1.Chinese Herbal Medicine in Folk Custom
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(2):192-
There are large amount of Chinese herbal medicine used in folk custom of our country. Most of these medicines are related with hygiene and health care. The usage of these medicine included avoiding dirty, preventing diseases, restoring convalescence, health protection, cosmetology, bathing, and daily effective medical prescription. Folk custom has the characteristics of regionality, consistency, and nationality, ete. Some of traditional Chinese medicine originates from folk custom. Therefore, the research of medicine used in folk custom may help to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
2.Research progress of aggressive B-cell lymphoma: reports from the 19th European Hematology Association annual congress
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(9):523-524
Aggressive B-cell lymphoma is characterized by malignant behaviour and rapid progression.Patients are prone to drug resistance or relapse of disease. The 19th European Hematology Association (EHA)annual congress explored several aspects about aggressive B-cell lymphoma.PET-CT examination provided new tools for the indication of prognosis. The elevated dose of rituximab improved the outcome of elderly male patients.Novel drugs or methods including bortezomib,ABT-199,combined targeted therapy and CNS prophylaxis have shown encouraging results in various clinical trials which provide new hope for patients with aggressive B-cell lymphoma.
3.Treatment strategies and clinical research progress of Hodgkin lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(10):581-582,585
Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) originates from the lymphoid hematopoietic tissues and has a good treatment outcome with relatively high cure rate.Early stage HL is curable with abbreviated chemotherapy plus involved-filed radiotherapy or chemotherapy alone. However, patients with refractory or relapsed disease still lack effective treatment. In recent years, with the application of risk stratified treatment, novel drugs such as brentuximad vedotin, and PET-CT evaluation, significant progress has been made in prognosis and treatment of HL
4.The diagnosis and treatment of 72 old heart failure patients complicated with hyponatremia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(11):1680-1682
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment and curative effect of heart failure complicated with hyponatremia in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 72 aged patients with heart failure and hyponatremia,by controlling the intake of fluid and using diuretics and the drugs of heart failure, not restrict a low sodium diet,by adding sodium chloride, analyzed the effect and prognosis after moderate supplement of sodium for 7 days. Results The use of loop diuretics reduced cardiac edema, renew and sodium chloride without aggravating heart failure or hypernatremia, total effective rate was 95.83%,and it was safe and effective. Conclusion For the elderly patients with heart failure complicated with hyponatremia, should be based on the conventional symptomatic treatment of heart failure, correction of hyponatremia, improve cardiac function and prognosis of patients.

6.Advance in treatment of hyperuricemia by Chinese medicine based on uric acid transporterome.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(22):4346-4350
With the development of the quality of life, the morbidity of hyperuricemia is increasing year by year. At the same time, it appears that this disease attacks the young people currently. As the study of pathogenesis of hyperuricemia advanced, a series of uric acid transporters were found during this process. Meanwhile, the definition of transporterome was proposed. They were divided into three groups according to the functions: reabsorption proteins, excretion proteins and skeleton proteins. At moment, the drugs for hyperuricmia mainly include uric acid composition inhibitors and uric acid excretion promoters. Since the excretion of uric acid plays a leading role during the process of attack of hyperurecimia, it makes sense to explore Chinese medicines with clear mechanism targeting the transporterome. Therefore, this paper would focus on transporterome and summarize the mechanisms of Chinese medicines in treating hyperuricemia.

8.Enzymatic Synthesis of D-D4FC Using Intact Cells
Na QI ; Li-Min ZHU ;
Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
D-D4FC (?-D-2′,3′-didehydro-2′,3′-dideoxy-5-fluorocytidine),a new anti-HIV drug,is on its PhaseⅡ clinical trials in America,France and Germany. Our lab has synthesized D-D4FC successfully using N-deoxyribosyltransferase from Lactobacillus helveticto catalyzing the ribose transfer from D4T (?-D-2′,3′-unsaturated thymidine) to 5-FC (5-fluorocytidine).The yield of D-D4FC reached 25%.We discovered the reaction could also be done by using intact cells. The yield could increase to 50% in 12.5 hours and more convenient to industrial continuous process. In this paper, the conditions including pH,buffer, substrates concentration, cells amount, reaction time and a possible catalytic mechanism were studied and discussed.
9.Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids and Obesity
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Epidemiological and animal studies have demonstrated that dietary lower intake of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) and(or) higher intake of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-6 PUFAs) leading to imbalance of their ratios are closely related to obesity. The mechanisms underlied are involved in PUFA′s effects on fatty acid synthesis and oxidation, adipocyte proliferation and differentiation and leptin expression. At transcription level,PUFAs can regulate the activities of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors and CCAAT enhancer bin-ding proteins.
10.Application of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil combined with small dose of morphine for postoperative and preemptive analgesia
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To compare analgesic efficacy of intravenous postoperative and preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil combined with small dose of morphine and with morphine alone. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into four groups: group A,morphine 30 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30;group B,morphine 20 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30;group C,flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg + morphine 20 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30;group D,flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg before operation + morphine 20 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30.The drugs in each group were diluted to 100 mL and infused by a pump at a rate of 2 mL/h with a patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)bolus of 2 mL after a loading dose of 5 mL.The visual analogue scale(VAS),demanding times for PCA and incidence of side effects were recorded during the period of postoperative 24 h. Results The VAS of group B at 3 h after operation was significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P
