1.Research advances of various omics analyses in chronic refractory wounds on body surface.
Chinese Journal of Burns 2023;39(1):75-80
The diagnosis and treatment of chronic refractory wounds on body surface has always been full of challenges, and it also poses a huge burden on medical care and society. High-throughput sequencing combined with omics analysis can reveal potential mechanisms of chronic wound formation, and identify potential biomarkers related to diagnosis, prognosis, and screening of chronic wound. Combined with multiple levels of omics analysis, the detailed molecular mechanism of chronic wound development can be further explored and understood, so as to provide clues for the formulation of personalized treatment methods and lay a solid foundation for the precision medicine of chronic wounds. Therefore, this review addresses the recent progress of various omics analyses in chronic refractory wounds on body surface.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(11):1491-1497
Pharmacometabonomics, as an emerging branch of system biology, has been increasingly used in personalized medicine and showed broad prospects. By means of metabonomics, the complicated and detailed metabolic profile of the patient is described, thus providing more detailed description of the disease phenotype. With this understanding, response of different individuals to the drugs are predicted or evaluated through inherent genetic information of the individual combined with the environmental factors. As a result, appropriate drugs and dosage are chosen, which greatly promotes the realization of the individualized therapy goals. This article describes the emerging field of pharmacometabonomics, and the research results of personalized medicine based on the pharmacometabonomics in recent years are reviewed in detail.

3.Discussion on studies of individualized diagnosis and treatment using metabonomics.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2011;31(7):981-984
As one of the most active branch disciplines in the systematic biology research field, metabonomics has developed rapidly in recent years and become the research hotspot at home and abroad. The proposal of individualized diagnosis and treatment has emphasized and focused on the effect of internal factors of the human body and individual difference on the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Since metabonomics reflects that under the joint action of genes and the environment, the overall features of individual biological systems and functions states, thus, providing a new train of thought and research platform for studying individualized diagnosis and treatment. Through discussion of the train of thoughts, methods, progress of metabonomics used in studies on individualized difference, we believe that metabonomics technologies have a broad prospect of application in the individualized diagnosis and treatment. It is promising to have significant breakthrough from theory to practice.

Chinese Medical Journal 2016;129(24):2991-2997
OBJECTIVEThe arrival of precision medicine plan brings new opportunities and challenges for patients undergoing precision diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. With the development of medical imaging, information on different modality imaging can be integrated and comprehensively analyzed by imaging fusion system. This review aimed to update the application of multimodality imaging fusion technology in the precise diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors under the precision medicine plan. We introduced several multimodality imaging fusion technologies and their application to the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors in clinical practice.
DATE SOURCESThe data cited in this review were obtained mainly from the PubMed database from 1996 to 2016, using the keywords of "precision medicine", "fusion imaging", "multimodality", and "tumor diagnosis and treatment".
STUDY SELECTIONOriginal articles, clinical practice, reviews, and other relevant literatures published in English were reviewed. Papers focusing on precision medicine, fusion imaging, multimodality, and tumor diagnosis and treatment were selected. Duplicated papers were excluded.
RESULTSMultimodality imaging fusion technology plays an important role in tumor diagnosis and treatment under the precision medicine plan, such as accurate location, qualitative diagnosis, tumor staging, treatment plan design, and real-time intraoperative monitoring. Multimodality imaging fusion systems could provide more imaging information of tumors from different dimensions and angles, thereby offing strong technical support for the implementation of precision oncology.
CONCLUSIONUnder the precision medicine plan, personalized treatment of tumors is a distinct possibility. We believe that multimodality imaging fusion technology will find an increasingly wide application in clinical practice.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2009;17(6):1609-1615
Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a common hematological disease. It bleeds with peripheral blood platelet reduction as the main clinical manifestation, and manifests a chronic history in adult people. 11% - 35% ITP patients develop into a refractory course, which may be related with gene polymorphisms. There is currently no consensus on how best to manage refractory/relapsed ITP. In part, this reflects the need for individualized treatment due to the patients' requirements and their responsiveness to therapies. The objective of this review is to provide a clinically useful guide to current management strategies. This article summarizes all the treatment for refractory ITP, and highlights new therapies, including the anti-CD20 antibody, thrombopoietic agents, TPO receptor agonist and HSCT. The pancytoprotector shows good effect in the treatment of refractory and relapsed ITP in China. In a word, to give different treatments individually is most important.

Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2022;25(10):928-936
Precision medicine, which is based on individualized medicine, is a new medical model developed with the cross-application of genome sequencing technology, bioinformatics, and big data science. The establishment of precision medicine model is conducive to maximize the efficient utilization of medical resources and patient benefits. Bariatric surgery is an emerging branch of general surgery in the new century. Although the development of bariatric surgery still has a long way to go, precision medicine will add significant value to the rapid and positive development of the branch of bariatric surgery. In the context of precision medicine, bariatric metabolic surgery is now in its infancy. Currently, the successful implementation of precision control in bariatric surgery is initially focusing on the prediction of postoperative weight and the study of body weight differences in epigenetics. However, there are still gaps to be filled in the area of postoperative recovery, nutritional support treatment, and realization of individualized treatment based on big data. In the future, the integration of large-scale resource and data information can be realized by establishing the multi-center clinical sample library and perfecting the data collection of long-term follow-up and clinical information. Meanwhile, we can conduct deep biological data mining effectively with the big data platform, while using data reference to achieve accurate prediction and control of obesity treatment, so as to formulate detailed implementation plans and detailed procedure standard. Last but not least, we should pay attention to the patients' privacy and prevent personal health information leakage.

10.Research progress on genome-guided precision oncology and development ideas of antitumor Chinese medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2023;48(6):1421-1430
Genome-guided oncology refers to a new treatment concept that transcends histological classification and pathological ty-ping and uses drugs according to the genetic characteristics of tumors. New drug development technology and clinical trial design based on this concept provide new ideas for the clinical application of precision oncology. The multi-component and multi-target characteristics of Chinese medicine provide rich resources for the development of tumor-targeting drugs from natural products, and the design of the master protocol trial aiming at the characteristics of precision oncology supports the rapid clinical screening of effective tumor-targeting drugs. The emergence of the synthetic lethality strategy breaks through the bottleneck that the drug can only target the oncogene but cannot do anything to the tumor suppressor gene with the loss-of-function mutation in the past. With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology, the cost of sequencing is also decreasing. For the development of tumor-targeting drugs, how to keep up with the update speed of target information is a difficult problem of concern. Based on the integration of innovative ideas and me-thods of precision oncology, network pharmacology, and synthetic lethality strategy on synthetic lethal interaction network of antitumor Chinese medicine compatibility formula design, and the combination of improvement of innovative clinical trial methods, such as master protocol trial, basket trial, and umbrella trial, unique advantages of Chinese medicine are expected to be exerted beyond the antibody-based drugs and small molecule-based drugs and corresponding targeted drugs are potentially developed for clinical application.
