Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(1):36-39
[Objective] Discussion on academic ideas and clinical experience of Professor Fu Ping in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. [Methods] From the etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutic principle and therapy to expound the academic viewpoints and clinical experience of Professor Fu Ping in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, the prescription and Chinese medicine conditioning characteristics are summarized, and exemplify that. [Results] Professor Fu Ping believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is a virtual reality, such as phlegm and blood stasis;according to the etiology and pathogene-sis, strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, coordinating Chong and Conception Vessels is the main rule; dissipating phlegm and removing dampness, warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen, nourishing liver kidney, regulating qi and activating blood is the clinical common therapy, clinical y obtaining better therapeutic effect. [Conclusion] The clinical experience of Professor Fu Ping in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is effective, has the value of popularization and application.
5.Clinical obstration on promoting the first stage of the multigravidae by using of 654-2
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(06):-
Objective To explore the clinical effect by using of 654-2 to multigravidae. Methods Among 60 multigravidaes deliverying,30 were treated with 654-2 and oxytocin, the other 30 multigravidaes were treated with oxytocin only for control. The time of dilatation of the cervix, the rate of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia, the rate of operative delivery and postpartum hemorrhage were observed. Results The time of dilatation of the cervix and the rate of operative delivery were shorter than the control. It was significantly different between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion 654-2 can promote the first stage of the multigravidae. It can reduce the rate of operative delivery. It is safety by using of 654-2 to short the first stage to multigravidae.
6.Effects of morphine on neurosteroidogenesis of primary cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To investigate the effect and mechanism of action of chronic morphine treatment on the neurosteroidogensis of primary cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons(CCNs).Methods The effect of morphine on the production of pregnenolone(PREG),dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA),allopregnanolone(AP),pregnenlolone sulfate(PS)and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DS)in cell culture media was measured by solid-phase extraction and LC-MS,with methyltestosterone(MT)or estrogen sulfate(ES)as internal standards. The dependence-like changes of CCNs were determined by testing the p-CREB level in the nuclear lysates using western blot. Results Compared with the control group, morphine treatment significantly reduced levels of PREG and DS respectively;opioid agonist DAMGO significantly reduced levels of PREG,DS and PS respectively, and increased the level of AP significantly.Compared with the morphine group,?-opioid-antagonist CTAP concomitant with morphine increased the level of PREG significantly.Compared with the control group, chronic morphine treatment or DAMGO treatment significantly increased the level of p-CREB in the CCNs.Compared with the morphine treatment group,?-antagonsit CTAP significantly reduced the level of p-CREB.Conclusion ?-opioid receptor mediated the inhibitory effect of morphine on levels of neurosteroids, and changes of neurosteroid levels might be related to morphine dependence.
7.Effects of hemodialysis on nutritional status and water balance in newly diagnosed ESRD patients
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(12):-
Objective To observe the effects of hemodialysis on nutritional status and water balance in newly diagnosed end-stage renal disease(ESRD)patients. Methods Thirty newly diagnosed ESRD patients who accepted hemodialysis for the first time were included in the study;body water balance was analyzed by bioelectric impedance analysis(BIA)method and nutritional status were evaluated by BIA,anthropometry and blood biochemical indicators. Results Total body water, extracellular fluid, intracellular fluid, normalized total body water, normalized extracellular fluid, normalized intracellular fluid were decreased significantly after 3 months of hemodialysis(P
8.A method of assessing the thickness of myocardial basement membranes
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Aim To observe the thickness changes of cardiomyocyte and microvascular basement membranes(BM)and the expression of collagen Ⅳ in Gk rats of different months and STZ-induced diabetic rats, and to explore the method that operated easily and could assess the thickness of myocardial BM.Methods GK rats of the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh months,Streptozotocin induced diabetes rats of fifth months and normal Wister rats were respectively divided into different groups with ev eight rats in each group. The myocardial section was stained by methenamine silver and immunohistochemistry was performed for collagen Ⅳ.Left ventricular endocardium was selected as measuring view.Through computer image analysis, the ratio of BM positive staining density(BMPSD)and positive staining density of collagen Ⅳ(CPSD)were calculated separately in all myocardium.Take the ratio to assess the thickness of myocardial BM and the expression of collagen Ⅳ.Results The glycemia,BMPSD and CPSD of the two diabetes rats were higher than those of the normal rats, having highly remarkable difference(P0.05).Conclusion By methenamine silver staining for myocardial section, calculating BMPSD through computer image analysis, can be an index to assess the thickness of myocardial BM.
9.Chronic sublethal hypoxia: challenge to premature brain in structual and neurological development
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(1):84-87
With the advance of modern neonatal management, the increase of survival of infants born with ELBW has resulted in collateral increase in incidence of infants with serious chronic lung disease, typically brnchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Long-term sensory, motor and cognitive impairments are common outcomes in survivals with moderate and severe BPD and may persist during school years and adolescence. Increasing evidence suggest that BPD exerts a significant effect on brain growth and development and may be associated with chronic sublethal hypoxia which compond the risk of extended brain injury and NS complications such as cerebral palsy. Animal studies have demonstrated progressive gliosis and cerebral ventriculomegaly, injured subcortical white matter and corpus callosum, dysynchrony synaptic development and disrupted neurotransmitssion in the hypoxia newborn brain. In this literature we built upon the review of neurogical and congnitive outcome in preterm infants with BPD and structural, functional and neurochemical alterations in ainimals following clinical and experimental hypoxia respectively, which may underlie the primary or potential mle for chronic sublethal hypoxia on premature brain development.
10.Preoperatively pulmonary function evaluation before liver transplantation in patients with end-stage liver disease
Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(3):279-281
Objective To assess the pulmonary function before liver transplantation in patients with end-stage liver disease. Methods One hundred and fifty-four patients with end-stage liver disease, who were waiting for liver transplantation in our hospital, were enrolled into the study. The pulmonary ventilation function, small airway function and diffusion capacity were measured and analyzed respectively. Results Among 154 subjects,140 (90. 9%, 140/154) patients had abnormal pulmonary function, shown as pulmonary diffusing capacity reduction;followed by restrictive ventilatory function reduction (42. 8% ,66/154) and small airway function reduction (37. 7%, 58/154 ), the least common manifestation was obstructive ventilatory function reduction (28.6 % ,44/154 ). Conclusion Abnormal pulmonary function in patients with end-stage liver disease is common, and the pulmonary function tests before liver transplantation has certain referential value for pulmonary function damage evaluation and postoperatively respiratory tract management.
