Objective:To construct a standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in Class ⅢGrade A traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospitals based on the theory of post competency. Methods:From April to July 2020, the consultation questionnaire was developed on the basis of literature review and the expert group discussion. Through the Delphi method, two rounds of consultations were conducted with 20 experts from Class Ⅲ Grade A TCM hospitals and the university of TCM in Zhejiang Province to construct the standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals based on the post competency. The positive coefficient, the authority coefficient, and the coordination coefficient of the experts were calculated. Results:In the two rounds of consultations, the experts' positive coefficients were all 100%, and the authority coefficients were both 0.896, and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.177 and 0.215 respectively, ( P<0.01) . The final standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals based on the post competency included 5 first-level indicators, 17 second-level indicators, and 106 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The standardized training program for newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals based on the post competency is scientific and reliable, which has certain reference significance for the training and management of newly recruited nurses in TCM hospitals.
