1.Clinical study on joint surgery of anterior-posterior in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases complicated with cataract
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(2):205-206
Objective To study on the effect of joint surgery of anterior-posterior in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases complicated with cataract. Methods 78 vitreoretinal diseases patients complicated with cataract(86 eyes)were recruited. All the cases accepted vitrectomy and cataract extraction at the same time. The vision improving situation and postoperative complications of the treatment were analyzed. Results After the joint surgery of anteriorposterior, the visual improvement rate was 88.4%(76/86 eyes),and with unchanged vision in 7.0%,and decreased vision in 4.7%.In 4 patients with decreased vision,1 case was a secondary neovascular glaucoma, and 2 cases were macular hemorrhage or hiatus,1 case was a retinal detachment. In phase Ⅰ,72 eyes did not implant artificial lens,63 eyes(87.5%)got postoperatively improved vision, and 14 eyes implanted artificial lens, and all of them got improved vision(100.0%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The total postoperative complication rate was 10.5%(9/86 eyes). Conclusion Joint surgery of anterior-posterior in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases complicated with cataract had determined curative effect and lower complication rate, which deserved further study and widely using.
2.The history and development of quantitative analysis of hemoglobin
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2012;35(5):399-403
Thalassemias are a group of inherited disease which is caused by globin gene defects.Identification and quantification of hemoglobin play a very important role for the screening and diagnosis of thalassemia, especially the quantitative analysis of Hb A2 and Hb F.Through past 60 years, the methods for Hemoglobin analysis have been developed from starch gel electrophoresis, paper electrophoresis, cellulose acetate electrophoresis, agarose gel electrophoresis, column chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography till capillary electrophoresis,Its development closely associates with the research on thalassemia. No matter what kind of methods is chosen, quality control is very important.
3.Test for Bacterial Endotoxins in Cefalotin Sodium for Injection by Gel Clot
China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for test of bacterial endotoxin on cefalotin sodium for injection by gel clot.METHODS:Cefalotin sodium for injection was diluted in water for determination of bacterial endotoxin and allocated to sample negative and sample positive controls to determine its maximum noninterference concentration; Then bacterial endotoxins were diluted into solutions of different concentrations with the test solutions, and interference test was carried out by using tachy?pleus amebocyte lysate sensitivity compound nucleus.RESULTS:The maximum noninterference concentration of cefalotin sodium for injection was6.68mg/ml;And cefalotin sodium at the concentration of1.67mg/ml did not interfere with the test for bacterial endotoxins.CONCLUSION:The present method can replace pyrogen test with rabbit for examination of bacterial endotoxin in cefalotin sodium for injection.
4.Application of radio frequency identification to hospital neonates' managment
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
The application of radio frequency identification(RFID) and wireless network to neonates' management can effectively avoid occupying infants by mistake. This technology can provide an advanced accessorial instrument in hospital management and upgrade the hospital's professional level.
5.Investigation and analysis of health management of patients with different demographic characteristics after discharge
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(3):16-20
Objective To understand the total score of health management knowledge demand and self evaluation score of known health management knowledge,in order for hospitals to take more reasonable and effective health management education for patients after discharge. Methods From March to May of 2012,700 patients in a certain three level of first-class general hospital were selected before their discharge, using self-made health management questionnaire for investigation. The total score of health management knowledge demand and score of known health management knowledge among 700 patients with different demographic characteristics underwent statistics. Results After investigation, the results showed that patients with different nationalities, payment method, the average monthly income, family history, residence and intend demonstrated statistical significance in total score of health management knowledge requirement.Patients with different occupation, culture degree and accept frequency showed statistical significance in known health management knowledge. Conclusions According to the current investigation of total score of different health management knowledge demand and known health management knowledge in patients with different demographic characteristics, the hospital should take corresponding adjustment for health management mission to ensure the health management quality of patients after discharge, and improve the health management level of patients after discharge.
6.A phenotypic overlap of an atypical form of rapid onset dystonia-parkinsonism and paroxysmal weakness: one case report
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2021;54(5):495-498
ATP1A3 gene mutations are associated with a wide spectrum of neurological symptoms. This article describes a case in children, which is caused by mutation of ATP1A3 gene. A seven years old boy presented with symptoms of fever-induced generalized dystonia, dysarthria, and paroxysmal weakness. Gene sequencing results showed that the ATP1A3 gene in the boy had heterozygous mutations of c.1838C>T. Combined with the clinical manifestations, gene mutations and literatures, the patient was diagnosed as a phenotypic overlap of an atypical form of rapid onset dystonia-parkinsonism and paroxysmal weakness. The results of genetic testing can contribute to the early diagnosis of patients with atypical and overlapping phenotypes in ATP1A3 spectrum disorder.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(01):-
Objective To study the therapeutic methods of cholecystic duct stones. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 158 cases of cholecystic duct stones treated in the recent 6 years was made. Results 97 of the 158 cases of cholecystic duct stones were removed by open surgical operation and 61 cases by laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).In 49 of the 61 cases treated with LC,the cholecystic duct stones were removed together with removal of the gallbladder, and 12 by duodenoscopy after LC. Conclusions One should strive to extract the cholecystic duct stones while removing the gallbladder. If the stones or stone fragments escape into the common bile duct, they could be removed through a choledochotomy at the time of the open operation ,or by postoparative duodenoscopy in cases undergoing LC. The latter method of treatment is associated with minor trauma, quick recovery and definite therapeutic results.
8.Study Progress of Raman Spectroscopy of Human Blood
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
The appearance and development of laser technology had made Raman spectroscopy one of the most attractive research fields in analysis using laser.Raman spectroscopy had been widely used in the analysis of material components and structure. In this review, recent advances of Raman spectroscopy on human blood were summarized, which including the basic research on red cells, white cells, platelets and the serum concentrations of various substances by Raman spectroscopy. The rewiew also intruduces the Raman spectroscopy on early diagnosis for cancer, diagnosis for blood diseases, and its future development.
9.A case of selective embolization in treatment of advanced tonsillar cancer hemorrhage.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(17):1359-1360
This paper reports a case of recurrence of tonsillar cancer on the right 6 months after radiotherapy with pharyngeal hemorrhage for 4 days and aggravation in the next day. The pharyngeal hemorrhage was severe in the case and the maximum of single amount of bleeding was approximately 200 ml. The examination showed active bleeding on the ulcer with a diameter of 2 cm in the right tonsil and the depth of 1 cm. After repeated compression hemostasis proved to be invalid, selective embolization was applied on the patient and the symtoms of pharyngeal hemorrhage disappeared without complications. The patient was discharged after 2 weeks of observation without any recurrence of hemorrhage.
