Objective To observe the effectiveness and salty of Xiaoer Dingfeng Decoction(Decoction to stop wind in children con- vulsion)in the treatment of syndrome of primary infantile convulsion due to phlegm-heat in tonic-clonic epilepsy. Methods Totally 90 infantile patients were randomized into three groups, which were treated by Xiaoer Dingfeng Decoction,Kangxian(Capsule to treat epilepsy)and Xifeng Capsule(Capsule to calm the wind)respectively.Frequency of seizure, lasting duration, and change of electroen- cephalogram(EEG)were observed 12 months later. Results The total effective rate of Xiaoer Dingfeng Decoction group was 86. 67%,better that that of Kangxian Capsule group(P0.05). It could greatly reduce the frequency of seizure, shorten the lasting duration, and improve the EEG.Conclusion Xiaoer Dingfeng De- coctions is effective and safe for the syndrome of primary infantile convulsion due to phlegm-heat in tonic-clonic epilepsy.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To explore the clinical significance of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)on pulmonary hypertension(PH),by detecting their levels of patients with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods Forty-eight patients with CHD who had left-to-right shunt were selected randomly from cardiac surgery in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Forty-eight patients were performed successfully on radical operation under complex intravenous anesthesia, and they were divided 3 groups according to pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP)detected by doppler echocardiography before operation:no PH group(PASP0.05).Conclusions H2S plays an important role in the formation of PH and restructure. There is no correlation between PASP and HO-1 activities in serum, but HO-1 may be play an indirect action in the formation of PH and restructure.Measuring the levels of H2S may be a reliable method to follow the change of pulmonary pressure and worsening of PH.

7. Intestinal absorption characteristic of tanshinone components SEDDS using one-way intestinal perfusion in situ
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2017;48(13):2697-2703
Objective: To explore the intestinal absorption characteristics of tanshinone components self emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS). Methods: In situ single-pass perfusion method was used to investigate the absorption characteristics of cryptonshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA in rats. The absorption parameters (Ka, Papp) of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA were used as indicators to study their optimum absorption site among duodenum, jejunum, ileum, and colon. The effects of verapamil hydrochloride (P-glycoprotein inhibitor, P-gp inhibitor), probenecid (multi-drug resistant protein MRP2), and 2, 4-dinitrophenol (energy inhibitor) on the absorption of cryptonshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA were also studied, as well as the effects of their different concentration. Results: Cryptonshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA could be absorbed at all four intestinal segments, and the optimum absorption site was the upper segment of small intestine. The absorption of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone I were concentration-dependent at experimental concentration levels (1.05-4.19 mg/L and 1.22-5.56 mg/L), while tanshinone IIA was not affected obviously by its concentrations (2.43-11.12 mg/L). Verapamil hydrochloride had no significant influence on the absorption of cryptotanshinone or tanshinone I, while the absorption of tanshinone IIA was improved remarkably. Probenecid increased the absorption of cryptonshinone and tanshinone I apparently, while had no obvious effect on that of tanshinone IIA. 2,4-Dinitrophenol could decrease the absorption of cryptonshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA apparently. Conclusion: Cryptonshinone and tanshinone I are supposed to be the substrate of MRP2 instead of P-gp. Tanshinone IIA is supposed to be the substrate of P-gp, instead of MRP2. The energy participated in the absorption of cryptonshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA. Active absorption maybe also involved in the absorption of cryptonshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery assisted to fluorouracil,oxaliplatin,leucovo-rin(FOLFOX)on postoperative recovery, complications and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer. METHODS:60 pa-tients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases). After resection of colorectal cancer, control group received 85 mg/m2 Oxaliplatin for injection,2 h intravenous infusion,d1+200 mg/m2 Calcium le-vofolinate for injection, intravenous infusion, once a day,d1-2+400 mg/m2 Fluorouracil injection, intravenous infusion, once a day, d1-5 then 600 mg/m2 for 22 h intravenous infusion,d1-2. Observation was additionally given rapid rehabilitation surgery. 2-week was regarded as 1 course,it lasted 12 courses. Urinary retention time, anal exhaust time, first defecation time, postoperative hospital-ization time, scores of life quality (overall health, emotional function, mental health, physiological functions, physical function,so-matic pain, vitality, social function)in 2 groups were observed, and the incidence of postoperative complications was recorded. RE-SULTS:The urinary retention time, anal exhaust time, first defecation time, postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was signifi-cantly lower than control group, overall health, emotional function and mental health score were significantly higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in physiological functions, physical function, somatic pain, vitality, social function score in 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Rapid rehabilitation sur-gery assisted to FOLFOX chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with colorectal cancer, improve quality of life, shorten hospitalization time and promote postoperative recovery.
