Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2011;46(5):329-332
Objective To investigate the effect of Interleukin(IL)-18,IL-12 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in hepatic injury in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods Sixty-two cases of ICP patients(ICP group),30 cases of normal pregnant women(control group)and 30 cases of hepatitis B(HBV) women (hepatitis group) were recruited. Serum IL-18, IL-12 and TNF-α were examined by ELISA. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were examined by automatic biochemical analysis instrument. Results ( 1 ) In hepatitis group, serum concentrations of IL-18,IL-12 and TNF-α were (256±51 ) ng/L, ( 122±96) ng/L and (207±3) ng/L; serum levels of ALT and AST were(363±174) U/L and (359 ±237) U/L, respectively. In ICP group, serum concentrations of IL18, IL-12 and TNF-α were (72±32) ng/L, (42 ±28) ng/L and (48±14) ng/L; serum levels of ALT and AST were (201 ±128) U/L and ( 132±87) U/L, respectively. While in control group, serum concentrations of IL-18, IL-12 and TNF-α were (43 ± 13) ng/L, ( 10±3) ng/L and (33±9) ng/L; serum levels of ALT and AST were (13 ~ 4) U/L and (15 ± 3) U/L, respectively. Serum IL-18, IL-12, TNF-α, ALT and AST levels in hepatitis group were significantly higher than those in ICP group and control group ( P <0. 05 ).Serum IL-18, IL-12, TNF-α, ALT and AST levels in ICP group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0. 05 ). (2) In severe ICP subgroup, serum concentrations of IL-18, IL-12 and TNF-α were (81 ±32) ng/L, (50 ±25) ng/L and(50 ± 14) ng/L; serum levels of ALT and AST were (269 ± 111 ) U/L and (181±73) U/L In mild ICP subgroup, serum concentrations of IL-18, IL-12 and TNF-α were (48 ±18 ) ng/L, (17 ± 4 ) ng/L and (40 ± 10 ) ng/L; serum levels of ALT and AST were (87±46) U/L and (50 ±21 ) U/L, respectively. Serum IL-18, IL-12, TNF-α, ALT and AST levels in severe ICP subgroup were significantly higher than those in mild ICP subgroup and control group (P < 0. 05). And serum ALT and AST levels in mild ICP subgroup were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0. 05). (3) There were 16 cases with preterm birth (50%, 16/32 ) and 10 cases with meconium-stained amniotic fluid( 31%, 10/32 ) in severe ICP subgroup, significantly higher than those in mild ICP subgroup ( P< 0. 05 ), which contained 2 preterm births ( 7%, 2/30) and 1 meconium-stained amniotic fluid (3%, 1/30). While in control group, the numbers were 1(3%, 1/30)and 1(3%, 1/30),respectively. As for the cases of neonates whose 1 minute Apgar score were not more than 7, there were 2 cases, 1 case and 1 case in severe ICP subgroup, mild ICP subgroup and control group, respectively, which showed no significant difference(P> 0. 05). Conclusion Serum IL-18, IL-12 and TNF-α may be involved in the process of hepatic injury of ICP.
2.Expression of high mobility group A1 in patients with lung squamous cancer and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;(16):4-6
Objective To investigate the expression of high mobility group A1 (HMGA1) in patients with lung squamous cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of HMGA1 in 76 patients with lung squamous cancer (lung squamous cancer group) and 30 cases of control lung tissue (control group) was detected by SP method of immunohistochemistry and its correlation with clinical-pathological parameter was analyzed statistically. Results The positive expression rate of HMGA1 was 68.4% (52/76)and 16.7% (5/30) in lung squamous cancer group and control group respectively, and the difference was significant(P< 0.01).HMGA1 expression showed significant correlation with lymph metastasis and degree of differentiation in patients with lung squamous cancer (P < 0.05).Conclusions The progression of lung squamous cancer may correlate with the increase of HMGA1 expression. It's promising for HMGA1 to become a new marker for diagnosis of lung squamous cancer.Clinical detecting of HMGA1 could help with prognosis and treatment-guiding of lung squamous cancer.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
This paper reviews the recent advances in recombinant expression and purification of defensins, including the choice of host cells, vectors and expression strategies in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell ex- pression systems, as well as the status of purification processes. By summarizing the problems existed in the production and clinical applications of defensins, the authors here also pointed out the research directions for defensins, and conceived the prospects for its exploitation in the future.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the value of the continuous quality improvement(CQI) in the quality control of disinfection supply center.METHODS The CQI was applied to every aspect of disinfection supply center. We analyzed and identified the reason of the existence of quality problems, and took CQI measures and the implementaion of quality improvement.RESULTS After 5 years CQI,quality control of disinfection supply center had been remarkably improved. The harmony had increased among staff year by year. The professional knowledge rose from 60% to 100%,the rate of monitoring raised from 70% to 100%,the pass rate of sterilized package raised from 55% to 95%,the satisfaction rate of the relevant sections raised from 85% to 100%.The errors and accidents were eliminated or reduced owing to pay attention to quality control.CONCLUSIONS CQI plays an important role on medical service safety and can effectively improve the medical safety, medical quality and service quality.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(6):425-427
A satisfaction survey carried out by Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, found differences of patient satisfaction between locals and overseas patients in consulting environment, outpatient procedure, quality of service, quality of diagnosis and treatment. The patient satisfaction of overseas patients was lower than locals. Especially noteworthy is the low satisfaction of the former for the hospital coloring, privacy in the sector, registration, vocal communication, patient condition statement, nurse attitude and service quality. Real-time improvement in these aspects of medical services has harvested obvious progress. Results of the satisfaction survey provided valuable reference materials for large-scale activities, and ongoing improvement of medical services in the long run.
