Menopause is inevitable physiological process of women in the process,per-imenopause syndrome is a common physical and mental diseases in middle-aged women. However,most of the middle-aged women lack health knowledge and are prone to depression,anxiety, paranoia,and other psychological problems. This has seriously affected daily lives and work. Nurses should give perimenopausal syndrome patients mental health different care and education.

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of positive airway pressure biphasic (BiPAP) non-invasive ventilation for treating the patients with severe pre-eclampsia combining acute heart failure (AHF).
Methods: A total of 84 patients with severe pre-eclampsia combining AHF treated in our hospital from 2008-01 to 2014-12 were retrospectively studied. The patients were divided into 2 groups: Control group, the patients received routine treatment for pre-eclampsia and AHF,n=41 and Observation group, based on routine treatment, the patients received assistant BiPAP ventilation,n=43. The changes at before and 3h after treatment of cyanosis, dyspnea, pulmonary rales, heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2), arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2), pH value and plasma levels of BNP were compared between 2 groups.
Results:①Comparison of before vs after treatment in both groups: HR (times/min) in Control group (90±8 vs 110±14) and Observation group (80±6 vs 112±12); RR (times/min) in Control group (24±5 vs 33±8) and Observation group (18±4 vs 35±7); PaCO2 (mmHg) in Control group (41.3±4.3 vs 48.4±5.6) and Observation group (29.7±5.4 vs 47.8±3.9); BNP (ng/L) in Control group (87.50±8.00 vs 133.00±8.00) and Observation group (69.50±8.30 vs 138.00±6.92); SaO2 (%) in Control group (93.0±3.7 vs 80.5±4.7) and Observation group (97.1±3.4 vs 81.2±4.2); PaO2 (mmHg) in Control group (80.3±5.8 vs 80.5±4.7) and Observation group (89.1±6.2 vs 53.2±5.4), allP<0.05.②After treatment, compared with Control group, Observation group presented obviously decreased HR, RR, PaCO2 and BNP; signiifcantly increased SaO2 and PaO2, allP<0.05. PH was similar between 2 groups,P>0.05.
Conclusion: Assistant BiPAP ventilation may treat the patients with severe pre-eclampsia combining AHF, it could improve HF symptom and hypoxia. The clinical signiifcance should be conifrmed by further investigation.

Objective To evaluate clinical and endoscopic characteristics of ischemic colitis (IC), and to explore the methods for the early diagnosis of IC. Methods Thirty six patients diagnosed as IC in Hua dong Hospital from June 1975 to December 2000 were reviewed. All patients underwent colonoscopy with biopsy within 5 days of symptoms, and repeated the exam in 2 weeks to 2 months. Results Of the 36 cases (12 men and 24 women, average age 60.5 years old, range 35 84), 31 were over 50 years of age. IC usually presented with sudden onset of left lower quadrant abdominal pain, diarrhea and hematochezia. Patients' ischemic lesions were most often on the left colon. It consisted transient or reversible colitis in 30 cases, stricture colitis in 5 cases and gangrene colitis in only 1 case. Morphologic changes varied with the duration and severity of the injury. Conclusion Colonoscopy with biopsy is the main method for the diagnosis of IC. It should be performed in the early stage of the onset of symptoms.

Results Histopathologic investigation showed that among 54 lesions,there were 13 cases of adenoma,38 cases of adenoma with atypical hyperplasia (10 cases with mild dysplasia,23 with moderate dysplasia and 5 with severe dysplasia )and 3 cases of mucosal cancer. We followed forty cases,local recurrence was found in none of 29 cases after 6 months of EMR. However,the recurrence was found in 2 of 11 cases after 1 month of EPMR and 1 each after 3 and 6 month of EPMR. There was no recurrence after further endoscopic re-treatment. Among 3 cancer patients,2 patients shifted to surgery due to patient's preference and 1 patient was followed up for 6 months. All of them were found without local recurrence by endoscopic biopsies or surgical results. Conclusions Chromoscopy,magnifying colonoscopy and EUS have benefits in diagnosis of early large bowel tumors,and it is also helpful in selecting the proper treatment so as to reduce the complication and recurrence.

Objective To evaluate the effect of early exercise intervention on deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after joint replacement.Methods 100 patients with joint replacement were divided into observation group including 50 cases and control group including 50 cases by random number table method.Early exercise intervention was used in observation group and usual nursing was used in control group.The hemodynamic index (femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity) and DVT incidence were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention for 3 days,the femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity of observation group respectively were (43.5±4.1) cm/s and (27.3±3.2) cm/s,those of control group respectively were(36.6±3.7) cm/s and (20.2±2.8) cm/s.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=2.987,2.895,P ＜ 0.05).After the intervention for 7 days,the femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity of observation group respectively were (56.1±4.7) cm/s and (32.1±3.9) cm/s,those of control group respectively were (41.3±3.9) cm/s and (22.4±4.3) cm/s.The femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity of observation group significantly higher than control group(t=3.675,2.929,P ＜ 0.05).The DVT incidence of control group and observation group respectively were 40.0％(20/50) and 14.0％(7/50),showed significant differences between the two groups(x2=8.574,P=0.003).Conclusions Using the early exercise intervention on patients with joint replacement can effectively improve the lower limb venous blood flow velocity and prevent DVT.

Objective To study the effect of fast tract surgery (FTS) used in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods For the experimental group, 341 inpatients with TKA in the Joint Surgery Department of Shandong Provincial Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were treated with FTS nursing measures. For the control group, 355 inpatients with TKA of the same department from January 2013 to May 2014 were treated with conventional nursing measures. The effects of FTS nursing measures, the parameters of patients′ postoperative complications, average hospitalization days and the function recovery of knee joint were evaluated respectively. Results After implementing the FTS nursing measures , the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs reduced from 8.45%(30/355) to 2.35%(8/341) (χ2=2.340, P<0.05). The average hospitalization days treated without/with FTS nursing measures were:unilateral knee (14.49±3.62) days (without FTS) vs. (11.95±4.53) days (with FTS), bilateral knees (15.80± 3.01) days (without FTS) vs. (13.19±4.08) days (with FTS)(t=3.166, P<0.05). Two weeks after surgery, the HSS scores in the experimental group was 65.72 ± 5.54, while the HSS scores in the control group was 52.43 ± 7.32 (t=2.452, P < 0.05). Three months after surgery, the HSS scores in the experimental group was 88.72 ± 7.10, while the HSS scores in the control group was 72.14 ± 8.73 (t=2.528, P < 0.05). Conclusions FTS nursing measures could significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, shorten the hospitalization days of inpatients, and promote the functional recovery of knees.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation on pneumonia in children with cerebral palsy (CP).Methods60 CP children with pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and rehabilitation group with 30 cases in each group. All children in two groups received active support therapy but those in the rehabilitation group were added with rehabilitation treatment.ResultsThe time of body temperature decline, alleviation of cough and expectoration, role disappear of the rehabilitation group were shortened compared with that of the control group ( P<0.05).ConclusionRehabilitation treatment is helpful for treatment of pneumonia in CP children.
