ObjectiveTo observe the turnover of impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)patients intervened with different measures.MethodsIGT 158 patients found by physical examination in the community residents were randomly divided into health education group,Chinese medicine group,and western medicine group,and treated with health education,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine respectively.The fasting blood glucose,oral glucose after 2hour blood glucose (2hPG),serum lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin index were observed.ResultsThe efficiency of patients with IGT was 48.0％,70.3％ and 75.0％ in health education group,Chinese medicine and western medicine respectively.There was significant difference of therapeutic effect between the western medicine group and health education group (x2=7.96,P＜0.05),and between the traditional Chinese medicine group and health education group (x2=5.46,P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group (x2 =2.31,P＞0.05).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine both have good effects on patients with IGT.But due to its good tolerability and few side effect,TCM may be more easily accepted by patients.

To evaluate the relationship between the morphologic changes of central serious chorioretinopathy ( CSCR) and recovery of visual acuity visual acuity ( VA) .METHODS: Thirty-eight eyes of thirty-eight patients with CSCR were studied and divided according to best corrected visual acuity (BCVA). Group 1, n=17 (45%), VA 6/6-6/9 (logMAR 0 ~0. 176); Group 2, n=19(50%), VA 6/9-6/18 ( logMAR 0. 176 ~ 0. 477 ); Group 3, n= 2 (5%), VA less than 6/18 (logMAR 0. 477). All patients inspected by spectral - domain optical coherence tomography ( SD-OCT) .RESULTS: The mean age of the patients was 42. 50 ± 5. 41years, the mean logMAR VA was 0. 176 ± 0. 0185, retinal pigment epithelium ( RPE) detachments in 21 eyes ( 55%) , including single RPE detachments in 14 eyes ( 67%) , and multiple confluent RPE detachments in 7 eyes (33%). Small bulge of RPE in 7 eyes (18%), granular deposition epi-RPE in 5 eyes (13%). The mean subretinal fluid height at the fovea was 259. 11 ± 128. 78μm. The average photoreceptor lengths were 70. 1 ± 9. 08μm, 81. 6 ± 8. 16μm, and 91. 9 ± 8. 03μm in groups 1, 2, and 3, respectively, the mean subretinal fluid height at the fovea was 66.5±8.13μm, 67.8±7.49μm, and 58.6±7.26μm after 6mo, respectively. The mean outer nuclear layer thickness during the active stage was 93. 10μm and it was 75. 69μm after 6mo (P=0. 012) CONCLUSlON: ln the acute CSCR, VA showed statistically significant association with greater dimensions of subretinal fluid-particularly, greater subretinal fluid height and thinning of the outer nuclear layer at the fovea. The type of pigment epithelium detachment ( PED ) , location, or fiber deposition has nothing to associate with VA. ln resolved CSCR, VA has a significant associated with a persistently thinner outer nuclear layer.

Objective To explore the effect of brief group psychological counseling in promoting students psychological health of high grade in primary school. Methods Two classes were randomly selected from a primary school in a community of Pudong New Area in Shanghai from October 2014 to November 2014, with stratified cluster sampling method in 4,5 grade ( the boy 30, the girl 24) as the research object, the other 2 classes (4,5 grade 1 classes;the boy 25,the girl 31) of students as control group, in the intervention group students brief group counseling was carried out, while the control group received the routine psychological health education course. Using the mental health diagnosis test (MHT) as a psychological assessment tool, MHT scores of two groups of students and factors were analyszed by the test analysis. Results Before intervention, the intervention group and the control group in the mental health diagnosis test (MHT) had no significant difference in each factor (P>0.05). After the intervention, significant were found differences between the intervention group and the control group in MHT learning anxiety, anxiety to people, self accusation tendency, allergic tendency, body symptom, terror tendency and the total score(6.46±3.01, 8.59±3.40; 3.04±1.91, 4.45±2.43; 3.56± 2.13, 5.30 ± 2.10; 4.37 ± 1.93, 5.84 ± 2.63; 3.76 ± 2.82, 5.46 ± 3.38; 2.15 ± 2.34, 3.91 ± 3.00; 32.44 ± 13.07, 44.52±17.59)(t=-3.47、-3.38、-4.30、-3.35、-2.87、-3.40、-4.10 ,P<0.05), and the average scores in the intervention group of each factor were lower than those of control group. Conclusion Brief group psychological counseling for higher-grade students of elementary school learning anxiety group, had better interventional effect on anxiety, self-blame tendency, the overall tendency of anxiety and other fields. It will have a positive impact on the allergic tendency, body symptom, terror tendency and other fields; it needs further evaluation in large sample for long-term effect.

The author believed that pathogenesis of IGT is yin asthenia,deficiency of both vital energy and yin,obstruct of phlegm and blood stasis,which result from innate deficiency,improper diet,over exertion and so on.According to these pathogenesis,therapeutic principle as supplementing qi and nourishing yin,invigorating vital energy and spleen,removing blood stasis and phlegm,and nourishing yin and kidney are established.Besides,acupuncture and massage have been applied as well.According to the literatures,good potentialities have been shown in traditional Chinese medicine intervening on IGT.

Objective To observe the effects of TCM preconditioning of activating blood and dissolving stasis and myocardial ischemic preconditioning on NO/serum and HSP70/myocardium of rats with ischemia reperfusion for 24 hours by ischemia reperfusion. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, three groups of which were fed normally, one of which was administered with suspension of Chinese medicine. 10 days later normal rats in each group were operated by coronary artery ligation to establish myocardial ischemia model. The rats of sham-operated group were performed in the same way as myocardial ischemia rats except the coronary artery was not ligated. The rats of IR group were reperfused for 24 hours after 45 min of myocardial ischemia. The rats of TCM group were treated with suspension of Chinese medicine administration of 0.32g/100g for 10 days before the same ischemia and reperfusion as IR group. And the rats of IP group were also performed the same ischemia and reperfusion as IR group after 5 min of ischemia and 5 min of reperfusion for three times. The NO/serum of rats was observed by fluorospectrophotometry and the HSP70/myocardium by immunohistochemistry. Results The results showed that the contents of NO/serum and expression of HSP70/myocardium in the IP group and TCM group of activating blood and dissolving stasis were expressed more significantly than the IP group (P<0.05) . Conclusion The group of myocardial ischemic preconditioning for ischemia reperfusion and the TCM group of activating blood and dissolving stasis have the similar effects on the contents of NO and expression of HSP70 increasing.

Objective To discover the diagnose value of the urinary α1-microglobulin (α1-mG)\,albumin to the early lupus nephritis.Methods In 31 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),the urinary α1-mG\,β2-microglobulin (β2-mG) and albumin were measured and compared with normal group.Results The results showed that the levels of α1-mG\,β2-mG and albumin were markedly increased in the SLE group.Either urinary RT is normal or not,the urinary α1-mG\,β2-mG and albumin is markedly increased compared with normal group.Conclusion The urimary α1-mG、albumin content might be used as a sensitive marker for early lupus nerphritis.

High blood pressure has received abundant clinical and laboratory attention in recent years.The chief causes of hypertension secondary to renal and adrenal lesions has increased.Investigation of hypertension for an underlying cause will reveal a small number of patients with treatable disorders,of whom a few will be cured by specific intervention.Drug therapy of secondary hypertension has reached a new stage of effectiveness and specificity,and many patients can be successfully managed medically.The chief indications for surgical intervention are renal artery stenosis in good-risk individuals with definite criteria of renal ischemia,pheochromocytoma,and primary aldosteronism,and a moderate number with irreversible disease who are at high risk of myocardial infarction and stroke.

The flavin-containing monooxygenase 3 (FMO3) is an important hepatic microsomal enzyme. Numerous mutations of FMO3 gene have been reported, and polymorphic varients of the gene have been identified. Several studies indicated that variability in the expression of FMO3 involved in some nitrogen, or sulfur-containing durg metabolism. This review summarizes the genetic polymorphism of FMO3 and its role in drug metabolism and toxicity.

Mind map is a kind of thinking tool, which draws the mind′s thoughts through words and pictures and can be applied instudy,life and work.Through biblio-metrological analysis, this study finds that domestic application of mind map in nursing focuses on fields such as nursing teaching, clinical nursing management and health education. The study and application of mind map in domestic nursing field are only in the beginning and exploration stage, lacking experimentation and evaluation study under the guidance of scientific methods, both the depth and breadth of research are yet to be improved.

Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral pain threshold after knockout of transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1) gene. Methods Tail-Flick Analgesia Meterand von-Frey hair were used to determine the peripheral thermal and mechanical thresholds in TRPV1 knockout and wild-type femalemice, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results The Tail-Flick latency in TRPV1 knockout mice was significantly prolonged after hot stimulation compared with that in thewild-type group([3. 59±0. 65] s vs [2. 19±0. 24] s, P<0. 05). There was no significant change in responses to von-Frey hair stimuii between the two groups([1. 71 ±0. 57] g vs [2. 13±0. 81] g,P>0. 05). Conclusion It is suggested that TRPV1 receptor mediate thermal stimuii response under physiological condition, and has no noticeable influence on mechanical stimuii response.
