ObjectiveTo discuss the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) level and severity of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) through measuring the level of serum Hey in the patients with ACS.Methods95 patients who were diagnosed ACS were divided into two groups:40 cases of unstable angina(UA) and 55 cases of a cute myocardial infarction(AMI).30 individuals were chosen as normal control(NC).In addition,according to the results of coronary angiography,the same 95 patients were further divided into three subgroups which were single-vessel disease( 28cases),double-vessel disease ( 36cases ) and multi-vessel disease ( 31 cases ).Level of serum Hcy was measured in all groups.ResultsSerum Hcy level of ACS patients was significantly higher than NC group( P ＜ 0.01 ).The level of serum Hcy in AMI group was significantly higher than that in UA group( P ＜ 0.05 ).The Hcy level in the multi-vessel disease group,double-vessel disease group and single-vessel disease group were increased in turn,and the difference of pairwise comparison was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionThe serum Hcy level has rela tionship with the severity of coronary lesions and is directly proportional to the number of coronary artery lesions.The result suggests that the level of serum Hcy maybe play an important role in the prevention,diagnosis,treatment and monitoring of ACS.

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the secondary infection in chemotherapy of elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods 168 cases of elderly lung cancer patients whose neutrophil ≤ 1.0×109/L during chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the intensive care group and the control group,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing of infection prevention,while the intensive care group was given intensified nursing for infection prevention.A contrastive analysis was conducted in terms of the incidence,clinical characteristics and the duration of antibiotic treatment of the two groups of patients with secondary infection.Results The secondary infection rate of the intensive care group was lower than that of the control group during chemotherapy.What's more,the duration of fever and treatment of the intensive care group was shorter than that of the control group,hence the patients were safe during infection period.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Strengthening the nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of secondary infection in aged patients with lung cancer,increase the tolerance of patients to chemotherapy and ensure the successful completion of the chemotherapy cycle,prolong the life span of the patients with an improved quality of life.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the key-way attachment in fixed restoration of mandibular first and second molar deletion.Methods:A 1 -5-year follow-up study was conducted on 1 6 patients with the reconstruction of mandibular first and second molar deletion.The key-way attachment was used as a connector in the fixed partial denture,with the third molar and 2 sec-ond premolars as the abutments.Results:During 5-year follow-up,1 3 of the fixed partial denture were good-looking,stable and functioning.The abutments were stable,without endodontic and periodontal disease.No absorption of alveolar bone was observed by X-ray examination.3 cases were failure.Bleeding on probing of third molar was observed in 1 patient 1 year after restoration.1 re-tainer of a denture on the third molar was loosing 1 .5 years after restoration.1 patient had dental caries on the third molar 5 years af-ter restoration.Conclusion:The key-way attachment as a connector is useful in fixed partial denture in patients with mandibular first and second molar deletion.

Thirty-four patients with acne vulgaris were treated with pricking and ear-pressure. Acupoints were Baihui (GV 20), Dazhui (GV 14), Taodao (GV 13), Shenzhu (GV 12), Shendao (GV 11), Lingtai (GV 10), Feishu (BL 13), and Sanyinjiao (SP 6), for priking. Lung (MA-IC1), Stomach (MA-IC),Endocrine (MA-IC3), Subcortex (MA-AT1), EarShenmen (MA-TF1) and Cheek (MA-L) were applied for ear-pressure. After 4 courses' treatments, 33 cases obtained effectiveness and 1 case ineffectiveness.

Objective To explore the expression level and clinical significance of microRNA‐451 (miR‐451) in the plasma of patients with diffuse large B lymphoma (DLBCL) .Methods We enrolled 27 patients with DLBCL and 27 healthy controls for the study .The plasma level of miR‐451 was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT‐PCR) .Then we analyzed the relationship between the plasma level of miR‐451 and pathological characteristics of DLBCL .Results The plasma level of miR‐451 in the patients with DLBCL was significantly lower than in healthy controls [(0 .41 ± 0 .15) vs .(0 .64 ± 0 .21)] (P<0 .01) .However ,the plasma level of miR‐451 was not significantly correlated with the patients'gender ,age ,serum LDH level or primary site (P>0 .05) ,but with Ann Arbor tumor stage and IPI score ( P< 0 .05 ) .Conclusion The plasma level of miR‐451 decreases in patients with DLBCL ,which indicates that miR‐451 may participate in the pathology of DLBCL .

A study the quantitative measurement of DNA content in 3 normal lacrimal glands, 18 pleo-morphie adcnomas and 21 lacrimal gland carcinomas was carried out by flow eytometry. The results showed that pleomorphie adenomas still had the characteristics of DNA content of the normal diploid lacrimal gland cells. The significant increase of DNA index (DI) in pleomorphie adenomas might mean malignant transformation. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Flupentixol Melitracen for functional dyspepsia (FD) of seamen. METHODS: A total of 139 seamen with FD were enrolled,of whom,59 who had no abnormality in abnormal psychologic test were assigned to Group C,another 80 with abnormality in abnormal psychologic test were randomized to Group A or Group C. All the 3 groups received Mosapride,but Group A received additional Flupentixol Melitracen for 8 weeks.
