1.The relationship between shame and locus of control, self-efficacy as well as self-esteem
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2012;21(9):772-774
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of locus of control,self-efficacy and self-esteem on shame.MethodsTotal 924 students from six primary and middle schools in Chengdu were recruited by stratified sampling. They were assessed with locus of control,self-efficacy,self-esteem,and shame questionnaire. Results ( 1 ) Shame was significantly negatively related with self-efficacy (r =- 0.248 ) and self-esteem (r =- 0.318 ),and was significantly positively related with locus of control (r =0.185 ).Locus of control was negatively associated with self-efficacy(r =- 0.214) and self-esteem (r =- 0.254).Self-efficacy was positively related with self-esteem (r =0.440) ; (2) Self-esteem played partial mediating role between shame and locus of control as well as self-efficacy; ( 3 ) Self-efficacy played partial mediating role between locus of control and self-esteem as well as shame ; (4) High self-esteem group and low self-esteem group existed significant differences in whole structure equation model.Based on the whole model, the high self-esteem group reduced the path from locus of control to self-esteem ; and low self-esteem group reduced the path from locus of control to self-efficacy.ConclusionLocus of control and self-efficacy are not only directly but also indirectly associated with shame by self-esteem,and self-efficacy would be regulated by the level of self-esteem.
3.Effects of Stimulation of Wind, Cold and Dampness on Metabolism of Oxygen Free Radical and Prostaglandin in Cervical Muscle and Blood in Rabbits
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(08):-
In order to probe into effect of stimulation of wind, cold and Sdampness to the cervical part on oxygen free radical and prostaglandins, 24 rabbits were randomly assigned to control group and wind - cold - Sdampness group, head - lowering group and combined model group, 6 rabbits in each group, and changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD),lipid hyperoxide (LPO), prostanglandin E2 (PGE2), 6 -keto -PGF1a in affected local region and blood were observed. Results indicated that the commonly - seen pathogenetic factors of cervical spondylopathy such as wind, cold , dampness and lowering head might cause aspetic inflammation of the cervical part and abnormality of SOD, LPO, PGE2 and 6 - keto - PGF1a in affected local tissue and blood, and abnormal metabolism of oxygen free radical and prostagnadins might be one of important mechanisms of cervical spondylopathy induced by wind, cold and dampness.
4.Systemic Monitoring of Blood Glucose Level in Small for Gestational Age Infants
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the distribution and duration of abnormal blood glucose level in SGA infants. Methods Blood glucose level was systemicly monitored in 37 SGA infants for (133?115) h(range 16~524 h, median 93 h), who were non NICU hospitalized and no feeding or IV infusion when admitted at (2 6?2 4) h (range 0.25~10.0 h, median 2.0 h) of age. Results During monitoring period, there was hypoglycemia in 19 cases (51%),hyperglycemia in 2 cases (5%), and both hypo and hyperglycemia in 3 cases (8%). The median of last time abnormal glucose level appeared was 10 hr after birth, its 95% confidence interval was 5~55hr after birth. Multiple regression analysis shown delivery models bad relationship with glucose level at admition (p= 0.013). The blood glucose level was higher in vaginal delivery babies. The lower the birth weight (BW)was, the longer the duration of abnormal glucose level lasted ( O

7.Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids and Obesity
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Epidemiological and animal studies have demonstrated that dietary lower intake of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) and(or) higher intake of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-6 PUFAs) leading to imbalance of their ratios are closely related to obesity. The mechanisms underlied are involved in PUFA′s effects on fatty acid synthesis and oxidation, adipocyte proliferation and differentiation and leptin expression. At transcription level,PUFAs can regulate the activities of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors and CCAAT enhancer bin-ding proteins.

Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of replantation of fingertips distal to the middle nail. Methods Between August 2001 and August 2005,16 fingertips amputated in the Ishikawa zoneⅠwere replanted. We anastomosed only the digital arteries, and adopted postoperative bloodletting. Results Fourteen fingertips survived, and two failed. The survival rate was 87.5%.Of the 14 successfully replanted fin- gertips,12 were followed up from 3 to 12 months. The length and appearance of the fingertips recovered and good joint motion were maintained.Their two-point discriminations ranged from 3 to 6 mm.Conclusion Fingertip replantation is an optimal treatment for fingertip amputation distal to the middle nail to regain satisfactory appearance and function of the digits with a high survival rate, but severe crush injury to the amputated part and high cost should be taken into consideration.
9. New progress of epidemic characteristics and risk assessment on intraoperatively acquired pressure injury
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2019;32(8):882-885
Intraoperatively acquired pressure ulcer, also named intraoperatively acquired pressure injury, is one of the most common hospital-acquired pressure injuries. It is not only aspect rehabilitation of patients after surgery, but also increase the length of hospital stay, related costs , as well as hidden risks of medical disputes. In recent years, more and more studies attached high-frequency time and site, prevelance and incidence, clinical characteristics, risk factors and risk assessment for the intraoperative acquired pressure injuries around the world. It is benificial to do targeted prevention. This article reviewed the current studies in order to provide some basis for preventing the intraoperative acquired pressure injuries in China.

The medical service payment system reform is one of core issues in medical and health system reform. The main content of diagnosis related groups-prospective payment system includes diagnosis coding standardization, medical records front sheet standardization, diagnosis grouping, medical information management. To successfully implement the payment system,it is important to implement clinical pathway, sign medical services agreement, accurately complete medical records from sheet, interdepartmentally cooperate.
