4.Endothelial dysfunction with Alzheimer's disease
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2000;0(05):-
Objective To explore the relation between endothelial function and Alzheimer′s disease(AD).Methods The concentration of asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)and L-arginine were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),the concentration of nitric oxide(NO) detected by the method of nitrate reductase, and the activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)examined using NOS assay kits,in the plasma of 45 mild/moderate AD patients and 48 controls. Results Compared with controls, the concentration of ADMA(0.95?0.09?mol/L,P=0.00)was significantly increased, however the activity of NOS((13.9?3.9)U/L,P=0.00),inducible NOS(iNOS)((5.1?1.8)U/L,P= 0.00)and concentration of NO((41.7?5.0)?mol/L,P=0.00)were significantly decreased. In addition,Logistic regression analysis found significant positive correlations between the plasma concentration of NO and the score of the CDR(y=36.64?0.398_x;r=0.398,P

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the correlation of spiral CT(SCT)features with pathology, microvessel density(MVD)、expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)、matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Forty patients with colorectal carcinoma confirmed by operation were examined by SCT.The resected tumor specimens were immunohistochemically stained for the expression of VEGF,MMP-2 and the calculation of MVD.Results The accuracy of SCT in depicting the pericolic and wall infiltration was 92.5%.The metastasis rates of colorectal cancer with pericolic infiltration and wall infiltration were 75.0% and 33.3%,respectively,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P

Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2017;33(2):144-147
Objective:To analyze the influence factors of postoperative pregnancy in patients of endometriosis associated infertility after laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment.Methods:340 patients with endometriosis associated infertility who underwent laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Xiamen from April in 2012 to April in 2014 were followed up for 18 ~ 42 months to assess fertility outcomes. The relative factors of postoperative pregnancy rate were analyzed.Results:85.88% (292/340) of patients were followed up,and the overall postoperative pregnancy rate was 56.51%.Among which the postoperative pregnancy caseswere 115 cases (39.38%),40 cases (13.70%),8 cases (2.74%),2 cases (0.68%) in the 1 ~ 6 months,7 ~ 12 months,13 ~ 24 months,25 ~ 42 months, respectively. There were significant differences among the four groups(x 2 =11.76,P < 0.05).The multy-factors analysis showed that age ≥35,infertility time ≥3,r-AFS stage relatively high were risk factors of postoperative pregnancy(OR =10.45,3.03,3.74,P <0.05),and secondary infertility, applying ovarian stimulation treatment were the protective factors of postoperative pregnancy(OR =0.23,0.33,P < 0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment can increase postoperative pregnancy rate, and the best time to pregnancy is the first one year after treatment. The age ≥35,infertility time≥3,r-AFS stage relatively high are the important causes for the postoperative infertility, while applying ovarian stimulation treatment can promote pregnancy rate.

ObjectiveTo summarize the curative effect of l aparoscopic cholecys tectomy (LC) combined with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) for cholelithiasis concurrent with choledoc holithiasis.MethodsERCP and EST were applied in 210 patients suspected for c holedocholithiasis before (164 cases) or after (46 cases)LC.Results ERCP dis closed choledocholithiasis in 69 patients before LC, and then stones were comple tely removed by EST in 63 patients, with a clearance rate of 91 3% (63/69); ERC P revealed residual cholelith in 9 patients after LC, and 8 of them were cured by EST, with a clearance rate of 88 9% (8/9).ConclusionsLC co mbined with ERCP and EST for cholelithiasis concurrent with choledocholithiasis is safe and effec tive, keeping patients free from open surgery.
8.Antioxidant Effect of Selaginella Medicinal Plants and Its Quality Review
Herald of Medicine 2017;36(9):1010-1015
This paper aimed to introduce and review the antioxidant and material base of selaginella medicinal plants. On the basis of the systematic identification of selaginella medicinal plants,we found that the ethyl acetate extract and flavonoids could inhibit the activity of XOD,LOX or/and COX-2 to some extent.Fourteen biflavonoids, one flavonoid and five flavonoid glycosides have been isolated from three resource plants, among them five compounds were firstly reported and fifteen compounds were firstly isolated in selaginella plants.Amentoflavone (AME),robustaflavone and robustaflavone-4''-dimethylether are three common characteristic constituents of selaginella plants, which can act as marks of common active ingredients and be applied to evaluate the quality of selaginella.Further studies found that some plants had stronger anti-Coxsackie virus and anti-tumor effects, and their mechanisms were associated with inhibiting multiple oxidase and mitigating harm of free radicals due to whole function.
9.Maternal Toxicity and Offspring Neurobehavioral Effects in Wistar Rats Induced by Exposure to Methylmercury During Pregnancy
Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To explore the maternal toxicity and offspring's neurobehavioral effects in Wistar rats induced by exposure to methylmercury during pregnancy. Methods Methylmercury were continuously orally perfued with different doses of 0.00, 0.01, 0.05 and 2.00 mg/(kg?d) to 52 pregnant Wistar rats during the 6th~9th day after conception. The toxicity to maternal rats was observed and general teratology test were carried out. The parameters of physical and neurobehavioral develpment at early stage of 205 offspring were measured and the operant behavior test of 32 offspring was carried out at the age of 10 weeks. The brain's morphology and the levels of monamine neurotransmitter were tested in 24 maternal rats after 5 weeks of the delivery and 24 offspring in 10 weeks old. Double blind randomized design was used in whole experiment. Results No maternal toxicity and offspring teratogenicity were observed. The increase of body weight and tail development of embryos in 3 exposure groups were slower than those of control group (P

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(11):-
Objective To determine the value of vascular indication of sexual excitation response (VISER) in the diagnosis of erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods Fifty three cases of ED underwent PGE1 intracavernous injection,VISER and color duplex ultrasonography. The comparison of the results was performed. Results Forty three cases were in Porst Grade 3, whose average cavernous pressure and carvenous pressure index were 144.29 mmHg and 1.24,respectively.Of them,42 cases were of normal penile vascular function, the remaining one was of venous ED;10 cases were in Porst Grade 2, whose average cavernous pressure and carvenous pressure index were 87.76 mmHg and 0.81,respectively.There were significant differences in the average cavernous pressure and carvenous pressure index between the two groups ( P
