Objective To investigate (1) whether or not irbesartan can relieve endothelial dysfunction of essential hypertension; (2) which of fosinopril and irbesartan is better in relieving the endothelial dysfunction in essential hypertension, especially for the elderly . Objective To investigate nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and analyze its influencing factors. Method One hundred and seventy-nine nurses were enrolled in the survey and the general information questionnaire, education participation scale and continuing education learning satisfaction scale were used in the investigation. Results The average score by nursing education participation scale was (3.26 ± 0.59), and that of continuing education learning satisfaction scale was (2.74 ± 0.48). There were statistically significant differences in age, length of employment, professional title, marital status, employment mode between the scores by the two scales (P < 0.01). Conclusions Nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continuing education are in the medium level. Pertinent guidance such as bringing continuing education in depth and width is suggested to improve satisfaction and motivations of nurses.

Objective To report three-year-old twin brothers with speech stunting.Methods The clinical program of twin brothers with speech stunting were reported.Results The development quotient of Neuropsychological Developing Table of 0 to 6 Years-Old Nurselings was 59 for elder brother,and 57 for the younger.PET showed hypogenesis in the frontal lobe.Their linguistic rating showed both speech stunting,and the brain-audition evoked potential and the autistic evaluation(ABC and CARs)were normal.Conclusion The etiology of twin brothers' speech developing disorders is related with heredity,brain development,and speech environment,but the exact cause is being further studied.

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of submental island myocutaneous flap(SIMF) and free skin graft(FSG) for the reconstruction of buccal defect resulted from the buccal carcinomas .Methods Forty-four aged aging patients di-agnosed with the buccal carcinomas were operated by the total dissection of primary tumor and selective neck dissection and recon-structed simultaneously with SIMF(19 cases) and FSG(25 cases) .The degree of postoperative cheek shape ,limitation of mouth o-pening ,speech sound ,and function of chewing were observed and analyzed .Results Eighteen SIMFs were completely survived .The residual muscle flap had a good blood supply after the debridement of skin island in one case ,the successful rate of flaps was 94 .7%(18/19) while 100% (25/25) .The donor site of SIMF was sutured directly .Follow-up was taken in 12 months for all patients .In SIMF group ,the degree of postoperative cheek shape ,limitation of mouth opening ,speech sound ,and function of chewing were bet-ter than those of FSG group in FSG group(P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference between 2 groups in the field of recur-rence and metastasis although the recurrence adjacent to the primary tumor had happened in FSG group in 5 months after operation (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The submental island flap is an excellent choice for the reconstruction of cheek defects in aging patients af-ter resection of buccal carcinoma .With acceptable cosmetic ,functional results and reasonable oncological saftety ,SIMF has a prom-ising prospect in head and neck surgery .

Objective To analyze the hospital service scope and source characteristics of patients , to provide reference for hospital medical market expansion .Methods Hospital clinic patients survey information sources were made by descriptive statistics analysis , data processing by using the PEMS3.1 statistical software package.Results of respondents, women accounted for 63.5%, 30.1% men; age: 25 years old -45 years old 298 people accounted for a large proportion of 49.8%; occupation: workers of state -owned enterprises accounted for a relatively large 27.9%;residence: the hospital peripheral resident for more than 55.1%.Conclusion Based on the patient demand for the hospital, we should enhance the level of medical technology , the influence of attention, geographical location factors of hospital, continue to expand mainly around the hospital resident , non resident communities surrounding the city medical service, optimize treatment process, improve service quality, and strive for expanding the share of hospital disease .

The sonography of malignant lynmhoma in 96 patients since 1983 was reported.The patients were all examined by ultrasound with posifive findings and the diagnoses were proved pathologically by operations and/or biopsy.The incidence,clinical significance and sonographic nlanifestations of the lymphoma in different locations were discussed with review of literatures.The study shows that sonography plays very important role in discovering the location and extension of the lesions,helping to classify the clinical stage,drawing up the program of treatment following up the effects of tlle therapy and so on.
