1.Approach on Factors Related to Dead Case in SICU
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective; To discuss the related factors of Surgical Intensive Care Unit in order to further reduce the death rate in SICU. Methods; The clinical data of 112 death cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results; The dead cases in the SICU had certain features. The high MODS incidence and unsolved surgical problems should be paid attention to so as to prevent errors during the treatment process actively. Conclusion; The recognition of surgical critical illness and the special knowledge should be enhanced so as to improve the cure successful rate of SICU.
2.Application study of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy in critically illed patients
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To evaluate the clinical values of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy(PDT)by studying and comparing the application of PDT and open tracheostomy(OT)in SCIU patients. Methods:A prospective randomized study was taken to compare the incidence rate of complications,procedure-related mortality rate and operation time of PDT around the surgical operation period with those of traditional OT.Results:Incidence of complications and procedure-related mortality rate in the PDT group were significantly lower than those of OT group(P
3.DNA methyctransferase 1 and gynecological malignancies
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(6):458-460
DNMT1,the main member of the DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) family, plays a core role in maintaining and regulating tumor cell genome-wide and the local area methylation.DNMT1 is highly expressed in gynecological malignancies, which leads to abnormal DNA methylation of genes, especially high methylation of tumor suppressor genes, gene expression silencing, and malignant cell growth.
4.Advances of CpG island methylation phenotypes in gastric cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(9):687-689
CpG island methylator phenotype (CIMP) refers to a set of multiple gene promoter CpG island methylation phenotype which exists in tumor at the same time. Many studies show that CIMP is ubiquitous in gastric cancer, which is related to the pathogenesis, diagnosis, patient's condition, prognosis and curative effect of gastric cancer.

Microbiology 2008;0(09):-
The concentration of airborne microbes in summer tourism season in Huangshan Scenic Spot was measured by fallen plate method at l4 collection sites. The study on the community structure and distribution characteristics of outdoor airborne microbes was carried out. The results showed that the average concentra- tion of the bacteria, fungi and total microbes in the outdoor environment were 0.41?104 CFU/m3, 0.34? 104 CFU/m3 and 0.75?104 CFU/m3 respectively, and the average percentage of fungi of the total was 45.9%. These indicated that the outdoor air had been polluted by airborne microbes. The preliminary identification was made on the bacteria and fungi at different sampling sites and the results showed that the dominant bac- teria mainly belonged to Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Micrococcus and Pseudomonas, and the average per- centage of the total amount of the bacteria was 37.7%, 17.2%, 10.1% and 9.8% respectively; the dominant fungi belonged to Cladosporium, Mycelia sterilia, Penicillium and Alternaria, and the average percentage of the total amount of the fungi were 40.4%, 35.0%, 5.6% and 4.3% respectively. The results indicated that thedistribution characteristics of air microbes are affected not only by topographical and climatic characteristics, but also by factors such as tourist activities, animals and plants.
6.Observation of the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on patients with stroke in different periods
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(3):166-166
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on clinical nerve function deficiency (CNFD) and activities of daily living (ADL) of the patients with stroke. Methods45 stroke sufferers from different period were divided into three groups (1st group: in one month; 2nd group: one to six months; 3rd group: over six months). Before and after the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment was given, the CNFD, ADL and clinical effect were assessed.ResultsAfter comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the CNFD of 1st group, and the ADL score of 1st group and 2nd group were improved significantly, and the 1st group's was better than the others. The total effective rate also increased in 1st and 2nd group. Conclusions Early rehabilitation treatment can improve the patient's neural motion function and the activities of daily living.

Objective To investigate the role of Akt signal pathway on the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 ( MCP-1 ) and nuclear transcription factor-κB (NF-κB) in renal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2) stimulated by albumin and to explore the mechanisms of action. Method The HK-2 cells were incubated in the presence of albumin (5,15,30 mg/mL) with or without Ly294002 (an inhibitor of Akt). Expression of mRNA was analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Expression of Akt and protein MCP-1 were assessed by Western blot. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) was used to detect the activation of NF-κB. q-test was used to evaluate the differences in means between groups. Results Compared with control group, the expression of MCP-1 mRNA remarkly increased. [Control group: 0.233 ±0.01; BSA(5 mg/mL) group: 0.285 ±0.04; BSA( 15 mg/mL) group:0.387 ± 0.02; BSA ( 30 mg/mL) group: 0.473 ± 0.05; BSA ( 30 mg/mL) + Ly294002 group: 0. 325 ±0.05, P < 0.05 ]. The expression of MCP-1 protein in renal interstitum of operation group were remarkly increased too. [ Control group: 100 ± 15.1; BSA ( 5 mg/mL) group: 148 ± 19.3; BSA ( 15 mg/mL) group: 176±20.7; BSA(30 mg/mL) group: 263 ± 18.1; BSA(30 mg/mL) + Ly294002 group: 175 ± 18.0, P <0.05 ]. Albumin stimulated the expression of MCP-1mRNA and protein in a dose-dependent manner. Albumin remarkably increased the activity of NF-κB. Albumin enhanced the expression of Akt. Ly294002 inhibited albumin-induced the expression of NF-κB and partially decreased the level of MCP-1. Apositive correlation was noted between NF-κB activation and MCP-1 expression( r = 0.68 ,P < 0.01 ). Conclusions Albumin-induces MCP-1 and NF-κB production via Akt signal pathway in renal tubular epithelial cells.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
The concept of humanistic education is based on the concern of human beings and their abilities of development. Thus,it is an educational concept to optimize the teaching modules. It stresses the point that education must regard the develop- ment of human beings as the main line and human beings should be emphasized in education from the very beginning to the end. Case-Teaching Method which takes the students as the main part fully manifests the concept of humanistic education,in which all teaching activities and the processes closely revolve the students in order to train them to carry on their studies and to solve the problems independently.
