1.Big osteoma of ethmoid sinus.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(7):499-500
Sinus osteoma is a common nasal and sinus disease, while the clinical cases of osteoma with a diameter greater than 30 millimeter are rarely seen. This paper reports a case of a 39-years-old male patient discovered with one-year long swelling pain in the right eye. The patients' right eye was mildly prominent and he suffered from hypopsia and diplopia. After CT scanned, he have ethmoid osteoma been discovered, besides, the right media rectus compression and orbital apex compression and consequent pathologically were diagnosed. The solid tumor ranged widely from the anterior skull base to the superior and interior orbital walls, and thus deprived the patient's complete surgical resection. As an attempt to prevent complications, most parts of the tumors were sur gically removed.

3.Guttural lipoma: 1 case report.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(15):1178-1179
This paper reports a case of female patient with throat discomfort and coughs for several months. She was discovered by laryngoscopy with a pale yellow lump in the left aryepiglottic fold and pyriformin with the size of 2.0 cm x 1.6 cm. MRI fat suppression sequence exhibited low signal, and the lump was removed by laryngoscope surgery under general anesthesia. Pathological examination showed lipoma. Five years postoperative, her throat discomfort reappeared the laryngoscopy examination showed a pale yellow lump with the size of 2.0 cm x 1.0 cm in the front wall of left side of pyriform. Her MRI fat suppression sequence exhibited low signal again, and the lump was removed by laryngoscope surgery under general anesthesia. Pathological examination showed lipoma and immunohistochemistry proved S100 positive. The patient was discharged a week postoperative and no recurrence was found in the follow up visits in the following year.

4.A case of selective embolization in treatment of advanced tonsillar cancer hemorrhage.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(17):1359-1360
This paper reports a case of recurrence of tonsillar cancer on the right 6 months after radiotherapy with pharyngeal hemorrhage for 4 days and aggravation in the next day. The pharyngeal hemorrhage was severe in the case and the maximum of single amount of bleeding was approximately 200 ml. The examination showed active bleeding on the ulcer with a diameter of 2 cm in the right tonsil and the depth of 1 cm. After repeated compression hemostasis proved to be invalid, selective embolization was applied on the patient and the symtoms of pharyngeal hemorrhage disappeared without complications. The patient was discharged after 2 weeks of observation without any recurrence of hemorrhage.

5.Clinical study on nutriti0nal interventi0n in patients with Alzheimer(s) disease
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2017;24(2):75-77
Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional intervention on the nutritional status, cognitive function and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with Alzheimer's Disease (AD).Methods:90 AD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received anti-dementia drugs, and patients in the intervention group additionally received TPF-T as the oral nutritional supplement. The nutritional status and nutritional biochemical indicators, cognitive function and ADL of two groups were evaluated when enrolled and 6 months later after the treatment. Results:After 6 months'treatment, the nutritional status,MMSE,ADL scores and nutritional indicators of patients in the intervention group were significantly improved compared to the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status, cognitive function and ADL of patients with dementia.

Objective Vessel injury provokes the release of angiotensin II that influences the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). T lymphocytes produced, interleukin 10 is of immunoregulatory function. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of recombinant human interleukin 10 (rhIL 10) on the proliferation of isolated rat vascular smooth muscle cell and the activity of p44/p42 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) promoted by angiotensin II. Methods Rat aortic VSMCs were cultured and treated with rhIL 10 or angiotensin II, and then co treated with rhIL 10 and angiotensin II. The proliferation was quantified by colormetric assay. The p44/p42 MAPK activity was evaluated by the immunobloting technique using anti p44/p42 phospho MAPK antibody. Results Compared with control group, angiotensin II stimulated significantly VSMCs proliferation(1 311?0 201 vs 0 781?0 236, P 0 05), but significantly inhibited VSMCs proliferation induced by angiotensin II at a dose of 1,10,100 ng/ml (0 984?0 172 , 0 932?0 134 , 0 784?0 097 vs 1 311?0 201, P

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(3):543-546
Light cannot be propagated within the range of photonic crystal band gaps. Based on this unique property, we proposed a method to improve anti-radiation capability through one-dimensional photonic crystal coating. Using transmission matrix method, we determined the appropriate dielectric materials, thickness and periodic numbers of photonic crystals through Matlab programming simulation. Then, compound one-dimensional photonic crystal coating was designed which was of high anti-radiation rate within the range of X-ray. As is shown through simulation experiments, the reflection rate against X-ray was higher than 90 percent, and the desired anti-radiation effect was achieved. Thus, this method is able to help solve the technical problems facing the inorganic lead glass such as thickness, weightiness, costliness, high lead equivalent, low transparency and high cost. This method has won China's national invention patent approval, and the patent number is 201220228549.2.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2016;37(4):247-250
Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy (PRA).Methods To review the clinical data of 35 patients who underwent posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy from September 2013 to September 2015.There were 14 males and 21 females, aged 15-70 years, with an average of 45.8 years.Preoperative CT scan was performed to determine the size, shape and location of the tumor.Tumor diameter 10-60 mm, average 31 mm.Results 35 operations were successfully accomplished via the posterior approach. The operation time was 38-138 min (mean 70.1 min) ,and the drainage tube indwelling time was 1-5 d(average 2.1 d) ,the hospital stay was 2-6d(average 3.7 d).Total hospital costs were 14 789-31 992 yuan, average of 21 239 yuan.No complications occurred during the perioperative period. Conclusions Posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy might provide clear anatomical views. It could be a safe and effective operation for the clinical treatment of adrenal tumors.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
The paper analyses statistically the parameters of acceleration and heart rates in 905 aerobatic maneuvers of 88 sorties. The result indicates that the G levels, rates of increas as well as the duration of acceleration in tactical flight training are higher and longer than routine flight training. There is a significant correlation between the pilot's heart rates and the magnitude of G levels. The pilot's endurance for operating aircraft actively was 1.4G higher in average than that of the centrifuge runs. Af-ter anti-G physiological training, the endurance can be increased 2.24G in average by means of using anti-G suit and L-1 maneuver. The endurance was increased by an average of 1.18G as compare withthat prior to physiological training.
