Objective To evaluate free or pedicled perforator flaps for repairing chronic osteemylitis with soft-tissue defect in the distal lower extremity. Methods From May of 2006 to October of 2007, 28 consecutive patients of chronic osteomylitis with soft-tissue defect in the distal lower extremity underwent surgical debridement and reconstruction with free or pedicled perforator flaps. There were 13 free flaps. The free anterolateral thigh flaps were used in 2 cases to repair the soft defects in the front of leg, 3 cases in the front of the malleolus, 2 cases in the dorsum of foot, 2 cases in the heel. The free lateral crural flaps nourished by perone al artery were used in 4 cases to repair the soft defects in the dorsum of foot. There were 15 pedicled flaps. Posterior tibial artery perforator flaps were used in 4 cases to repair the soft defects in the front of leg, and 2 cases in the medial malleolus. Lateral retromalleolar perforator flaps nourished by peroneal artery were used in 6 cases to repair the soft-defects in the heel, 1 case in the lateral malleolus and 1 case in the dorsum of foot, the first dorsal metatarsal artery perforator flap was used to repair the proximal dorsum of hallux. The wound was closed with irrigation-suction in 7 cases and with vancomycin-impregnated gelatin in 8 cases. Results All 27 flaps were successfully survived except insuffcient vein refluence in 1 posterior tibial artery perforator flap, which resulted in a superficial necrosis and healed spontaneously. The follow-up period from 6 months to 2 years revealed that recurrence developed in two diffuse type patients and both were treated once and twice with success, respectively. The others healed without any signs of recurrences. No debulking procedure was necessary in any case. Secondary bone graft was performed in 3 cases. All patients were ambulatory and fully weight-bearing with normal clinical parameters at the time of last review. According to the evaluating criteria for the treatment of foot disease, the mean score was 84.5. Conclusion Free or pedicled perforator flap has been shown to be well vascularised, and it is feasible for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis with soft-tissue defect in the distal lower extremity.
3.Advance in study of ginkgolic acid contained in Ginkgo biloba preparations.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2012;37(3):274-277
Ginkgo biloba has a very high medicinal value. The flavonol glycosides and terpene lactones contained in G. biloba extract (GBE) have such pharmacological effects as antioxidant, anti-platelet aggregation and memory improvement, enhancement of immune function. However, the ginkgolic acid (GA) contained in GBE is proved to be highly allergenic and cytotoxic, even minimal residual could also cause severe adverse effects. To minimize the potential safety hazards of ginkgo leaf preparations, this study focuses on GA's chemical structure, adverse effects, toxicity and genesis mechanism, desorption and attenuation in the hope of providing a new thought for studies on safety of Ginkgo biloba preparations.

Objective:To investigate a large Chinese family in which 9 patients over 4 generations were diagnosed with a form of autosomal dominant spondyloepimphyseal dysplasia(SEMD).Mothods:X-Ray radiograph of proand at 18-month showed absence of secondary ossification centra of femoral heads. His father at 24-year presented severe spondyloepiphyseal changes that principally involved the vertebral bodies, the femoral necks and femoral heads and characterized by generalized platyspondyly with thoracolumbar scoliosis, irregular femoral necks, absent ossification of femoral heads, flat acetabular roofs and coxa vara. The other patients had similar clinical and radiological features.Haplotyping was performed with leukocyte DNA for 5 micosatellite repeat markers from chromosome 12 and the result showed COL2A1 gene as a candidate gene.A total of 54 exons and promoter of COL2A1 gene were amplified and sequenced from all patients and available normal relatives. In addition, exon 23 of COL2A1 gene was amplified and sequenced from 10 controls simultaneously. Results:All patients were identified a 1510(G→A) transition in exon 23 of COL2A1 gene that caused a change from a COL2A1 coding region in available glycine to serine at amino acid position 504.No mutation was found in the normal relatives and 10 controls. Conclusion:The mutation of COL2A1 gene is responsible for this form of SEDC of the family. This is the first familial report of SEDC relating to 1510G→A mutation of COL2A1 gene. The detailed clinical radiogram data will be useful for extending the phenotypic spectrum of type Ⅱcollagenopathies.

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2019;37(5):397-400
Objective:
To analyze the lens opacity of some hospitals in Hangzhou to provide evidence for further improvement of radiation protection.
Methods:
Physical examination data of 1720 radiological workers who underwent occupational disease physical examination in our hospital on January1, 2016and December 31, 2017 were collected. Lens turbidity, gender, age, type of work, radiological working age and other influencing factors were statistically analyzed, and logistic regression analysis was used for multipactor analysis.
Results:
A total of 112 cases of lens turbidity (turbidity rate 6.51%) , after lens turbidity, subcapsular majority (64 cases (57.14%) ) ; lens turbidity increased with age, and showed an increasing trend of radiation working age; the lens turbidity rate was different in different types of work, including nuclear medicine (23.33%) 、radiology (6.76%) 、interventional radiology (6.06%) 、dental radiology (4.26%) and radiotherapy (4.21%) . Type of work、age and length of service are risk factors for lens opacity; Age and type of work were independent risk factors for lens opacity.
Conclusion
The turbidity of lens of radiologcial workers is related to age and workering age. Radiological workers engaged in nuclear medicine should strictly strengthen radiation protection.
