1.Purification and Charaterization of Human Neutrophil Defensins
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
Defensins, a family of 3-4 KD cationic peptides, have been found recently in the cytoplasmicgranules of human, rabbit, guinea pig and rat polymorphonuclear neutrophils and rabbit alveolarmacrophages. The defence roles of these molecules, such as antimicrobial activity, viral inactiva-tion, tumor cell cytotoxicity, chemotactic and opsonic actions, etc. have been adequately studied. In order to investgate the role of Defensins in the neutrphil-mediated pathological process ofsome diseases, we isolated and purified human neutrophil Defensins. By using Sephadex G100and Bio-gel P10 gel filtration chromatography, the purified molecules were obtained. The puritywas identified by AU-PAGE,SDS-PAGE, and amino acid composition analysis. In vitro fugicidalactivity of the purified human neutrophil Defensins against Candida albicans was also examined. When incubated with 33 Mol concentration of human Defensins, more than 90% of Candida,al-bicans were killed in the methylene blue assay system.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(4):34-36,39
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab combined with docetaxel chemotherapy in the treatment of stage Ⅲ breast cancer. Methods 150 cases of stage Ⅲ breast cancer patients from October 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,75 cases in each group, the control group were treated with cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin treatment, experimental group were treated with trastuzumab combined with docetaxel chemotherapy. To 21 days for a course of treatment, all patients were treated three courses. The levels of serum C reactive protein(C-reactive protein,CRP),the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the level of serum CRP in the two groups decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the CRP levels of serum in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical total effective rate is higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trastuzumab combined with docetaxel chemotherapy can effectively reduce the inflammatory response in patients with stage Ⅲ breast cancer, improve clinical efficacy, and effectively reduce the adverse reactions of patients.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
In recent years, the effects of ultrasound combined with microbubble contrast agent in treatment of tumors has been become a new research hot point, which may have great potential in tumor treatment.Low-power ultrasound radiating microbubble embolization angiogenesis therapeutics has been widely used in tumor treatment.Among them the following foundation research aspects can make great breakthrough, such as : target drug delivery, target gene therapy, increasing high-intensity focused ultrosound therapy efficiency etc.
5.The new progress of intestinal microbiome and lung diseases
Tianjin Medical Journal 2017;45(6):668-672
Intestinal microflora is a general term for microbial communities that reside in the human intestine. In recent years, the research on diseases related to intestinal microbiota has developed rapidly. It is found that intestinal microbiota is closely related to digestive tract diseases, metabolic diseases, immune diseases, mental diseases, and lung diseases. Intestinal dysbacteriosis, mucosal barrier damaging and local immune dysfunction may be involved in a variety of disease processes. In addition, respiratory diseases such as asthma and pneumonia seriously affect human health. The intestinal microbiota is crucial in regulating immune response of lung to pathological mechanism of diseases including asthma, pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis. Therefore, it may be a new direction for the treatment of lung diseases by understanding intestinal microbiota in lung diseases, and identifying, describing and manipulating immunity network of pulmonary disease.
6.Effectiveness of filling ex vivo mandibular central incisor using bypassing root canal preparation with two kinds of warm gutter fillings and cold lateral condensation technique
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(16):2921-2924
BACKGROUND: The filling compactness can not be guaranteed due to apparatus retention in traditional lateral condensation. The warm gutter filling can achieve good results because of the easy changeable of gutta-percha in softening states.OBJECTIVE: To compare the warm gutta-percha fillings (Obtura Ⅱ and BeeFill 2 in1 filling) and cold lateral compacted gutta-percha with the bypassing root canal preparation in the intracanal separated instrument of oval canal.METHODS: Firstlythe 60 oval root canals of fiat mandibular central incisors were randomly divided into three groups, with 20 teeth in each group. After that, the root canal was filled with BeeFill 2 in1, Obtura Ⅱ condensation, and lateral condensation. The percentage of void at 5-mm to root tip versus cress section area was observed under a scanning electron microscope.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Under in vitro condition, the difference of percentage of void area versus root canal area between the Obtura Ⅱ condensation group and the lateral condensation group had significance (P=0.013), and the similar difference could be found between the BeeFill 2 in1 condensation group and the lateral condensation group (P=0.014), but the difference had no significance between the BeeFill 2 in1 condensation group and the Obtura Ⅱ condensation group (P=0.088).The results revealed that the root canal can be sealed accurately when establish hypass root next to the separated instrument and filled with BeeFill 2 in1 warm gutter filling.
7.The clinic manifestations and the changes of electromyogram in patients with chronic N2hexane intoxication
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(z2):1-2
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the clinic manifestations and the electromyogram changes in patients with chronic N2hexane intoxication. Methods The clinic manifestations, the electromyography and nerve conduction velocities were analyzed in 9 patients with N2hexane intoxi2 cation. Results The main clinical manifestations of the disease were acroparesthesia and asthenia, especially in legs. The abnormality rate of electromyography in patients with N2hexane intoxication was 100%. The conduction velocity of the sensory nerve and the motor nerve decreased at a rate of 33.33% and 88.89% respectively. The distal latencies were prolonged( 100% ). The denervated electromyogram was 33.33%. Conclusion The main clinical manifestations of the disease were Peripheral neuropathy. The chronic N2hexane intoxication mainly led to the imparement, especially in the distal region of the motor nerve in legs, and the damages of the nerve could be related to the duration of exposure to N2hexane.

9.The Early Diagnosis of Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever With Immunoenzymatic Technique
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
This paper recommends the early diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhagicfever with immunoenzymatic direct staining (IDS) to study the patient'speripheral white blood cells. The samples of blood smears from 63 patientswere examined under the microscope with this metbod. In 54 patients, the results were positive (85. 71%). We systemically observed 10 blood sam-ples from the patients in different courses of the disease, and found thatduring the period of recovery the results were negative. This method wasalso used to observe the blood smears from both 22 patients infected withother viruses and 20 healthy persons, and a negative result was obtained. It was demonstrated that IDS had stronger specificity. The advantages ofthis method are that blood samples are easily taken, carried and preserved, and that the experimental method is simple. Thus, IDS is of practical signifi-cance in preventing and treating the disease.
