Both Jianpi Wenwei and Shugan Hewei Decoctions can markedly improved the naked eye changes, histopathologic changes inhibition of Hp growth, and bile regurgitation under gastroscopy. Stereo -determination of the thickness of gastricmucosa was made before and after treatment. The result showed that thethickness was markedly increased after treatment.
2.Significance of AKT2 and PTEN protein expressions and their correlation with human colon cancer

Objective To detect the expression of AKT2 in human colon cancer and understand its relationship with PTEN.Methods The expressions of AKT2 and PTEN were detected in 30 patients with normal colonic tissues,30 patients with colon adenoma tissues,and 64 patients with colon carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical SP staining method.Results The positive expressive rate of PTEN presented a trend of progressive decrease from normal tissues,adenoma tissues to colon carcinoma tissues,while the positive expression rate of AKT2 presented a trend of progressive increase.PTEN expression was obviously higher in normal colon tissues than in colon adenoma tissues and colon cancer tissues(?2=68.855,P
3.Neuromuscular blockade lnduced by different target effect-site concentrations of rocuronium in female patients

ObjectiveTo compare the neuromuscular blockade induced by different target effect-site concentrations (Ces) of rocuronium in female patients.MethodsOne hundred and twenty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ female patients,aged 40-55 yr,with body mass index 18-22 kg/m2,scheduled for elective thyroid or breast surgery under general anesthesia,were included in the study.Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.1 mg/kg and fentanyl 5 μg/kg.Target-controlled infusion of rocuronium was started to facilitate tracheal intubation as soon as the patients lost consciousness.The patients were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n =30 each):A,B,C and D groups.In groups A,B,and C,the target Ce of rocuronium was set at 3.5 μg/ml during induction of anesthesia and at 1.0,1.2 and 1.4 μg/ml respectively during maintenance of anesthesia.In group D,the target Ce of rocuronium was set at 3.8 μg/ml during induction of anesthesia and at 1.2 μg/ml during maintenance of anesthesia.The onset time (time from the beginning of target-controlled infusion of rocuronium to T1 =5% of the control twitch),recovery time (when T1 retumed to 25 % of the control twitch),recovery index (the time for Tt to return from 25 % to 75 %of the control twitch),and the total amount of rocuronium consumed during operation were recorded.The intubation conditions and degree of muscle relaxation during operation were assessed.ResultsNeuromuscular block during operation was significantly better and the rate of satisfactory neuromuscular block was significantly higher in groups B,C and D than in group A ( P < 0.05).Onset time was significantly shorter in group D than in groups A,B and C ( P < 0.05).Compared with group C,the total amount of rocuronium consumed during operation,recovery time and recovery index were significantly decreased in groups A,B and D ( P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the total amount of rocuronium consumed during operation,recovery time and recovery index between groups B and D (P >0.05).ConclusionRocuronium with the target Ce set at 3.8 and 1.2 μg/ml during induction of anesthesia and mainterance of anesthesia respectively can provide satisfactory neuromuscular block,is helpful to the recovery of neuromuscular block and is more suitable for female patients.
4.Comparison of two techniques for endothacheal intubation in mice

Objective To explore a safe and efficient method for endotracheal intubation in mice.Methods 60 BALB/c mice were random divided into 2 groups, direct intubation under direct vision group, ( n = 30) and direct intubation under light by transillumination group ( n = 30).After successful tracheal intubation at the first judgment, mouse received a tracheal instillation of 3 mg/kg lipopolysaccharide.Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) was then performed three times with 0.8 ml sterile saline.Exudate cells were centrifuged and stained with Wright's fluid.Whether the intubation indeed succeeded was judged by the amount of neutrophil infiltrated into the lungs.The mortality after intubation, the time consumed for each successful tracheal intubation and the times of attempting for intubation in two groups were assessed to approve the efficiency of two techniques.Results Eight vs.two mice died within 24 hours in two groups respectively.The time consumed for each successful tracheal intubation and success rate for the first time for two groups were (92.6 ±23.4)s vs (64.0±20.1)s and 53.3% vs 86.7% respectively, which the consumed time was significantly different, while the final success rate almost the same for the two groups.Conclusion Both direct intubation under direct vision and intubation under light by transillumination can successfully intubate the tube into the trachea.But direct intubation under direct vision by transillumination is more efficient and safe in endotracheal intubation in mice.

6.TLC Identification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and HPLC Determination of Ferulic Acid in Ganning Granula

OBJECTIVE: To establish methods for the identification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and determination of Ferulic acid( FA) in Ganning granula. METHODS: The identification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong was carried out by TLC and the determination of FA was by performed by HPLC. FA was separated on Kromasil ODS-1 C18 column with water-methanol-acetic acid ( 30∶ 69. 5∶ 0. 5) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 322nm, the column temperature was set at room temperature and the flow rate was 1. 0mL? min-1. RESULTS: The TLC spots of the sample presented the same color as its counterparts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong standard and FA reference substance at the corresponding sites. The linear range of FA was 0. 010 12 ~ 0. 151 80? g( r=0. 999 9, n=8) . The average recovery was 97. 39% ( RSD=1. 97% ) . CONCLUSION: The methods of identification and content determination were rapid, accurate, specific and reproducible, and which are suitable for the quality control of Ganning granula.
7.Advances in molecular targeted therapy of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction

Adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction is a special type of tumor,not only in the special location,but also in the biological characteristics and clinical manifestations are unique.Surgery is the main treatment,but surgery alone sometimes result in poor prognosis,as a new direction of cancer treatment,Molecular targeting therapy is playing an increasingly important role.Some molecular targets such as vascular endothelial growth factor,hepatocyte growth factor receptor,epidermal growth factor receptor,fibroblast growth factor receptor 2,human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 in the treatment of esophageal gastric adenocarcinoma show a broad prospect.This review summarizes the current status and progress of molecular targeted therapy of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction.
8.Concentration change of DA, DOPAC, Glu and GABA in brain tissues in schizophrenia developmental model rats induced by MK-801

Objective To explore the related neurobiochemical mechanism by comparing the concentration change of dopamine (DA),dihydroxy-phenyl acetic acid (DOPAC),glutamate (Glu),and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain tissues in schizophrenia (SZ) developmental model rats and chronic medication model rats.Methods A total of 60 neonatal male Spragur-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups at the postnatal day 6:an SZ developmental rat model group (subcutaneous injection with MK-801 at the postnatal day 7-10,0.1 mg/kg,Bid),a chronic medication model group (intraperitoneal injection at the postnatal day 47-60,0.2 mg/kg,Qd),and a normal control group (injection with O.9% normal saline during the corresponding periods).DA,DOPAC,Glu,and GABA of the tissue homogenate from the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) and hippocampus were examined with Coularray electrochemic detection by high performance liquid chromatogram technique.The utilization rate of DA and Glu was calculated.Results Compared with the normal control group,the concentration of DA and DOPAC in the mPFC and the hippocampus in the SZ developmental model group significantly decreased ( P < 0.05 ),and the GABA concentration and Glu utilization rate in the mPFC also decreased (P < 0.05 ).Compared with the chronic medication model group,the DA concentration of the mPFC in the SZ developmental group decreased ( P < 0.05 ),and the DOPAC concentration and the utility rate of DA in the hippocampus also decreased (P <0.01,P <0.05,respectively).Conclusion The activities of DA,Glu and GABA system decrease in the mPFC and the DA system function reduces in the hippocampus of SZ developmental rats.
9.Cobalt Hexacyanoferrate-modified Graphene Platform Electrodeand Its Electrochemical Sensing toward Hydrogen Peroxide

A large-area graphene platform electrode (GPE) was fabricated by transferring the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene grown on Cu foils to polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates with the aid of polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA).Then cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) was electrodeposited on the GPE by cyclic voltammetry to obtain a CoHCF/GPE.The morphology and electrochemical properties of this electrode were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and the electrochemical measurements.Results showed that the electrode had favorable sensing effect toward H2O2.On the basis of this, a new nonenzyme H2O2 sensor was constructed.Under the optimal experimental conditions, the proposed sensor had a quick response to the addition of H2O2 (about 2 s) with a wide linear rang (5 × 10-3-1.2 mmol/L) and a low detection limit (7.1 nmol/L).This sensor was easy to fabricate and showed excellent stability and anti-interference ability.
10.Expression of Heme Oxygenase-1 and Its Significance of Rat Kidney after Ischemia-Reperfusion

Objective To investigate the expression levels and the roles of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) in rat kidney after interruption of blood flow and the following ischemia-reperfusion(IR)injury.Methods Rats were divided into 3 groups: interruptions(5,15,30 min),IR group(2,5,8,24,48,72 h),and control group.They were killed at different time points.Kidney tissue samples were studied by immuneohistochemical method.Results The expressions of HO-1 raised significantly in both ischemia group of 30 min((P
