ObjectiveTostudy the value of color Doppler sonography in diagnosisof rhabdomyolysis.Methods The color Doppler sonography images of twenty-one patients with diagnosed rhabdomyolysis were retrospective analyzed.The pathological changes of the muscle were observed.Results The appearance of ultrasound was cloundness and rough-cast glass change in the diseased area of rhabdomyolysis.The diseased region can be found by ultrasound,and location and scope can be displayed clearly.There were major differences in the location of rhabdomyolysis because of etiological factor.The muscle volume and tension of rhabdomyolysis were increased for trauma,the individual patients will lead to the osteofascial compartment syndrome.There was no blood flow signal or little blood flow signal in the diseased area of rhabdomyolysis.Conclusions The color Doppler sonography is an efficient method for diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis.

Objective The aim of this article is to discuss the relation between serum uric acid and prehypertension, and to evaluate the influence of age, obesity, fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and lipids in Chinese adults. Methods All the 14 451 non-hypertensive samples were analyzed for blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), FPG, lipids and serum uric acid. Results The serum uric acid levels were stratified by quintiles, after adjustment for relevant factors, OR values of prehypertcnsion increased with the elevated uric acid levels. Serum uric acid level was 200-380 μmol/L, it had a linear relationship with the risk of prehypertension, 200 μmol/L as a turning point for this linear relationship, FPG could affect their correlation (P ＜ 0.0001 ). Conclusions Serum uric acid was associated with prehypertension, independent of metabolic risk factors. The associations were not significant in old individuals. FPG may modify the associations.

This was a restrospective clinical study of 32 children with fractured anantierior tooth fragments. The teeth was reattached by dual cured resin composite (Panavia F), 3M Z350 resin and 3M siglebond-2 bonding agent for at least 6-month recall examination. Only 2 of the restorations were lost, resulting in a 93.75% overall retention rate. The retention teeth exhibited good esthetics and normal function. The high retention rate in this study suggests that reattachment of fractured anantierior tooth fragments offers a convenient viable restorative option for the clinician.

Objective To explore the relationship between invasive growth and expression of ER、PTTG、bFGF in human prolactinomas.Methods Fourty-six prolactinomas specimens were collected and divided into invasive group and non-invasive group.Expressions of ER、PTTG、bFGF were examined by immunocytochemical method.Total RNA was extracted from specimens and ER-mRNA and PTTG-mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.Results IA of protein expression of ER、bFGF、PTTG in invasive prolactinomas was seperately 5385.1?1348.6、9874.2?2143.7、7938.5?1436.5;The optical density ratio of ER-mRNA and PTTG-mRNA was 0.71 and 0.83,difference between invasive group and non-vasive group was significant.Conclusions ER、PTTG、bFGF in human prolactinomas closely correlated with invasiveness of prolactinomas,and may play important function in prolactinomas.

Objective To investigate the relationship between anti-trophoblast membrane antigens(TA) antibodies and hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect anti-TA IgG and IgM in both maternal and umbilical serum samples of 40 normal pregnant women and 92 HDCP women(23 gestational hypertension or mild preeclampsia,41 severe preeclampsia and 28 eclampsia).Results The positive rates of anti-TA IgG and IgM in maternal serum samples with HDCP,eclampsia or severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women,the positive rate of anti-TA IgM increased significantly with the aggravation of HDCP(P

Objective To study the diagnostic and treatment value of wire guided localization of breast biopsy for non-palpable breast lesions.Methods The clinical data of 314 cases of non-palpable breast lesion resection operation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The accuracy rate of resection and postoperative pathological examination results were analyzed.Results All lesions were positioned accurately and completely resected,48 cases in 314 cases were breast cancer(15.3 ％),in which 42 cases were early breast cancer which were confirmed by pathology (87.5％).Conclusion Wire guided localization of breast biopsy has high accuracy,low cost,which is useful for the diagnosis of early breast cancer,there is a certain value in clinical application.

The interactions between genetic variations and dietary factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus have attracted some attention. Several studies revealed that dietary carbohydrate quality and quantity and increased dietary fat intake might interact with genetic variations of type 2 diabetes mellitus and increase risk of this disease. Genome-wide association studies suggest that genetic variance may modulate the association between dietary pattern and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
