2.Current progress in pathogenesis and prevention of hyperoxia-induced ocular injury
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(2):184-187
Hyperoxia, including hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) and high-concentration oxygen (HO), has an important therapeutic effect on various ophthalmological diseases, such as retinal vein occlusion, ischemic optic neuropathy and central serous chorioretinopathy. However, excessive inhalation of oxygen of high-concentration or high atmospheric pressure can cause damage of ocular tissue, in which the lens opacity and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) are the most common complications following hyperoxia exposure. At present, the pathogenesis of hyperoxia-induced ocular injury is still unclear thoroughly, and it may be related to oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation and inflammation. This article reviewed the current advance in the mechanism and the potential prevention of hyperoxia-induced the lens, retina and other ocular injuries.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(7):40-42
Objective To investigate the state of self-perceived burden (SPB) and depression and to explore the relationship between them for patients with chronic respiratory diseases. Methods 95 patients with chronic respiratory diseases were investigated by the Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).Results The average score of SPBS was (33.64±10.23) points, which was at the middle level,90.5% of patients showed different levels of burden, and 34.7% of patients were at the high level. The average score of SDS was (50.23±11.93),the index was 0.63,which was at the middle to high level,74.7% of patients showed different levels of depression, and 33.7% of patients were at the high level. There was a positive conrelation between SPB and depression. Conclusions Patients with chronic respiratory diseases had obvious SPB and depression, and there was a close relationship between them. With chronic respiratory diseases breaking out repeatedly and more severe year by year, most patients have high level of burden and negative emotions.Nurses should take proper measures and psychological interventions to help patients face to the diseases optimistically, and to improve patients' emotion state and enhance their physical and mental health.
5.The application of CT cerebral perfusion imaging in patients with hyperacute stroke
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(6):745-746
Objective To explore the application of multislice computed tomographyic ( MSCT) perfusion imaging in the assessment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients who initially diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction in 6 hours after their outbreak of infarction were selected. The Siemens semsation 4 MSCT was used to scan the patients and form time versus concentration curve analysis, including the comparision of region cerebral blood flow (CBF) between the necrosis region and the normal region, region cerebral blood volume (CBV), mean transit time ( MTT). Each case had to be examined by computed tomography at least once a week after infarction. Results 50 patients were found having a lower CBF and CBV in their necrosis region compared with the other side(P<0.05) ,and had a longer MTT in their necrosis region compared with the other side( P <0.05) ,45 patients were observed a shrink of the size of the infarction region compared with the perfusion image in first 6 hours when they were reexamined by CT a week later(P <0.05) ,which proved the exist of ischemic penumbra area around the infarction center. Conclusion The multislice computed tomographyic perfusion imaging technology could define the infarction region and size at the early stage of acute cerebral infarction. It also provided clues to indicate the exist of a vascular area around the necrosis centre. It could diagnose acute cerebral infarction at hyperacute period and provide image proof for the thrombolysis in early period and treatment in individual manner.

Results Before the intervention, the scores of the Professional Benefit Recognition questionnaires and Stress Coping Style questionnaires between two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). After the intervention, the Professional Benefit Recognition questionnaires scores of experimental group increased from ( 2.93 ± 0.40) points to (3.81±0.38) points that was significantly better than that of control group(2.99±0.39) points, and there were significant differences (t=49.337,-60.834, P<0.05). The immature and mixed Stress Coping Style questionnaires scores of experimental group: self- accusation, illusion, avoidance, rationalization were (0.51 ± 0.13) , (0.51 ± 0.24), (0.56 ± 0.21), (0.51 ± 0.16) points, which were significantly lower than before the intervention (0.70 ± 0.09), (0.65 ± 0.10), (0.67 ± 0.14), (0.67 ± 0.08) points and that of control group (0.63 ± 0.16), (0.65 ± 0.18), (0.68 ± 0.18), (0.64 ± 0.13) points, with the difference being significant (t=-4.071--2.541, P<0.05). The mature coping scores of the experimental group:problem solving, appealing were (0.70 ± 0.10), (0.67 ± 0.13) points, which were significantly higher than that of control group (0.63 ± 0.12), (0.58 ± 0.15) points and that of experimental group before the intervention (0.55 ± 0.12), (0.51 ± 0.11) points, with the difference being significant (t=2.308, 2.098, P <0.05). Conclusions Professional benefit recognition interventions can improve professional benefit recognition and stress coping style, is beneficial to nurses' physical and mental health and nursing quality.
8.Effect of anisodamine on magnesium content of liver mitochondria during hemorrhagic shock
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
In order to explore the cellular mechanism of antishock effect of anisodamine (654-2), the changes of intramitochondrial magnesium during late hemorrhagic shock were observed. Results showed that there exists a negative correlation between the blood plasma magnesium concentration and arterial blood pressure in shocked animals and at the same time the magneium content of liver mitochondria reduced significantly; 654-2 prevented the decrease of mitochondria magnesium and the increase of blood plasma magnesium, and improved the prognosis of the shocked animals. These results indicate that 654-2 may protect the liver mitochondria of shocked animals at a cellular and subcellular levels.
9.A study in effect of endotoxin on the erythrocyte acetyleholinesterase
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Endotoxin can markedly decrease the activity of erythrocyte acetylch-olinesterase (AchE)in rat both in vitro and vivo. Furthermore, the AchE activity can be further inhibited by the presence of self-plasma. The AchE activity of erythrocyte in dog can also be inhibited with endotoxin, while it has little effect on human erythrocyte AchE. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis shows that the patterns of membrane protein are different in different animals, so it is possible that the structure of membrane protein plays an important role in reaction among endotoxin-red cells.
10.Grasping the Three Key Propositions in the Developing Direction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
How to grasp the developing direction of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) theory is the kernel of the TCM subject. In studying the theory of TCM,the three key propositions, how to keep the self main body, how to show the theoretic value and how to perform the durative innovation, must be answered. For keeping the main body,it must be clarified in unscrambling the origin, and be hold in the changeable reform, and be stand out under the scientific background. For showing the theoretic value of TCM,its academic value must be embodied in life(sciences),its leading value must be displayed during the subject development, and its guiding value must be emerged in clinical practice. For performing the durative theoretic innovation,it must be extended during inheriting the classical theory, and be improved in clinical practice, and be created in interdisciplinary crossing.Only in this way, would the basic theory of TCM acquire a breakthrough.
