake area (GTV50%pre) of the pretreatment scan. The hotspot within the residual area (GTV90%dur) was completely within the GTV and pre-radiotherapy high uptake regions (OF=100%). Although the location of the high FDG uptake patterns within the tumor during RT remained stable, the delineated volumes varied markedly. Conclusion:The location of the high FDG uptake areas within the tumor remained stable during RT. This knowledge may enable selective boosting of high FDG uptake areas within the tumor.
