1.Diagnosis of cord entanglement by B ultrasonic combined doppler examination
Chinese Journal of Disease Control & Prevention 2001;5(2):132-134
Objective To evaluate diagnosis of cord entanglem ent and fetus safety by B ultra-sonic and nemodromometer. Methods 86 pregnant women were diagnosed as cord entanglement in late pregnancy by B ultrasonic examination and Doppler blood flow analysis of the S/D ratio from ma r to May, 1999. The pregnancy outcomes were followed up. Cord entanglement,es -pecially the high blood circulating resistance, suggested that there was h igh risk of fetal distress. The obstetrician would manage the delivery stage pro perly according to the results of Doppler examination. Results 7 2 women were proved cord entanglement after delivery wity coincident rate of 83. 7%. Five women were delivered by cesarean section and forceps among 11 cases of abno rmal S/D ratio, and the rate of operative delivery in group with abnormalS/D rat io was significantly higher than that of the group with normal S/D ratio (P <0.05). Conclusions The combined examination can improve the rate of diagnosis of cord entanglement and abnormal S/D ratio, forecast the feta l distress, reduce birth rate of infant with lower Apgar score and reduce the ces arean section rate due to social factor.

3.Adjuvant chemotherapy of stage Ⅱ colon cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):463-465
For stage Ⅱ colon cancer patients after surgery, the benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy remains controversial.Several studies indicate that the patients with high-risk stage Ⅱ colon cancer can benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery.According to the clinical and pathological features, the stage Ⅱcolon cancer patients including T4 lesion, perforation, peritumoral lymphovascular invasion can benefit from the adjuvant chemotherapy of oxaliplatin. In the horizontal of molecular and genetic levels, the stage Ⅱ colon cancer patients can express high microsatellite instability (MSI-H) and cannot benefit from the chemotherapy of Fluorouracil. The guiding functions of 18q loss of heterozygosity (18q LOH),Cx43 and gene expression profiling in adjuvant chemotherapy are still unclear, and need further study.
4.Priming Effect of Intraperitoneally Injected Astragalus, Acanthopanax senticosus and Lycium barbarum Polysaccharides on the Induction of Lymphokine- activated Killer Cells in Vitro
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
A single intraperitoneal injection (ip) of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS), polysaccharide of Acanthopanax senticosus (PAS) and Lychtm barbamm polysaccharide (LBP) at a dose of up to 10 mg/kg body weight could render splenocytes of adult C57BL/6 mice proliferate significantly higher than normal saline (NS)control. Splenocytes of LBP treated aged mice were 4 times higher than those of NS control of aged mice. The splenocytes of the mice treated with APS, PAS, LBP and NS were incubated with 125 - 1 000 U/ml rIL-2 for 4d in vitro, respectively. The cytotoxicity of LAK cells from the splenocytes of APS, PAS and LBP treated adult mice, in 18 h [125I]UdR release assay, were 70% ~ 120%, 20% -90%, 26% ~ 80% higher than that of the NS control, respectively. The dose of rIL-2 was reduced 75%, 50%, 50%, respectively, in vitro. The cytolytic activities of LAK cells from the splenocytes of LBP treated aged mice were 120%-200% higher than those of the NS control, and the dosage of rIL-2 was decreased more than 75% in vitro.
5.Enhancing Effect of Anti-tumor Antibody on the Cytotoxicities of Lymphokine- activated KiUer Cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Adult Kunming mice were immunized with K562 and P815 by a single intraperitoneai injection at a dose of 5?104 cells/murine/d. Anti-P815 and anti-K562 antisera were prepared. Contents of anti-tumor antibodies in the antisera were proved to be high by means of ELISA assay. Splenocytes of C57BL/6 mice and peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) from cancer patients were incubated with 125-1000 U/ml IL-2 for 4d. Anti-P815 activity of the LAK cells from C57BL/6 splenocytes was greatly enhanced in the presence of anti-P815 anti-serum at the early stage of culture of LAK and P815 together in 18h [125I]UdR release assay. Anti-K562 activity of LAK cells from PBL was also greatly enlianced by anti-K562 antiserum when the antiserum was added at the early stage of culture. Anti-tumor antibodies in the antisera, not complement and other cytokines, were responsible for the augmentation of NK and LAK cell activities.

8.Rehabilitation for Translumbar Amputation (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(1):45-47
Translumbar amputation, also known as hemicorporectomy, is a life-saving procedure for patients with a life-threatening diagnosis but with a normal life expectancy. In the surgical procedure, the pelvis, pelvic contents, lower extremities and external genitalia are removed following transection of the lumbar spine. The operation makes the patient lose the ability of being upright. With the interdisciplinary cooperation of doctors, nurses, prosthetists, psychologists, vocational rehabilitation workers and social rehabilitation workers, the patient can realize most of independent activities of daily living through rehabilitation. The rehabilitation associated with the procedure is reviewed.
9.The value of echocardiography in diagnosis of fetal tetralogy of Fallot
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2014;(11):1191-1193
Objective Tetralogy of Fallo( TOF) is one of cyanotic congenital heart disease, which is difficultly diagonosed because of its complicated texture. The aim of this study was to evaluate the manifestation and value of echocardiography in diagnosis of TOF. Methods The fetal sonograms of 99 fetuses with prenatal diagnosis of TOF in 5791 gravida were reviewed and analyzed from January 2010 to December 2012. Results Ninty nine fetuses with TOF were all diagnosed accurately by prenatal ultrasonography, including 11 cases with pulmonary atresia, 2 cases with complete atrio-ventricular septal defect and 4 cases with permanent left superior vena cava. The key echocardiographic features of TOF were ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta and pulmonary stenosis.TOF was accurately diagnosed by prenatal echoeardiography combined with visualization of TOF in four chamber view, outflow tract view and three vessels view.Sixty eight fetuses were confirmed to be TOF by autopsy or operation after birth, 12 cases refused to autopsy and 19 cases lost of follow up in the total 99 cases.None of TOF was reported to us in other 5692 gravidas. Conclusion The echocardio-graphy has important clinic value in diagnosis of fetal TOF with high sensitivity and specificity.
