Objective To explore the value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Laparoscopy was performed in 342 cases suspected of having ectopic pregnancy.If the confirmative diagnosis was clarified,unilateral salpingectomy,salpingostomy,ovarian wedge resection,or cornual resection were conducted;if the diagnosis was not clearly established under laparoscope,further evaluation with dilation and curettage was given.Results Out of 342 cases,335 were confirmatively diagnosed as having ectopic pregnancy under laparoscope,333 of which were successfully treated by laparoscopy(including 3 cases of ovarian pregnancy and 3 cases of interstitial pregnancy) and 2 of which were given conversions to open surgery.Among 7 cases in which the diagnosis was not clearly established under laparoscope,1 case was diagnosed as having intrauterine pregnancy with uterine anomaly(unicornuate uteri with rudimentary horn) and was treated with cornual resection and homolateral salpingectomy,1 case was diagnosed as having intrauterine pregnancy accompanying corpus luteal rupture and was treated with enucleation of corpus lutein cyst,and other 5 cases were not found having intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy and were cured with MTX injection.The time to first flatus was 8~24 hours after laparoscopic operation in 340 cases and 24~36 hours after open surgery in 2 cases.The duration of postoperative hospital stay was 2~4 days after laparoscopy except for 5 cases of MTX therapy,and 6 days after open surgery.Conclusions Laparoscopy is valuable in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy;laparoscopic operation is safe and effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.

Objective To study the effect of CsA in a therapeutic dose on the hepatic ultrastructure in rats.Methods Twenty-four SD rats were divided into 3 groups.The control group was orally administered olive oil,and the other 2 groups were orally given CsA 25 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg daily respectively.After 2 weeks.the liver samples were taken for ultrathin sections.The stereological method was used to quantify some hepatic ultrastructural parameters including volume density (Vv),surface density(Sv),numerical density(Nv) and specific surface(δ).Results CsA caused an increases of Vv and Sv and a decrease of δ in endoplasmic reticulum;a decreases of Vv and Nv in microbody;decreases of Vv in Golgi complex and glycogen inclusions;an increases of Vv and Nv in lipid inclusions.Conclusion CsA in a therapeutic dose could cause the change of hepatic ultrastructure of rat.

The cell-surface expression and functional status of the CD95/Fas antigen on primitive hematopoietic progenitors isolated from human cord blood (CB) were studied. The CD34+ cells freshly isolated from CB displayed low CD95 expression. The combinations of cytokines such as SCF + FL could up-regulate the expression of CD95 in vitro culture and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and interon-gamma (IFN-gamma) further increased the CD95 expression induced by positive cytokines. The functional status of CD95-mediated apoptosis were analyzed by incubation of CD34+ CB cells in the presence of anti-CD95 monoclonal antibodies (McAbs). The effects of anti-CD95 McAbs were measured by viable cell counting, flow cytometry, LTIC and CFU-C assays. A decrease of viable cells, CFU-C and LTIC numbers were observed in the presence of anti-CD95 McAbs and TNF-alpha or IFN-gamma. However, growth factor deprivation or the early-acting cytokine such as SCF and FL cross-linking to CD95 caused low apoptosis of CD34+ cells. The correlation of increased intracytoplasmic levels of bcl-2 and the presence of CD95 on fresh CB CD34+ cells suggested that bcl-2 might be involved in protecting against CD95-mediated apoptosis of CB CD34+ cells.

Oral cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor of the head and neck.Passive targeting is a targeted therapy for initial treatment of oral cancer,which is not always effective.In order to achieve better targeted therapy on oral cancer,researchers have turned to the study of active targeting with nano drug delivery system in recent years.With this treatment,nanoparticles are attached to the surface of the target molecules,and combine with specific expression or overexpression receptor on the surface of tumor cell to achieve target.This delivery system can transport anticancer drugs directed at the lesion site and achieve the purpose of reducing adverse drug reaction and increasing treatment efficacy.Targeted chemotherapy is increasing being used in the treatment of oral cancer.

Objective To explore the effect of family health management on community type 2 diabetes medication compliance.Methods Totally 123 patients with type 2 diabetes who live in Shanghai City Qingpu District Xujing Town An Ju Wei Hao Xiao Qu and met the WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes were enrolled into this study.The patients' age was 50-75 years,including 60 male,63 female cases,mean age was (63.9 ± 6.9),(10.0 ± 7.4) years,course of disease,a family health file,making personalized home health management measures of community were analyzed.The effects of the 2 years of intervention on the compliance of the patients before and after the intervention as well as the blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid control were evaluated.Results The treatment compliance rate was (77.1％,94/122,intervention 1 cases died) significantly higher after intervention than that before intervention (62.6％,77/123) (x2=6.06,P＜0.05).After the intervention,the rate of target achievement in blood pressure (51.6％,63/122),blood glueose (44.3％,54/122),total cholesterol (72.1％,88/122),triglyceride (61.5％,75/122) low density lipoprotein (75.4％,92/122) were higher than those before intervention [blood pressure standard rate of 36.6％ (45/123),blood glucose standard rate of 28.5％ (35/123),total cholesterol standard rate of 59.3％ (73/123),triglyceride standard rate of 47.9％ (59/123),low density lipoprotein standard rate of 65.0％ (80/123)],the differences were statistically significant (x2=5.63,6.61,4.44,4.51,3.97,P＜0.05).Conclusion Community and family health management can improve the medication compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes.

AIM: To study the action of Fufang Danpu Decoction(FFDPD) on experimental gastric ulcer in mice. METHODS: The anti-gastric ulcer action of FFDPD was observed on the gastric ulcer induced by water immersion stress,absolute ethyl alcohol,reserpine and pyloric ligation.The effect on gastric secretion in rats was studied by pyloric ligation.The effect on gastrointestinal motility was observed by gastric emptying in mice. The analgesic effect was tested by the hot-plate test. RESULTS: FFDPD markedly inhibited gastric ulcer induced by water immersion stress,absolute ethyl alcohol,reserpine and pyloric ligation.FFDPD significantly inhibited the secretion of gastric acid and pipsin.FFDPD markedly delayed gastric emptying and enhanced hot pain threshold in mice. CONCLUSION: FFDPD may have anti-gastric ulcer effect,in relation to its inhibition of the secretion of gastric juice,of activity of gastric smooth muscle and analgetic effect.

[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of resvised wu pi decoction on mild and moderate ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. [Method]To 30 of such cases ,take resvised wu pi decoction to strengthen spleen and tonify kidney, remove dampness and prevent miscarriage, observe patient chest dis-tress, abdominal distension and liquid intake and output volume of 24 hours etc.;Then estimate the clinical effect,and analyze one typical case.[Result]The marked effective rate was 60.00%, with total effective rate 96.67%. [Conclusion] The clinical application of resvised wu pi decoction treating mild and moderate OHSS by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,removing dampness and preventing miscarriage has excellent curative effect.

Objective To evaluate the effect of OTD(observation-teaching-discussion) method in teaching of kinesiology of rehabilitation medicine.Methods 110 students majoring in rehabilitation medicine were divided into two groups,routine teaching group(56 students) and OTD teaching group(54 students),and the teaching effect was evaluated by exam score and questionnaire.Results There were obvious difference in the exam score and questionnaire between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion In the teaching of medical rehabilitation,OTD method is more advantageous than routine method in bring up students' study interest,the initiative spirit,and the ability of self-study and analyzing.

In recent years, drug resistance of Candida albicans is on a rise in clinical practice. Gene chip technique is the most commonly used means to map gene expression profile in drug resistant Candida albicans. Gene chip can be used to analyze the differentially expressed genes in drug resistant Candida albicans strains induced by various procedures. The drug resistant genes can be identified and their functions can be further studies. The results of gene chip study can also play a role in studying the mechanism of synergism of multiple drug resistance genes.
