Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(2):38-40
Objective To summarize the key points in operative cooperation in laparoscopy and rigid choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with calculus of bile duct. Methods 86 cases of cholecystolithiasis complicated with calculus of bile duct were treated with laparoscopy combined with rigid choledochoscopy.Perioperative nursing was conducted carefully. Results Operations on 84 of cases were successful and another 2 cases turned to open operations. The average bleeding volume was(20.3±1.3)mL and the average operation duration was(90.6±10.1)mins.The clearance rate of calculus was 91.7%. Conclusions The laparoscopy combined with rigid choledochoscopy is safe and minimal in invasion and high in clearance rate of calculus. The skillful operative cooperation is critical for the smooth performance of the operation.

Objective:To compare quantitatively the quality of the canal isthmus retropreparation among three kinds of ultrasonic ret-rotips.Methods:1 20 maxillary bicuspid teeth with two canals and an isthmus were randomly assigned to 3 groups(n=40).The canal isthmus retropreparation were made respectively using ultrasonic niti tip RE2,diamond tip Berutti and #25K file.Image processing and analysis system were used to measure the preoperative and postoperative parameters for further evaluation. Results:The cutting volume of ultrasonic niti tip RE2 group was significantly less than those of other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic niti tip RE2 is feasible in the canal isthmus retropreparation.

Objective:To compare the quality of root-end preparation quantitatively between ultrasonic retrotips and traditional slow-speed handpiece. Methods: 27 maxillary second bicuspid teeth with two canals and an isthmus were randomly assigned to 3 groups.Root-end preparations were made respectively using ultrasonic diamond tip Berutti and niti tip RE2, ultrasonic 40~#K file and slow-speed handpiece with No.2 round bur. Image processing and analysis system were used to measure the preoperation and postoperation parameters for further evaluating the difference between the two techniques. Results: The cutting volume of ultrasonic instruments was less than slow-speed handpiece(P<0.000 1). Conclusion: Ultrasonic instrument is better in the root-end preparation than traditional slow-speed handpiece.

Objective:To compare the quality of the canal isthmus retropreparation among three ultrasonic retrotips.Methods:120 maxillary bicuspid teeth with 2 canals and an isthmus were randomly assigned to 3 groups(n =40).The canal isthmus were retro-preparated by ultrasonic Ni-Ti tip RE2,diamond tip Berutti and #25K file respectively. The quality of cavity margin, the number and type of the micro-cracks were evaluated by SEM.Data were statistically analysed by Kruskal Wallis Test of SPSS 13.0.Results:The cavity margin quality of ultrasonic Ni-Ti tip RE2 group was superior to that of other 2 groups(P =0.003);The number of micro-crack in Ni-Ti tip RE2 group was less than that of other 2 groups(P =0.003).The type of micro-cracks has no significant difference among the 3 groups(P =0.830).Conclusion:Ultrasonic Ni-Ti tip RE2 is feasible in the canal isthmus retropreparation.

Objective To employ the mesh meta analysis to compare the effectiveness and safety of short-term reaching-standard treatment in the patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis among the different biologics. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Embase data-bases.The retrieval time was from the database establishment to August,2023.The related literatures on the biologics for treating moderate to severe atopic dermatitis were collected. The literatures were screened by the inclusion and exclusion standards, the literature quality was evaluated and the data were extracted. Then the mesh meta analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 and Stata 16.0 softwares. Results A total of 754 ar-ticles were retrieved, and 11 articles were finally included, involving in 14 RCT with a total sample number of 5528 cases. There were 4 intervention methods, including placebo and 3 kinds of drugs. The drugs were Dupi-lumab,Lebrikizumab and Tralokinumab. The results showed that for each of effectiveness indicator, different medication regimens had different performance, after comprehensively meeting the treatment criteria,Dupri-uliumab was superior to Lebrikizumab, and Lebrikizumab was superior to Tralokinumab. There was no statis-tical difference in adverse reactions between the three drugs and placebo (P>0.05).Conclusion Dupilumab is currently the most effective biologic agent for short-term target treatment, capable of reducing inflamma-tion and improving skin symptoms.Future studies should further evaluate its long-term efficacy and safety to guide clinical application.

Objective:To explore the organizational identity, sense of coherence, perceived social support, and work engagement of surgical nurses in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the relationships between them. Methods:From March to May 2022, 450 surgical nurses were selected by convenience sampling from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for a survey with a general information questionnaire, the Organizational Identification Scale, the Sense of Coherence Scale, the Perceived Social Support Scale, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9. SPSS 24.0 was used to perform Pearson correlation analysis. AMOS 24.0 was used for structural equation modeling. Results:The nurses' scores of organizational identity, sense of coherence, perceived social support, and work engagement were (26.00±5.00), (53.58±7.50), (47.47±7.50), and (30.06±1.00), respectively. The correlation analysis revealed positive correlations between organizational identity, sense of coherence, perceived social support, and work engagement ( r=0.369-0.741, all P<0.001). Sense of coherence played a partial mediating role between perceived social support and work engagement, and the mediating effect was 0.07, accounting for 12.07% of the total effect. Organizational identity and sense of coherence produced a chain mediating effect between perceived social support and work engagement, in which the mediating effect was 0.11, accounting for 18.97% of the total effect. Conclusions:Organizational identity and sense of coherence produce a chain mediating effect between perceived social support and work engagement in the surgical nurses of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
