Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To compare adaptive support ventilation (ASV) and pressure-controlled assist/control ventilation (PCMV) and evaluate the clinical effects of ASV. Methods 12 cases of acute respiratory failure patients induced by all causes were selected in the study. All patients with breathing independently underwent endotracheal intubation. The patterns of mechanical ventilation was PCMV-ASV-PCMV. the two settings of PCMV were uniformity. With ASV mode mechanical ventilation,we adjusted the percentage of minute ventilation (MV%) and ideal body weight (IBW) of patients,so as to reach the same minute ventilation volume of PCMV. We compared the blood gas, respiratory mechanics, work of breathing(WOB),airway occlusion pressure (P0.05). Compared with the first of PCMV,various indicators and blood gas of ASV had no significant difference, work of breathing (WOB),airway occlusion pressure (P=0.1) and inspiratory pressure time product (PTP) were significantly lower (P0.05). Conclusion ASV can get similar goals with conventional ventilation, and reduce patient′s effort and the central respiratory drive.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the effective methods for extraction of clenbuterol from biological material. Methods Clenbuterol in blood samples was extracted with 5 different methods, the extracts from various extraction methods were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS?雪. The efficiency of 5 extraction methods was compared with each other. Results The standard curve showed good linear relationship with a range from 0.01-10.0 mg/L clenbuterol hydrochloride(r=0.999 9?雪. The detection limit was 0.005 mg/L. After adding 1.0 ?g/ml clenbuterol hydrochloride into blood sample, the blood sample was immersed and extracted in 0.01 mol/L HCl and absolute alcohol. The extracts were extracted by chloroform at pH value of 11. The average recovery and RSD of this method were 96.5% and 5.21% respectively(n=6?雪. Conclusion The method showed easy operation and reliable results ,it was suitable for determination of clenbuterol in biological material without deviation.

Taking hyperthyroidism, anti-hyperthyroidism drugs and anti-hyperthyroidism combination as the keywords, 121 litera-tures on hyperthyroidism treatment were reviewed on CNKI and VIP database, and among them, 37 ones were selected as the represent-ative references. The clinical application was reviewed and summarized. Thiourea drugs are the first choice in the clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism;however, they show obvious side effects. Therefore, the drug combination use, especially the combination of Chinese and western medicines was proposed, which could rapidly improve the symptoms and the quality of life, reduce the dosage of western medicines and adverse reactions, and consolidate the curative effect and prevent the recurrence.

Objective To explore the influence of the fetal microchemirism in the thyroid tissue on the Graves' disease(GD) animal model. Methods Mice in experimental group were injected with Ad-TSH289(5?108IU) to construct the GD animal model, and when the immunization was over, the experimental group was randomly divided into three parts again: two groups were mated with male mice until two weeks of pregnancy or two weeks post-partum while the other group was simple immunized with Ad-TSH289 only.SRY was tested by real-time PCR.Thyroid tissue was stained with HE for pathological examination. Results Histological examination of the thyroid gland revealed that 61.8% of simple immunized mice had goiter, the success rate of GD animal model was 38.5% in pregnancy group, but 76.9% in postpartum groups(P

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of photorejuvenation of photodamaged skin by intense pulsed light (IPL) and 755nm laser. Methods A total of 187 patients were treated with a series of five or more full-face treatments using IPL and 755nm laser alternatly. After the treatement, the patients and physicians subjectively evaluated improvement in five aspects, including color of the face, telangiectasia, pore, pigmentation, and skin texture. Results According to comprehensive evaluation of the five aspects by the patient and physicians, and as compared to the first score, significant difference was observed (P

Proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) are common pathological features of diabetic vascular complications, such as atherosclerosis and hypertension. Phenotypic modulation of VSMC is the basis for VSMC proliferation and migration. Therefore, studies on VSMC phenotypic modulation and its mechanisms in diabetes mellitus were of important significance to the prevention and therapy of diabetic vascular complications. This paper introduces VSMC phenotypic modulation and the underlying mechanisms in diabetes mellitus, and summarizes advance of studies on traditional Chinese medicine intervention upon VSMC phenotypic modulation, so as to provide reference for preventing and treating diabetic vascular complications with traditional Chinese medicines.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2014;(9):1332-1337
Through a series of chemical reactions, a kind of quaternary ammonium salt derivative of nanodiamond, ND-CO-NH-CH2-CH2-N ( CH3 ) 3+· I-( QAS-ND ) , was obtained , which was confirmed by FTIR, element analysis experiment and the electrochemistry measurements. Mixed myoglobin ( Mb) and QAS-ND solution was dropped on the surface of the glassy carbon ( GC ) electrode to prepare QAS-ND/Mb/GC modified electrode. In 0. 1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 7. 0), Mb in the membrane exhibited direct electrochemical properties and showed good stability. The electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode toward H2 O2 was investigated, the results showed that the modified electrode could be used as the H2O2 biosensor to achieve fast, accurate detection of H2O2, with a detection limit of 3. 5 mmol/L (S/N=3).
