Treated 36 cases of infantile enuresis by acupuncturing Zuyunganqu (Foot Motor Sensory Area),Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Zhongwan (CV 12),Zusanli (ST 36), Yinlingquan (SP 9), Pishu (BL 20),Weishu (BL 21) and Shenshu (BL 23). After two courses,29 cases were cured, 5 cases were improvement and 2cases were no effect.

Objective:To study the dissolution behavior of panax notoginseng saponins R1 , ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng sapo-nin Rb1 in Xuesaitong soft capsules in two different dissolution media. Methods:The dissolution test conditions were confirmed accord-ing to“quality of medical drugs information set” of Japan and the dissolution media were chosen in accordance with the physicochemi-cal properties of Xuesaitong soft capsules, the in vitro dissolution of Xuesaitong soft capsules was inspected respectively in pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer and water. The dissolution rate was determined by HPLC-ELSD, and the similarity of the release curves for the three components was compared with similarity factors ( f2 ) method. Results: The assay displayed a good linearity over the concentration range of 0. 8-16. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 6), 3. 0-60. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 8) and 4. 0-80. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 7) for panax notog-inseng saponins R1 , ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng saponin Rb1 , respectively. In pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer and water, f2 of ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng saponin Rb1 were both above 50 when compared with panax notoginseng saponins R1 . Conclusion:The meth-od is simple, accurate and reproducible in the dissolution determination of the soft capsules. The dissolution of ginseng saponin Rg1 and ginseng saponin Rb1 has similar characteristics with that of panax notoginseng saponins R1 in Xuesaitong soft capsules.

Production of bactericoin under the optimum broth was 640AU/mL, 8 times than MRS media.

Objective: To explore the quality of life of children with behavior problems. Method: A sample of 2087 children were administered Conners Scale and Inventory of Subjective of Life Quality, then we compared the quality of life of normal children with that of children with behavior problems. Result: Children with behavior problems had poorer life quality than normal children. Stepwise regression revealed that seven variables offacted subjective satisfaction of the children, including academic achievement, behavior problems, economic condition of the family, father's personality, age, parental coping style for poor behavior, single child family. Conclusion: Behavior problems of children are also problems of the family.

The immunoregulation effect to polysaccharides from Bifidobacterium spp. was investigated on the base of functional assessment standards of health food. Effects of the EPS on immunity were investigated by promoted the proliferation of spleen lymph cells, delayed type hypersensitivity reaction, the HC50 value and macrophage function assay in mice. Data showed that the EPS could obviously increase the ratio of swallowed chicken red blood cell by macrophage and the HC50 value in mice. However, no significant effect was found on the delayed type hypersensitive induced by sheep red blood cell, for only the low dose of 100 mg/(kg?d) EPS promoted the proliferation of spleen lymph cells. Objective To evaluate the guidance value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) and CT scan in preoperative clinical staging for diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer .Methods 68 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into EUS group and CT group using a random numbers table(34 cases in each group) .Patients in EUS group were examined by EUS , patients in CT group were examined by CT scan ,and staged according to the TNM (2003) staging system ,and were compared with surgical pathologic findings .Results The accuracy rates of T staging by EUS were 0(0/2) for Tis ,75 .0% (3/4) for T1 ,75 .0% (6/8) for T2 ,86 .7% (13/15) for T3 ,80 .0% (4/5) for T4 ,and the totle accuracy rate was 76 .5% (26/34) for T ;those of N staging were 71 .4% (5/7) for N0 ,75 .0% (9/12) for N1 ,0(0/11) for N2 ,0(0/4) for N3 ,and the totle accuracy rate was 41 .2% (14/34) for N .The accuracy rate of T staging by CT scan were 0(0/1) for Tis ,33 .3% (2/6) for T1 ,28 .6% (2/7) for T2 ,78 .6% (11/14) for T3 ,83 .3% (5/6) for T4 and the totle accuracy rate was 58 .8% (20/34) for T ,the difference was statistically significant com-pared with the EUS group(P<0 .05);those of N staging were 77 .8% (7/9) for N0 ,76 .9% (10/13) for N1 ,66 .7% (4/6) for N2 , 50 .0% (3/6) for N3 and the totle accuracy rate was 70 .6% (24/34) for N ,the difference was statistically significant compared with the EUS group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The accuracy rate of EUS are higher for diagnosis in esophageal cancer and preoperative T staging .The accuracy rate of CT scan are higher for the preoperative N staging .EUS combined with CT scan has great significance for choosing ideal therapy plan for esophageal cancer ,and for estimating prognosis of esophageal cancer .

Abstract? AlM: To explore the effect of Danshen injection iontophoresis combined with lumbrukinase on early patients with retinal vein occlusion ( RVO ) , and observe the prognosis to provide objective basis for clinical?METHODS: Eighty-two patients ( 117 eyes ) with early RVO were randomly selected in our hospital from January, 2011 to April, 2014, 41 cases (59 eyes) of control group treated with Lumbrokinase. Forty-one cases ( 58 eyes) of the observation group, treated with Danshen injection iontophoresis combined with lumbrokinase. The main indexes were the treatment effect, visual acuity and retinal circulation time.?RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 85. 4% ( 35/41 ), more than that of control group 68. 3% ( 28/41 ), the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The invalid rate of the observation group was 14. 6% (6/41), lower than that of the control group 31. 7% ( 13/41 ), the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The vision of the observation group 4. 8 ~5. 0 was 53. 7% (22/41), more than that of control group 41. 5% ( 17/41 ), the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). The restore vision of the observation group 4. 3 ~ 4. 7 was 31. 7% (13/41), lower than that of the control group 41. 5% ( 17/41 ), the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ). After treatment, retinal circulation time of two groups were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). After treatment of retinal vein circulation time of the observation group was 8. 15 ± 1. 30s, 9. 70 ± 1. 28s lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05).?CONCLUSlON: There is better effective on Danshen injection iontophoresis combined with Lumbrokinase for early retinal vein occlusion, and can improve the patient's visual acuity, promote the rehabilitation of patients.

Objective To determine the serum level of pepsinogenⅠ,Ⅱ(PGⅠ,PGⅡ) and PGⅠ/Ⅱin the residents from Zhuanghe county,a high risk area of gastric cancer in North China,and to explore their distribution as well as related factors.Methods Serum PGⅠand PGⅡlevels were detec- ted with ELISA method in 6990 subjects.Gastric diseases were diagnosed by endoscopy and histopatho- logic examination.Serum H.pylori-IgG antibody was determined by ELISA method.Results The me- dian values for PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGⅠ/Ⅱwere 86.9/?g/L,10.6/zg/L and 8.1 respectively.Serum PGⅠand PGⅡin male(95.2?g/L,12.1?g/L) were significantly higher than those in female(79.7?g/L, 9.4?g/L;P=0.000),PGⅠ/Ⅱratio(7.9) was significantly lower in male (8.3,P=0.000).There were significantly decrease in PGⅠ/Ⅱratio along with age increase.PGⅠ/Ⅱratio decreased signifi- cantly following with progression of gastric mucosa from normal (10.4) to non-atrophic lesions(8.8) and to atrophic lesions (6.6).Serum PGⅠand PGⅡin H. pylori positive subjects (88.7?g/L,11.4?g/L) were significantly higher than those in H.pylori negative subjects (81.4?g/L,8.4?g/L;P= 0.000),PGⅠ/Ⅱratio(7.7) was significantly lower in H.pylori positive subjects (9.6,P=0.000). Using colon adenocarcinoma cell line HT-29 as testing material, adhesion test was carried out for 24 strains of Bifidobacteria isolated from dejecta of longevous people aged one hundred years. The results showed that all strains could adhere to colon adenocarcinoma cells HT-29, among which the strains of TTF, Z2, TZ5 and (J-1) showed higher adhesive capability. Thus these four strains of Bifidobacteria were further tested for their endurance to stomach acid and bile acid. The production of vitamin B by these bacterial were also tested.
