3.Effects of morphine on neurosteroidogenesis of primary cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To investigate the effect and mechanism of action of chronic morphine treatment on the neurosteroidogensis of primary cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons(CCNs).Methods The effect of morphine on the production of pregnenolone(PREG),dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA),allopregnanolone(AP),pregnenlolone sulfate(PS)and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DS)in cell culture media was measured by solid-phase extraction and LC-MS,with methyltestosterone(MT)or estrogen sulfate(ES)as internal standards. The dependence-like changes of CCNs were determined by testing the p-CREB level in the nuclear lysates using western blot. Results Compared with the control group, morphine treatment significantly reduced levels of PREG and DS respectively;opioid agonist DAMGO significantly reduced levels of PREG,DS and PS respectively, and increased the level of AP significantly.Compared with the morphine group,?-opioid-antagonist CTAP concomitant with morphine increased the level of PREG significantly.Compared with the control group, chronic morphine treatment or DAMGO treatment significantly increased the level of p-CREB in the CCNs.Compared with the morphine treatment group,?-antagonsit CTAP significantly reduced the level of p-CREB.Conclusion ?-opioid receptor mediated the inhibitory effect of morphine on levels of neurosteroids, and changes of neurosteroid levels might be related to morphine dependence.
4.Latest progress of chimeric antigen receptor modified T cells in the treatment of hematological malignancies
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(21):3438-3444
BACKGROUND:In recent years, the use of chimeric antigen receptor modified T cells (CAR-T cells) has achieved good results in the treatment of hematological malignancies. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the CAR-T technology, and its anti-tumor mechamism, progress in the treatment of hematological malignancies as well as its safety and coping strategies. METHODS:A search of PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang by computer was performed for articles related to CAR-T published from January 2010 to January 2016, using the keywords of CAR-T in English and Chinese, respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The main principles that CAR-T cells fight against tumors are as follows: (1) resistance to immune escape through down-regulation of MHC; (2) production of interleukin-6, -10 indirectly influences the growth of tumor cells; and (3) tumor microenvironment changes inhibit tumor growth. The use of CAR-T in the treatment of hematological malignancies has been developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. Current studies concerning B cell lymphoma mainly focus on anti-CD19 CAR-T cells that have certain therapeutic effects on acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. However, its safety and effectiveness have yet to be studied.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(5):11-14
Objective To explore the effects of dialectical nursing on recurrent oral ulcers in children. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight cases of children with recurrent oral ulcer hospitalized from March 2013 to June 2015 were randomized into study group and control group using random digit table with 94 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with the modern medical care pattern and the study group was with dialectical nursing care of Chinese medicine besides the modern medical care pattern. The two groups were compared in terms of the curative effect, time for ulcer healing, pains and level of the children′s and parents′satisfaction. Results The curative effect in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). The time of the study group was shorter than that of the control one (P<0.001). The level of pains was lower but the degree of satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (all P<0.01). Conclusions The dialectical nursing care combined with modern medical care pattern is effective in treating recurrent oral ulcers in children. It can shorten the healing time and enhance the satisfaction. It can have high value of clinical application and promotion.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Two major family factors: parenting style and parental behavior cast important influence on mentality and behaviour of children. Parenting style has considerable influence on children's cognitive development, emotional support and stress coping methods. It also affects children's understanding of filial belief and behavior. Apart from family violence, divorce and other direct factors, parenting style and parental behavior produce significant effects on children's mind and behavior.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(10):-
Objective:To investigate the inductive function of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-? to dentritic cell(DC) and its effect on erythroid hematopoiesis. Methods:Human CD34~+ cells was separated and purified by MACS method. With the existence of stem cell factor(SCF),interleukin-3(IL-3) and erythropoietin(EPO),CD34~+ cells were cultured together with TNF-? through external fluid. The expanding times of cells and their superficial markings were analysed by flow cytometry.Meanwhile, the morphological transformation of expanding cells was observed by microscope.Results:TNF-? could inhibit the development of glycophorin A(GPA;a specific erythroid marker) positive cells, while stimulates the growth of those GPA negative of non-erythroid cells. These cells usually possess the morphological characteristic of DCs and express phenotypical markers of DCs accordingly. Those erythroid progenitor cells which contact directly with DCs appear to have the change of cellular apoptosis. Conclusion:The inhibition of TNF-? to erythroid hematopoiesis is probably related to the induction of DCs proliferation. The possible reason for cellular apoptosis of erythoid progenitor cells may be their direct contact with DCs.
10.Effects of Sodium Arsenite on mRNA Expression of GTP Cyclohydrolase and 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin Synthase in Chang Liver Cells
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(12):-
Objective To study the effects of sodium arsenite on the mRNA expression of GTP cyclohydrolase (GTPCH) and 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin synthase (PTPS) in Chang liver cells. Methods Human Chang liver cells were cultured with sodium arsenite at doses of 0, 50, 200 and 400 ?mol/L for 12 hours. Cell viability was tested by MTT assay, and the expression of mRNA of GTPCH and PTPS was detected by RT-PCR. Results Cell viability in 50 ?mol/L group was almost the same as that in control, while the viability in the other two groups were significantly lower than that in control. All of the mRNA expression levels in the three groups were significantly lower than that in control with dose-dependent manner. Conclusion The down-regulated expression of GTPCH and PTPS, the main enzymes of the synthesis of BH4, induced by sodium arsenite exposure may be related with arsenic related skin depigmentation.
