Objective To investigate the curative effect of telbivudine versus lamivudine in chronic hepatic B with a therapy of 48 weeks. Methods 94 patients who were diagnosed chronic hepatitis B were investigated. The therapeutic group and the control group (n = 47) were respectively assigned to receive 600mg of telbivudine and 100mg of lamivudine in 48 weeks. Copies of HBV-DNA、serum markers、alanine transarninase(ALT) level were tested before therapy and 4 weeks、12 weeks、24 weeks、48 weeks in the the course of treatment. The HBV-DNA conversion、HBeAg conversion and the normal rate of the ALT were compared. Results The copies of HBV-DNA decreased as the treatment progressing,especially at the 4 thweek. Conversion rate of the HBV-DNA of the telbivudine group was 72.3% ,which was higher than the lamivudine group 42.6%. There is a significant difference between two groups (x2 = 8.530,P ＜ 0.05). 95.7% of ALT in the telbivudine group revived to normal level versus 91.5% of the lamivudine group became normal. There is no significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05). At the end of treatment,the rate of the HBeAg converting to negative in the telbivudine group is 38.3% versus the lamivudine group 31.9%, but there is no significant statistical difference between two groups(x2 = 0.420 ,P ＞ 0.05). The frequence of seroconversion of HBeAg in the telbivudine group is 23.4% versus the lamivudine group 17.0%, but no statisticall difference between two groups (x2 = 0. 594, P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion It was more effective to treat the HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis with telbivudine than lamivudine,and lower frequence of seroconversion of the HBV-DNA、HBeAg.

To eliminate cancer hazards to human health,the development of the therapeutic cancer vaccine has been given more and more attention.By contrast of tradition therapy,cancer immunotherapy take the advantage of being able to achieve target therapy and take modest harm to organism.Here,we first idiscussed the mechanisms of cancer immune escape,and reviewed the design principles of therapeutic cancer vaccine,as well as the latest research progress of therapeutic cancer vaccine and its application.

Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of Gold Theragran in the protection of renal function,and the inhibition of renal local rennin angiotensin(RA)system in the early diabetic nephropathy(DN),and to provide the theoretical and experimental data for clinical application to prevent the DN.Methods:The experimental rats consisted of 64 healthy SD rats,average 180-220g,female and male both a half,rat model of DN was established by improved method of YANG Junwei,s method of intraperitoneal injection of STZ after nephrectomy.8 Rats was taken as normal group,the rest of them were randomly divided into 5 groups:high,middle and low dose groups of Gold Theragran,Valsartan group,model group.In each group,blood glucose,blood lipids,urine microalbumin per 24 hours,KW/BW,renal angiotensin converting enzyme,plasma and renal angiotensin Ⅱ,and its type 1 receptor were observsd and measured.Results:①Rat's general status in each treatment group was improved compared with the DN model group.②The levels of serum glucose decreased in all treatment groups,especially the high-dose group and mid-dose group were significant(P0.05).③The levels of abnormally high lever of TG,TC decreased in treatment groups,especially the high-dose group and mid-dose group were significant(P0.05).The high-dose group had further function to regulate the lipids in the 28th day than in the 7th day(P0.05).Conclusion:Firstly,Gold Theragran had a therapeutic effect of protecting the renal function on the experimental DN rats;Secondly,Gold Theragran can inhibit the abnormal state of activated rennin angiotensin system in diabetic nephropathy,delay the development of diabetic nephropathy;Thirdly,with the treatment course prolonged,the effective of Gold Theragran might be more obvious,and different dose groups show dose-effect-dependent relationship.

Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the outcomes of patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms. Although digestive endoscopy is considered as a best method to diagnose gastrointestinal neoplasms,some early stage,flat-type neoplasms may be overlooked by routine endoscopy. In recent years,endoscopic autofluorescence imaging( AFI)as a new technique, has been widely applied in clinical practice for enhancing the endoscopic diagnostic accuracy of gastrointestinal neoplasms,especially for early stage,flat-type neoplasms. Recently,the interest in a new surgical procedure named natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery has blossomed worldwidely.During these several years,quite a number of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery experiments have been carried out on porcine models and even on humans,including transvaginal cholecystectomies,transgastric appendectomies,transvaginal appendectomies,transvesical peritoneoscopies,etc.This review article aims to discuss the current research status and the challenges of orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery.

The structure and trends of individual organic biomass and alkaloid content of two wilCoptis species, C. omeiensis and C. gulinensis, on Mt. Emei, were studied by testing and analy-psing samples collected from several points. The results were compared with two cultivated C.species, C. chinensis and C. deltoidea. The accumulative characters and laws of biomass andeffective composition of the two wild species were revealed.

The former reconstruction comprises simple bone graft, bone graft with plating, cage implantation, cage with plating and total disc replacement.The latter comprises simple bone graft, bone graft with plating, titanium mesh cage with plating, conbinding cage and titanium mesh cage with plating. The common problem is loss of intervertebral height or nonunion occurring in a part of patients.Total disc replacement may preserve motion of affected levels but narrow indication. Based in the decompression, the best method should be choosen to reconstruct cervical stability and intervertebral height.
